Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

In addition, an element of the present invention may be said to be "fixed" or "disposed" to another element, either directly on the other element or with intervening elements present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the only embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1-11, in the embodiment of the present invention, a kitchen waste primary classification device comprises a sealing treatment box 1, a collection box 2 installed on the upper end surface of the cover plate of the sealing treatment box 1, wherein a breaking unit, a separation unit, a receiving unit, a transmission unit, and a positive and negative motor 3 are arranged in the sealing treatment box 1;

the discharge port of the collecting box 2 penetrates through the cover plate of the sealing treatment box 1 to be communicated with the feed port of the breaking unit, the breaking unit is arranged right above the separating unit, the first discharge port of the breaking unit corresponds to the feed port of the separating unit, the second discharge port of the breaking unit is communicated with the first feed port of the containing unit through a first discharge channel 4, the first discharge port of the separating unit is communicated with the second feed port of the containing unit through a second discharge channel 5, and the second discharge port of the separating unit is communicated with the third feed port of the containing unit through a third discharge channel 6;

the output shaft of the positive and negative motor 3 can selectively and respectively drive the discharge port switch, the breaking unit and the separating unit of the collecting box 2 through the transmission unit.

In the embodiment of the invention, the breaking unit comprises a breaking box 7, the breaking box 7 penetrates up and down and is positioned under the discharge port of the collecting box 2, a first rotating rod 8 is movably arranged in the breaking box 7, a plurality of first spines 9 are arranged on the outer wall of the first rotating rod 8, the first spines 9 are driven by the first rotating rod 8 to puncture and drive plastic bags filled with kitchen waste to slide on the side wall opposite to the first spines 9, and blades 10 are arranged on the side wall opposite to the first spines 9.

In the embodiment of the invention, one end of the first rotating rod 8 penetrates through a rectangular opening on the side wall of the breaking box 7 and is rotatably provided with a first mounting block 11, the first mounting block 11 is slidably sleeved on the outer wall of a first sliding rod 12, the first sliding rod 12 is perpendicular to the first rotating rod 8, the bottom end of the first rotating rod is fixedly provided with a first threaded sleeve 13, the first threaded sleeve 13 is in threaded sleeve connection with a first threaded rod 14, the length direction of the first threaded rod 14 is parallel to the puncture direction of the first spine 9, one end of the first threaded rod is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the sealing treatment box 1, the other end of the first threaded rod is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the positive and negative motor 3 through a transmission unit, the first sliding rod 12 is sleeved with a third spring 29, and two ends of the third spring 29 are fixedly connected with the first mounting block 11 and the first threaded sleeve 13 respectively;

the other end of the first rotating rod 8 is slidably arranged in the clip-shaped sliding chute 15, the clip-shaped sliding chute 15 is arranged on the side wall of the breaking box 7, the first rotating rod 8 drives the first spine 9 to move along the clip-shaped rail of the clip-shaped sliding chute 15, the rectangular opening is arranged opposite to the clip-shaped sliding chute 15, and the shape and the size of the rectangular opening are adaptive to each other;

the first rotating rod 8 is arranged at one end in the clip-shaped sliding groove 15 in a sliding manner and is provided with a first clamping groove 16, a first clamping block 17 which is clamped with the first clamping groove 16 in a sliding manner is arranged at the position, close to the blade 10, of the upper transverse groove of the clip-shaped sliding groove 15, the first clamping block 17 is fixed at one end of a second rotating rod 18, and the other end of the second rotating rod 18 penetrates through the side wall of the breaking box 7 in a rotating manner and is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the positive and negative motor 3 through a transmission unit.

In the embodiment of the invention, a first partition plate 19 which is parallel to the side wall of the breaking box 7 and is provided with blades is arranged in the breaking box 7 in a lifting manner, a second partition plate 20 is sleeved on the top end face of the first partition plate 19 in a lifting manner, the bottom section of the second partition plate 20 is connected with the inner wall of the first partition plate 19 through a first spring 21, the side wall of the first partition plate 19, which is close to the first threaded rod 14, slidably extends out of the side wall of the breaking box 7 and is fixed with a rack 22, the rack 22 is meshed with a first gear 24 fixed on the outer wall of a third rotating rod 23, one end of the third rotating rod 23 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the sealing treatment box 1, and the other end of the third rotating rod is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the positive and negative motor 3 through a transmission unit;

the first partition plate 19 and the second partition plate 20 prevent kitchen garbage from throwing out of the garbage breaking box 7 in the process of separating the kitchen garbage from the plastic bags;

