When the consultation is recorded and broadcast, the user who initiates the consultation application or the user with the auditing authority converts the consultation recording and broadcast into consultation live broadcast and consultation recording and broadcast at the same time. For example, clicking an icon of "synchronous live broadcasting" on the consultation recording and broadcasting interface to start consultation live broadcasting does not affect consultation recording and broadcasting.

In some embodiments, the review play link may be in the form of a picture, and the corresponding review play interface may be entered by clicking on the picture. Or a combination of at least one of letters, numbers and symbols.

In some embodiments, the diagnostic play link is stored and presented to a third party platform.

For example, the third party platform may be an education platform in which a live consultation link or a recorded consultation link is displayed on the education platform in the form of a picture, and a user logging in the education platform can obtain the content of the live consultation or the recorded consultation by clicking the picture.

In some embodiments, the user can obtain relevant medical data of the consultation patient, such as medical history of the patient, a diagnosis report, and the like, based on the consultation play link.

In some embodiments, the consultation play link may be sent to a server, which may be a patient side, a hospital side, a doctor side, or the like, for example, an electronic device port on a hand of a patient or a doctor, an electronic device port of a primary hospital, or the like.

In some embodiments, when selecting a consultation live or a consultation recorded broadcast, whether to live a public object is further selected for user privacy consideration, wherein the public object comprises a remote consultation platform login user or a registered user or an unregistered user. For example, the disclosure object is a remote consultation platform login user, and an unregistered user or a guest user is not qualified to watch the consultation broadcast. The specific setting can be carried out according to the actual situation.

The information processing method improves the application range of the remote consultation platform, can completely return to the whole consultation process through consultation playing links, avoids ambiguity caused by medical disputes, improves the data transmission efficiency of the remote consultation platform, and enables patients to obtain remote consultation more quickly and better, thereby bringing convenience.

An embodiment of a second aspect of the present disclosure provides an information processing apparatus.

Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 2, the information processing apparatus includes:

an obtaining module 201, configured to obtain a consultation request; the consultation request at least comprises consultation medical data and consultation application data; the consultation medical data at least comprises information of a patient-based consultation hospital, information of a consultation doctor and information of scheduled consultation time; the consultation application data comprises at least one of recorded broadcast information and live broadcast information; a generating module 202, configured to generate a consultation play link based on the consultation request; the review play link includes a review live link and/or a review recorded play link.

The information processing device improves the application range of the remote consultation platform, can completely return to the whole consultation process through consultation playing and linking, avoids ambiguity caused by medical disputes, improves the data transmission efficiency of the remote consultation platform, and enables patients to obtain convenience brought by remote consultation more quickly and better.

An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the third aspect of the present disclosure, and a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 3, where the electronic device at least includes a memory 302 and a processor 301, a computer program is stored on the memory 302, and the processor 301 implements the method provided in any embodiment of the present disclosure when executing the computer program on the memory 302. Illustratively, the electronic device computer program steps are as follows S21-S22:

s21, obtaining a consultation request; the consultation request at least comprises consultation medical data and consultation application data; the consultation medical data at least comprises information of a patient-based consultation hospital, information of a consultation doctor and information of scheduled consultation time; the consultation application data includes at least one of recorded broadcast information and live broadcast information.

S22, generating a consultation playing link based on the consultation request; the review play link includes a review live link and/or a review recorded play link.

When the processor executes the consultation play link generated based on the consultation request stored in the memory, the following computer programs are specifically executed:

determining an actual consultation time corresponding to a consultation doctor based on the consultation request; when the actual consultation time is different from the planned consultation time, sending the actual consultation time to a server side, and obtaining a consultation request again; and generating a consultation playing link based on the consultation medical data and the consultation application data when the actual consultation time is the same as the planned consultation time.

The processor generates a consultation play link based on the consultation medical data and the consultation application data stored in the execution memory, and further executes the following computer program:

when the consultation application data is live broadcast information, carrying out consultation live broadcast based on the consultation medical data and the live broadcast information, and generating a consultation live broadcast link; and when the consultation application data is recorded and broadcast information, carrying out consultation recording and broadcast based on the consultation medical data and the recorded and broadcast information, and generating a consultation recording and broadcast link after the consultation recording and broadcast is finished.

In some embodiments, the electronic device further comprises: an input device 303 and an output device 304;

the processor 301, the memory 302, the input means 303 and the output means 304 in the electronic device may be connected by a bus or other means.

The memory 302 is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that can be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs. The processor 301 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by executing software programs and instructions stored in the memory 302, that is, implements the information processing method of the above-described method embodiment.

The memory 302 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device.

In some embodiments, memory 302 optionally includes memory located remotely from processor 301, which may be connected to a terminal device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.

The input device 303 may include receiving input numeric or character information and generating key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the electronic device.

The output means 304 may comprise a display device such as a display screen.

Embodiments of the third aspect of the present disclosure provide a storage medium, which is specifically a computer-readable medium, storing a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the method provided in any of the embodiments of the present disclosure, including the following steps S31 to S32:

s31, obtaining a consultation request; the consultation request at least comprises consultation medical data and consultation application data; the consultation medical data at least comprises information of a patient-based consultation hospital, information of a consultation doctor and information of scheduled consultation time; the consultation application data includes at least one of recorded broadcast information and live broadcast information.

S32, generating a consultation playing link based on the consultation request; the review play link includes a review live link and/or a review recorded play link.

When the computer program is executed by the processor to generate the consultation play link based on the consultation request, the processor specifically executes the following steps:

determining an actual consultation time corresponding to a consultation doctor based on the consultation request; when the actual consultation time is different from the planned consultation time, sending the actual consultation time to the server side, and obtaining a consultation request again; and generating a consultation playing link based on the consultation medical data and the consultation application data when the actual consultation time is the same as the planned consultation time.

When the computer program is executed by the processor based on the consultation medical data and the consultation application data to generate a consultation play link, the processor executes the following steps:

when the consultation application data is live broadcast information, carrying out consultation live broadcast based on consultation medical data and live broadcast information, and generating a consultation live broadcast link; and when the consultation application data is recorded and broadcast information, carrying out consultation recording and broadcast based on the consultation medical data and the recorded and broadcast information, and generating a consultation recording and broadcast link after the consultation recording and broadcast is finished.

Optionally, the computer-executable instructions, when executed by the computer processor, may also be used to implement the technical solutions of the information processing methods provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure.

The information processing method improves the application range of the remote consultation platform, can completely return to the whole consultation process through consultation playing and linking, avoids ambiguity caused by medical disputes, improves the data transmission efficiency of the remote consultation platform, enables patients to obtain remote consultation more quickly and better, brings convenience, and greatly reduces the investment of medical care resources.

The device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can execute the processes and steps of the above method embodiments, and further has a functional module corresponding to the above method embodiments, which can execute corresponding operations, and has corresponding technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
