Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fan installation in tunnel engineering, in particular to a fan installation assembly.

Background

In order to ensure the air circulation in the tunnel, a jet fan is arranged at the top of the tunnel in the tunnel engineering. The installation of efflux fan needs pre-buried installation component in the tunnel roof, and four pre-buried steel sheets of prior art adoption are usually as the connecting piece of hoist and mount efflux fan, and every steel sheet has four to prop up the muscle and is connected with tunnel roof top owner muscle, mainly relies on the frictional force between muscle and the concrete and prop up the muscle and be connected the bearing capacity that provides hoist and mount efflux fan with being connected of top owner muscle. The embedded part is simple in stress, the connection quality of the supporting ribs and the top main ribs is the key for guaranteeing the bearing capacity, and once the connection quality is poor, the bearing capacity of the embedded part is greatly reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art, and therefore the invention provides a fan mounting assembly which comprises a base for mounting a fan, a fixing assembly and a first fixing piece, wherein one side of the fixing assembly is connected to the base, the other side of the fixing assembly is provided with a second mounting part, one side of the first fixing piece is connected with the fixing assembly, the other side of the first fixing piece is provided with a first mounting part, the first mounting part is arranged towards the second mounting part, and the first mounting part and the second mounting part are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction.

The following detailed description of the present invention is given for the purpose of better understanding technical solutions of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and the present description is only exemplary and explanatory and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention in any way.

Reference will now be made in detail to the present preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in order to ensure air circulation in a tunnel, a jet fan is installed at the top of the tunnel in tunnel construction. Installation of the jet fan requires pre-embedding of installation components in a tunnel top plate. The fan installation component in the prior art comprises a bottom plate 70 and a supporting rib 80, wherein the supporting rib 80 is vertically connected with the bottom plate 70, the supporting rib 80 is connected with a main rib in a tunnel top plate, and after construction and installation are completed, the supporting rib 80 is buried in concrete of the tunnel top plate. The installation of the jet flow fan usually adopts four pre-embedded installation components as the connecting piece 20 for hoisting the jet flow fan. Specifically, the jet fan is installed and connected with the bottom plate 70, each bottom plate 70 is provided with four supporting ribs 80, the four supporting ribs 80 are respectively connected with the main rib of the top plate, and the bearing capacity for hoisting the jet fan is provided mainly by means of friction between the supporting ribs 80 and concrete and connection between the supporting ribs 80 and the main rib at the top. The embedded mounting component is simple in stress, the connection quality of the supporting ribs 80 and the top main rib is the key for guaranteeing the bearing capacity, and once the connection quality is poor, the bearing capacity of the embedded part is greatly reduced.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present invention provides a fan mounting assembly, including a base 10 for mounting a fan, a fixing assembly and a first fixing member 30, one side of the fixing assembly is connected to the base 10, the other side of the fixing assembly has a second mounting portion 41, one side of the first fixing member 30 is connected to the fixing assembly, the other side of the fixing assembly has a first mounting portion 31, the first mounting portion 31 is disposed toward the second mounting portion 41, and the first mounting portion 31 and the second mounting portion 41 are disposed at a longitudinal interval. In some embodiments, the first mounting portion 31 and the second mounting portion 41 are both configured as a hook structure and the opening direction of the hook structure is the same, and the opening direction of the hook structure is directed toward the base 10.

It will be understood that the fixing assembly includes the connecting member 20 and the second fixing member 40, one side of the second fixing member 40 has a second mounting portion 41, one side of the connecting member 20 is connected to the base 10, and the other side is connected to a side of the second fixing member 40 away from the second mounting portion 41.

The connecting member 20 includes a first connecting portion 21, a second connecting portion 22 and a fourth connecting portion 23, two ends of the second connecting portion 22 are respectively fixedly connected with one end of the first connecting portion 21 and one end of the fourth connecting portion 23, the first connecting portion 21 is parallel to the base 10, the fourth connecting portion 23 is parallel to the first connecting portion 21, the first connecting portion 21 is connected to the base 10, and the second connecting portion 22 is perpendicular to the base 10. In some embodiments, the connector 20 is made of steel. Preferably, the connector 20 is a channel steel. In some embodiments, the connecting member 20 is fixed to the base 10 by welding, and the connecting member 20 is fixed to the second fixing member 40 by welding.