a first sliding chute 25 is also arranged on the side wall of the breaking box 7 provided with the clip-shaped sliding chute 15, the first sliding chute 25 is parallel to the top edge of the clip-shaped sliding chute 15, a right-angle triangular block 26 is arranged in the first sliding groove 25 in a sliding way through a connecting column, the right-angle triangular block 26 slides along the first sliding groove 25, the bevel edge of the second clapboard 20 slides and contacts with the guiding bevel surface arranged on the upper end surface of the second clapboard 20 and can drive the second clapboard 20 to lift up and down, a first telescopic rod 27 is fixed on the side wall of the right-angle triangular block 26 close to the blade 10, one end of the first telescopic rod 27 far away from the right-angle triangular block 26 is fixed on the side wall of the breaking box provided with 7 blades 10, a second spring 28 is further sleeved on the first telescopic rod 27, a top rod 30 is fixed on the first rotating rod 8, the top rod 30 is driven by the first rotating rod 8 to push the right-angle triangular block 26 to move in the direction away from the blade 10;

a second clamping block 31 is fixed on the first partition plate 19, and the second clamping block 31 is clamped into the first clamping groove 16 when the first rotating rod 8 is positioned at the upper end of the vertical groove of the first partition plate 19, which is close to the square-shaped sliding groove 15;

in the embodiment of the invention, a first mounting rod 32 is further fixed in the breaking box 7, the first mounting rod 32 is parallel to the first rotating rod 8 and is positioned above the feed inlet of the first discharging channel 4, a plurality of second spikes 33 which are vertically upward and are matched with the first spikes 9 to separate from the plastic bag are mounted on the upper end surface of the first mounting rod 32, and the first partition plate 19 is positioned between the first mounting rod 32 and the clip chute 15;

when the direction of the first spine 9 is close to the blade 10, and the first engaging groove 16 on the first rotating rod 8 engages with the second engaging block 31 and is located in the clip-shaped sliding groove 15 near the upper end of the vertical groove of the first partition 19, the plastic bag containing kitchen waste is thrown into the breaking box 7 through the collecting box 2, the first rotating rod 8 is threadedly engaged with the first threaded rod 14 through the first threaded sleeve 13 on the first sliding rod 12, the first spine 9 is driven to move in the upper transverse groove of the clip-shaped sliding groove 15 in the direction close to the blade 10, and the first engaging groove 16 is separated from the second engaging block 31, so that the plastic bag containing kitchen waste punctures on the first spine 9, when the first engaging groove 16 is slidably engaged with the first engaging block 17, the first rotating rod 8 is driven to turn over under the action of the second rotating rod 18, and the first spine 9 drives the punctured plastic bag containing kitchen waste to slidably contact with the blade 10 in the process of turning over by 90 degrees, the blade 10 cuts the plastic bag filled with kitchen waste, then the second rotating rod 18 drives the cut plastic bag filled with kitchen waste to rotate left and right in a small range, the kitchen waste in the plastic bag is shaken out of the garbage bag, the empty plastic bag punctures the first spine 9 at any time, then the second rotating rod 18 drives the first spine 9 to turn over in the direction that the puncturing direction of the first spine 9 is far away from the blade 10, so that the ejector rod 30 is in sliding contact with the vertical edge of the right-angle triangular block 26 and pushes the right-angle triangular block 26 to slide in the first chute 25, the bevel edge of the right-angle triangular block 26 is in sliding contact with the upper end face of the second clapboard 20, the second clapboard 20 is pushed to compress the first spring 21, the first spine 9 is positioned on the upper end face of the second clapboard 20, then the first threaded rod 14 drives the first spine 9 to move in the upper transverse chute of the square chute 15 in the direction far away from the blade 10, after the first engaging groove 16 and the second engaging block 31 are engaged again, the first partition plate 19 is driven to move downwards under the action of the rack 22 and the first gear 24, so that the first rotating rod 8 punctured with a plastic bag is driven to move downwards in the vertical groove of the clip-shaped sliding groove 15 close to the first partition plate 19 through the second engaging block 31 and compress the third spring 29, when the first rotating rod 8 moves downwards into the lower horizontal groove of the clip-shaped sliding groove 15, the first spine 9 is engaged with the second spine 33, then the first threaded rod 14 drives the first spine 9 to move in the lower horizontal groove of the clip-shaped sliding groove 15 in the direction close to the blade 10, the first engaging groove 16 is separated from the second engaging block 31, and the second spine 33 is engaged with the first spine 9 during the movement to remove the plastic bag on the first spine 9, when the first rotating rod 8 moves into the vertical groove of the clip-shaped sliding groove 15 far from the first partition plate 19, the third spring 29 is reset without being blocked, the first rotating rod 8 is driven to move upwards into the upper transverse groove of the clip-shaped sliding groove 15, and the first threaded rod 14 drives the first rotating rod 8 to reset in the process of resetting in the spike direction of the first spike 9 under the action of the first clamping block 17.

