Technical Field

Background

With the development of scientific technology, the application of internet technology combined with remote medical technology establishes a good bridge for medical resource sharing and interactive communication between hospitals, departments and departments, experts and doctors, and patients and doctors. At present, the remote medical technology can be operated by different platform modes, such as a remote medical platform applied between hospitals, an internet hospital applied between a patient and a doctor, a public medical education platform and the like, different platforms operate independently to provide targeted services for respective target users, the data transmission efficiency between the platforms is too low, a large amount of manpower is required to record a consultation process in the consultation process, the consultation quality and traceability cannot be guaranteed, ambiguity generated by medical disputes is easy to generate, and the patient cannot be diagnosed conveniently.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the foregoing problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method, an information processing apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, so as to solve the problems that the quality and traceability of consultation cannot be guaranteed and ambiguity caused by medical disputes is easily generated in the use process of an existing consultation platform.

In order to solve the above problems, the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure is: an information processing method is applied to a server side and comprises the following steps:

The beneficial effects of this disclosed embodiment lie in: the information processing method improves the application range of the remote consultation platform, can completely return to the whole consultation process through consultation playing links, avoids ambiguity caused by medical disputes, improves the data transmission efficiency of the remote consultation platform, and enables patients to obtain remote consultation more quickly and better, thereby bringing convenience.

The embodiment of the first aspect of the disclosure provides an information processing method, which is applied to a server, for example, a remote consultation platform, and the platform can be used by various users such as patients, doctors, nurses, and the like, so that convenient data uploading and processing and data interaction among various users are realized, and the consultation quality and traceability are ensured. In some embodiments, the consultation application data includes recorded broadcast information and live broadcast information, which mainly refers to: whether to perform consultation live broadcasting or whether to perform consultation recorded broadcasting. The consultation live broadcasting means that a remote consultation process is synchronized with other users in a live broadcasting mode, and the recording and broadcasting means that the remote consultation process is recorded and then can be used as data to be shared or played back for viewing.

In some embodiments, the consultation hospital information mainly refers to the hospital performing the consultation, and further includes the name, location information, grade information, and the like of the consultation hospital; the information of the consultation doctor mainly refers to the doctor performing the consultation and also includes the name, the seniority and the like of the consultation doctor.

In some embodiments, the consultation request further includes other information of the patient, such as the patient's name, address, family disease history, and other basic information, as well as the patient's physical examination, dicom image, and so on, which are not repeated herein to avoid repetition.

In some embodiments, after the primary hospital logs in the remote consultation platform, the remote consultation application is initiated according to the consultation hospital information, the consultation doctor information and the consultation time planning information of the patient in the consultation request. Therefore, by obtaining the detailed consultation request, a consultation doctor, a consultation hospital and the like can be accurately and reasonably arranged for the patient, and accurate remote consultation service is provided for the patient.

In some embodiments, when the consultation application data is live broadcast information, the consultation live broadcast is performed based on consultation medical data and live broadcast information, and a consultation live broadcast link is generated; and when the consultation application data is recorded and broadcast information, carrying out consultation recording and broadcast based on the consultation medical data and the recorded and broadcast information, and generating a consultation recording and broadcast link after the consultation recording and broadcast is finished.

Taking the consultation live broadcast as an example, the specific steps can be as follows:

step 1.1, the user initiating the consultation application selects a remote consultation live broadcast icon on a main interface of a remote consultation platform through a server to enter a consultation application interface.

In some embodiments, the user initiating the consultation application may be a medical professional, such as a doctor at a primary hospital.

Step 1.2, the user initiating the consultation application fills the consultation application data and the consultation medical data of the patient according to the consultation application interface guide, uploads the consultation application data and the consultation medical data of the patient to the platform, and enters a to-be-audited state of the consultation application at the moment.

In some embodiments, the remote consultation platform can manually or automatically acquire information such as consultation medical data of the patient, and medical staff can manually upload the consultation medical data to be supplemented according to actual conditions.

Step 1.3, the user with the auditing authority enters the remote consultation platform through the server to audit the consultation application:

when the consultation application is approved, the state of the consultation application is changed into a state to be consulted; the user initiating the consultation application and the doctor participating in the consultation live broadcast can receive the notification to be consulted;

when the consultation application is not approved, the user with the approval authority clicks a 'return' icon of a consultation management interface in the remote consultation platform through the service endpoint, and inputs the reason for returning in the opened return bullet frame, and the consultation application state is changed into a returned state; and the user initiating the consultation application receives the notification of returning the consultation application.

In some embodiments, the notification to be referred to and the notification of the returned consultation application can notify the patient and the obligation staff in the form of short messages, and the specific notification mode can be set according to the actual situation.

And step 1.4, when meeting live broadcast time is reached, doctors participating in the meeting live broadcast can select a 'start meeting live broadcast' icon on a main interface of a remote meeting platform through a server side, and enter a meeting live broadcast interface.

Step 1.5, when the consultation is broadcasted directly, the user initiating the consultation application can issue the live link address through the remote consultation platform, and the patient or/and the doctor receiving the consultation live link address can enter the consultation live interface to finish the watching operation by clicking the consultation live link address.

In some embodiments, when a user initiating a consultation application issues a live link address through a remote consultation platform, the live link can be issued to the platform, so that a patient or a doctor can enter a consultation live interface to complete a watching operation by clicking the consultation live link address, the live link address can also be issued to an electronic device of the patient or the doctor, and the consultation live link address can also be clicked to complete the watching operation by entering the consultation live interface.

In some embodiments, when the consultation application is in a to-be-audited and to-be-consulted state, the user initiating the consultation application can also click the icon of 'cancel consultation application' on the remote consultation platform through the service endpoint, initiate cancellation of the consultation application, and input a reason for canceling the consultation application so as to cancel the consultation application.

For example, clicking an icon of "synchronous live broadcasting" on the consultation recording and broadcasting interface to start consultation live broadcasting does not affect consultation recording and broadcasting.

In some embodiments, the review play link may be in the form of a picture, and the corresponding review play interface may be entered by clicking on the picture. Or a combination of at least one of letters, numbers and symbols.

In some embodiments, the diagnostic play link is stored and presented to a third party platform.

For example, the third party platform may be an education platform in which a live consultation link or a recorded consultation link is displayed on the education platform in the form of a picture, and a user logging in the education platform can obtain the content of the live consultation or the recorded consultation by clicking the picture.

In some embodiments, when selecting a consultation live or a consultation recorded broadcast, whether to live a public object is further selected for user privacy consideration, wherein the public object comprises a remote consultation platform login user or a registered user or an unregistered user. For example, the disclosure object is a remote consultation platform login user, and an unregistered user or a guest user is not qualified to watch the consultation broadcast. The specific setting can be carried out according to the actual situation.

When the processor executes the consultation play link generated based on the consultation request stored in the memory, the following computer programs are specifically executed:

determining an actual consultation time corresponding to a consultation doctor based on the consultation request; when the actual consultation time is different from the planned consultation time, sending the actual consultation time to a server side, and obtaining a consultation request again; and generating a consultation playing link based on the consultation medical data and the consultation application data when the actual consultation time is the same as the planned consultation time.