In some embodiments, the second fixing member 40 further has a third connecting portion 32, and the third connecting portion 32 is connected to the second connecting portion 22. The third connecting portion 32 is perpendicular to the base 10. In some embodiments, the first mounting portion 31 and the second mounting portion 41 are arranged such that the bending direction of the hook structure is opposite to the bending direction of the first connecting portion 21 and the fourth connecting portion 23, and the opposite direction is arranged to achieve stress balance and avoid mutual interference.

It is understood that the second fixing member 40 is made of steel. In some embodiments, the first fixing member 40 is provided in a plate shape, and the second mounting portion 41 is formed by bending. The cross-sectional shape of the second mounting portion 41 is an arc, and it is understood that the cross-sectional shape of the second mounting portion 41 may be any other shape such as a V-shape or a U-shape.

The connecting piece 20 is provided with a first fixing structure, the second fixing piece 40 is provided with a second fixing structure, and the first fixing structure and the second fixing structure are both located at the joint of the connecting piece 20 and the second fixing piece 40. Specifically, the first fixing structure is provided on the second connecting portion 22, and the second fixing structure is provided on the third connecting portion 32. First fixed knot constructs and all sets up to the through-hole and dock each other with the second fixed knot, and second fixed knot constructs and first fixed knot structure and fixed subassembly are passed in proper order to one side of first mounting 30 and is connected.

In some embodiments, the first fixing member 30 is fixedly connected to the fixing assembly by the fastener 50 or the first fixing member 30 is fixed to the fixing assembly by welding. Specifically, one side of the first fixing member 30 is provided with a thread, the fastening member 50 is a nut, the first fastening member 50 sequentially passes through the second fixing structure and the first fixing structure which are provided as through holes, and the thread of one side of the first fixing member 30 is connected with the thread of the fastening member 50, so that the first fastening member 50, the second fastening member 50 and the connecting member 20 are all detachably connected.

It is understood that the first fixing member 30 is made of steel. In some embodiments, the first fixing member 30 is provided as a cylindrical bar, and the first mounting portion 31 is formed by bending. The cross-sectional shape of the first mounting portion 31 is circular arc, and it is understood that the cross-sectional shape of the first mounting portion 31 may be any other shape such as V-shape or U-shape.

When the fan mounting assembly is mounted, the second mounting part 41 is arranged to be the main rib 60 of which the hook structure is hung at the top of the tunnel top plate, the first mounting part 31 is arranged to be the main rib 60 of which the hook structure is hung at the bottom of the tunnel, the connecting piece 20, the first fixing piece 30 and the second fixing piece 40 are embedded in concrete by construction concrete, and the base 10 is exposed out of the lower surface of the tunnel top plate to provide a hoisting point of the jet fan.

The fan mounting component of the invention utilizes the second mounting part 41 and the first mounting part 31 to be respectively articulated with the upper and lower main ribs 60 of the tunnel top plate, thereby providing enough bearing capacity, having good stress and being stably mounted. The base 10, the first fixing member 30, the second fixing member 40 and the connecting member 20 are combined to form a connection, so that the pre-buried installation and construction are convenient. When pre-buried installation, the first connecting portion 21 of connecting piece 20 is horizontal arrangement, and vertical atress is effectual. The fan load is shared by the friction between the fan mounting assembly and the concrete and the main reinforcement 60 that the second mounting part 41 and the first mounting part 31 are hooked on, providing more assurance and greater bearing capacity. The fan installation component can be used for installing the jet fan in the tunnel, and the size of the fan installation component can be flexibly adjusted according to the type of the jet fan, so that the use requirements of various types of jet fans are met.