In the embodiment of the invention, the separation unit comprises a separation box 34, the separation box 34 is installed on the upper end surface of a first installation plate and is positioned right below the side wall between a first partition plate 19 and the side wall of the breaking box 7 provided with the blade 10, the side wall of the first partition plate 19 close to the blade 10 is in sliding fit with the side wall of the separation box 34, the side wall of the separation box 34 far away from the first partition plate 19 is a lifting plate 38, the lifting plate 38 is arranged in the separation box 34 in a lifting and sliding manner, a second threaded sleeve 35 is fixed on the outer wall of the separation box through an installation column, a second threaded rod 36 is sleeved on the second threaded sleeve 35 in a threaded manner, one end of the second threaded rod 36 is rotatably arranged on the upper end surface of the first installation plate, the other end of the second threaded rod is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the forward and reverse motor 3 through a transmission unit, the cover plate of the separation box 34 is a filter plate 37, and one end of the filter plate 37 far away from the lifting plate 38 is hinged on the inner wall of the separation box 34, the other end extends out of the separation box 34 and is positioned right above the feeding hole of the second discharging channel 5, a guide groove is arranged on the upper end surface of the bottom plate of the separation box 34, a through hole is arranged at the lower end of the guide groove, and the through hole is communicated with the feeding hole of the third discharging channel 6;

after the plastic bag that the puncture will belong to on first spine 9 shakes the rubbish and falls on filter 37, liquid in the rubbish from cooking passes through the filtration pore on filter 37 and directly gets into third discharging channel 6 through the through-hole that the bottom plate up end of separator box 34 set up, and the solid in the rubbish from cooking then stays filter 37 up end, then second threaded rod 36 passes to second threaded sleeve 35 and drives lifter plate 38 through the erection column and move down to the effect of self gravity of filter 37 is along hinged end upset to the tilt state, the rubbish from cooking of its up end gets into in second discharging channel 5.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting plate is attached to the inner wall of the sealing treatment tank 1 to divide the sealing treatment tank 1 into upper and lower layers, the breaking tank 7 and the separating tank 34 are located on the upper layer of the sealing treatment tank 1, and the storage unit is located on the lower layer of the sealing treatment tank 1.

In the embodiment of the invention, the containing unit comprises a plastic box 39, a liquid accumulation box 40 and a kitchen waste box 41 which are arranged at the lower layer of the sealed processing box 1, the discharge hole of the first discharge channel 4 passes through the first mounting plate to be communicated with the feed hole of the plastic box 39, the discharge hole of the second discharge channel 5 passes through the first mounting plate to be communicated with the feed hole of the kitchen waste box 41, and the discharge hole of the third discharge channel 6 passes through the first mounting plate to be communicated with the feed hole of the liquid accumulation box 40.

In the embodiment of the invention, the transmission unit comprises a first belt 42, a first bevel gear set 43 and a second bevel gear set 44, the positive and negative motor 3 is installed in the sealed processing box 1 through a second installation plate, an output shaft of the positive and negative motor is in transmission connection with a first sleeve 45 through the first belt 42, one end of the first sleeve 45 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the sealed processing box 1, the other end of the first sleeve 45 is in transmission sleeved connection with a fourth rotating rod 46, a first bolt for selection is arranged at the sleeved position, one end of the fourth rotating rod 46 far away from the first sleeve 45 rotatably penetrates through one side wall of the collection box 2 and is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the other opposite side wall, and a bottom plate of the collection box 2 is movably arranged and fixed on the outer wall of the fourth rotating rod 46;

the outer wall of the first sleeve 45 is in transmission connection with a second sleeve 48 through a second belt 47, one end of the second sleeve 48 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the sealing treatment box 1, the other end of the second sleeve is rotatably sleeved with one end of the first threaded rod 14, and a second bolt for selection is arranged at the sleeved position;

a second gear 49 is further fixed on the second sleeve 48, a third gear 50 is meshed with the second gear 49, the third gear 50 is fixed on the outer wall of a third sleeve 51, one end of the third sleeve 51 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the sealing treatment box 1, the other end of the third sleeve 51 is rotatably sleeved with one end of the third rotating rod 23, and a third bolt for selection is arranged at the sleeved position;

the output shaft of the positive and negative motor 3 is in transmission connection with a fourth sleeve 52 through the first bevel gear set 43, one end of the fourth sleeve 52, far away from the first bevel gear set 43, is rotatably sleeved with one end of the second threaded rod 36, and a fourth bolt for selecting is arranged at the sleeved position;

the output shaft of the positive and negative motor 3 is connected with a fifth sleeve 53 through a second bevel gear set 44 in a transmission way, one end of the fifth sleeve 53 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the sealing treatment box 1, the other end of the fifth sleeve 53 is rotatably sleeved with one end of a second rotating rod 18, and a fifth bolt for selecting is arranged at the sleeved position.

In the embodiment of the invention, the lower end of one side wall of the sealed processing box 1 is hinged on the first mounting plate, so that the plastic box 39, the liquid loading box 40 and the kitchen waste box 41 can be conveniently taken out and replaced.
