And (3) obtaining the antibacterial starch masterbatch for the film bag according to the mixing and processing technology. 60% PBAT + 40% of the starch master batch is blown to film to test the mechanical property, the specific gravity and the antibacterial property.

Example 2

Weighing the following materials by mass: 77 parts of starch, 2 parts of silver nitrate solution, 18.5 parts of plasticizer, 0.5 part of coupling agent, 0.3 part of processing aid, 1.5 parts of opening agent and 0.2 part of antioxidant. And (3) obtaining the antibacterial starch masterbatch for the film bag according to the mixing and processing technology. 60% PBAT + 40% of the starch master batch is blown to film to test the mechanical property, the specific gravity and the antibacterial property.

Comparative example

And testing the mechanical property, the specific gravity and the antibacterial property of the pure PBAT blown film.

The starch master batch 40% + PBAT 60% obtained in example 1-2 was blown into a film, and the film was tested together with the comparative example blown film, and the test results are shown in Table I.

As can be seen from table one, after 40% of the starch master batches prepared in examples 1 and 2 are added, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the film are both increased, and the heat sealing strength is increased, and after the silver nitrate solution is added into the material after being processed, the antibacterial rate and the antifungal grade of the film both meet the requirements of the antibacterial material, and the price of the starch master batches is lower than that of PBAT, so that the product performance can be effectively improved while the cost is reduced, and the wide popularization and use are facilitated.
