The present application relates to the field of power data processing, and in particular, to a method, a system, a storage medium, and a processor for generating and processing a power transaction contract.

Background

Unlike other contracts, the electricity price is involved in the electricity transaction contract, the electricity price is constantly changing, and in each bidding, the price in the electricity transaction contract is different according to the price of the bidding.

After bidding is finished, related contents in the contract need to be manually filled according to the bidding price, and the efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a generation processing method, a generation processing system, a storage medium and a processor of an electric power trade contract, which are used for at least solving the problem caused by the need of manually processing related contents in the electric power contract in the prior art.

According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a method for generating and processing an electric power trade contract, including: acquiring an uploaded electronic file, wherein the uploaded electronic file is a bidding document uploaded through a bidding system in advance; acquiring a label corresponding to each uploaded electronic file, wherein the label is used for indicating whether the bidding document is a winning bidding document; acquiring a preset electronic file with a label as a bid-winning bidding document; acquiring content information required in a contract template from a preset electronic file with a label being a bid-winning bid, wherein a control of which the type is a preset type in the contract template is acquired, and acquiring the required content information through the control; the control of the preset type is edited by using a script programming language, and is used for receiving input information and storing the input information in the contract template; the information of the input received by the control of the predetermined type includes: text information and files, wherein the files received by the control of the preset type are inserted into the contract template in an object mode; and inputting the content information into the contract template to generate an electric power trading contract.

Detailed Description

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.

In the present embodiment, a method for generating and processing an electric power trade contract is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for generating and processing an electric power trade contract according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:

step S102, acquiring an uploaded electronic file, wherein the uploaded electronic file is a bidding document uploaded through a bidding system in advance;

there are many ways to obtain the uploaded electronic files, for example, all the uploaded electronic files can be obtained. At this time, identification information of a bidding activity may be acquired, wherein the identification information is used for uniquely identifying the bidding activity in the bidding system; and acquiring all uploaded electronic files under the identification information. The content information includes a bid body in the bid, a price in the bid, and the like.

In another embodiment, the name of the bidding subject can be further obtained, all bidding documents uploaded by the bidding subject and all contracts of the bidding subject are retrieved according to the name of the bidding subject, the bid-winning ratio of the bidding subject is determined according to the contracts and all bidding documents, and the grade of the bidding subject is determined according to the bid-winning ratio, wherein the grade of the bidding subject is used as the basis for displaying the bidding documents in the bidding system.

In one case, first indication information of the bidding system may be further obtained, where the first indication information is used to indicate that the price is changed in the process of singing the bidding document on site, and the changed price does not match the price in the bidding document. After the first indication information is obtained, searching the recording of the bidding activity in the bidding system, wherein the recording is divided into a plurality of files in advance, each bidding main body corresponds to one recording file, the price information in the recording file is obtained, and the price information in the recording file is filled in the webpage control.

The price information of the sound recording file can be acquired by converting the sound recording into characters, the sound recording file can be converted into the characters, then the price information is extracted from the characters through keywords, and the extracted price information is filled in the webpage control.

The method solves the problem caused by the fact that related contents in the power contract need to be processed manually in the prior art, thereby improving the generation efficiency of the contract and improving the accuracy to a certain extent.

In this embodiment, an electronic device is provided, comprising a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor configured to run the computer program to perform the method in the above embodiments.

The programs described above may be run on a processor or may also be stored in memory (or referred to as computer-readable media), which includes both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, that implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Such an apparatus or system is provided in this embodiment. The system or the apparatus is used for implementing the functions of the method in the foregoing embodiments, and each module in the system or the apparatus corresponds to each step in the method, which has been described in the method and is not described herein again.
