The service switch plug as recited in claim 6, wherein a plurality of heat dissipating ribs are provided on opposite side surfaces in a width direction of the rectangular box body, and the plurality of heat dissipating ribs are juxtaposed at intervals in a height direction of the rectangular box body and extend in a length direction of the rectangular box body.

The plug of the maintenance switch according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the plug contact member and the fuse member are crimped and conducted by a terminal bolt connected to the main housing, and the main housing and the closing plate are fixedly connected by a plug bolt screwed to the main housing; the wiring bolt is connected at the two ends of the length direction of the main shell body, and the plug bolt is connected at the two ends of the width direction of the main shell body.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a battery box, a maintenance switch and a plug thereof.

Background

At present, the voltage used by electric vehicles is generally high voltage not less than 300V, and in order to avoid electric shock hazard caused by improper operation and damage of electrical components caused by overload and short circuit, a manual maintenance switch is required to be installed on a high-current main line of an automobile circuit. The manual maintenance switch plays a role in protecting a power supply in an electric automobile circuit, and when an emergency occurs or a battery is maintained and installed, an operator can disconnect the manual maintenance switch in time to disconnect the current of the battery box. In consideration of the trend of development of electric vehicle power supplies toward miniaturization and high energy density, power-related accessories such as maintenance switches are required to be compact, convenient and miniaturized.

Patent document No. CN110223896B, No. 2020.04.07 discloses a manual maintenance switch, which mainly comprises a plug and a base, wherein the plug comprises an upper cover and a protective cover, the upper cover is a rectangular box body, a fuse and a female terminal assembly electrically connected with the fuse are accommodated in the rectangular box body, the protective cover is connected with the upper cover to compress the fuse in the upper cover, and a sealing ring is embedded on the side of the upper cover facing the base. The base in the manual maintenance switch comprises a base shell, a sealing gasket is arranged on the side face, facing the plug, of the base shell, a male terminal assembly is fixedly arranged in the base shell, and when the plug is connected with the base, the male terminal assembly in the base can be inserted into a female terminal assembly of the plug, so that the plug is conducted with a base circuit.

The maintenance switch is compact in structure and small in occupied space, and can well meet the use requirement of an electric automobile power supply, however, technicians find that if the maintenance switch is frequently switched on with large current when in use, the problem of aging or terminal ablation of the maintenance switch can occur in a short service life period, the maintenance switch cannot normally play a role of fusing protection, and needs to be timely and frequently replaced, so that the use cost of a battery box is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a plug of a maintenance switch, which is used for solving the problems of aging and ablation and short service life of the existing maintenance switch when a large current is conducted;

the invention also aims to provide a maintenance switch, which is used for solving the problems that the conventional maintenance switch is often aged and ablated and has short service life;

the invention also aims to provide a battery box, which is used for solving the problem that the service life of the existing maintenance switch of the battery box is short, and the service cost is high because the maintenance switch needs to be replaced frequently.

In order to achieve the purpose, the plug of the maintenance switch adopts the following technical scheme:

a plug for a service switch, comprising:

a main housing having an accommodating chamber;

a fuse disposed in the receiving chamber;

a plug contact having a connection end connected to the fuse and a plug end for connection to the mating contact;

the sealing plate is connected with the main shell and is provided with an opening for the insertion end of the plug contact to extend out;

and heat-conducting glue is filled between the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity and the fuse part so as to transfer the heat of the fuse part to the main shell.

As shown in fig. 6, the fuse 12 includes a fuse body and fuse terminals disposed at both ends of the fuse body, and the connection ends of the plug contacts 13 are conductively connected with the terminals of the fuse 12, so that when the maintenance switch is in use, current passes through the fuse 12 between the two plug contacts 13, and when a short-circuit current passes through the fuse 12, the fuse 12 cuts off the circuit, thereby ensuring the safety of electricity utilization. When the fuse 12 is used, if a large current is conducted for a long time, the fuse 12 can be ablated and aged due to heat accumulation, so that in order to avoid the ablation and aging of the fuse 12 and the whole plug 10 due to the heat accumulation and ensure that the fuse 12 can normally play a fusing protection role, the plug 10 in the invention is filled with heat-conducting glue at the fuse 12, so that the heat can be rapidly transferred to the main shell 11, and then the main shell 11 is utilized to carry out heat exchange with the external environment.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the main housing 11 is in the shape of a rectangular box, in which an accommodating cavity 114 for accommodating the fuse 12 is preset, and hollow cylinders extending in the plugging direction are arranged, the hollow cylinders include a first hollow cylinder 111 and a second hollow cylinder 112, and a radial dimension of the first hollow cylinder 111 is larger than a radial dimension of the second hollow cylinder 112. The first hollow cylinder 111 is located at two ends of the main housing 11 in the length direction, and a first threaded sleeve 18 is inserted therein, and a tooth shape is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the first threaded sleeve 18 to be fixed relative to the first hollow cylinder 111 when being inserted into the first hollow cylinder 111. The second hollow cylinders 112 are located at two ends of the main housing 11 in the width direction, four of the second hollow cylinders 112 are arranged, two of the second hollow cylinders are arranged at intervals in the width direction, a second threaded sleeve 19 is inserted into the second hollow cylinder 112, and a tooth shape is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the second threaded sleeve 19 so as to be fixed relative to the second hollow cylinder 112 when the second hollow cylinder 112 is inserted.

Wherein, the plug 10 is configured with a wiring bolt 15, the wiring bolt 15 corresponds to the first hollow column 111, and the plug contact 13 and the terminal of the fuse 12 are both provided with an avoiding opening for avoiding the wiring bolt 15, so that when the wiring bolt 15 is connected with the first threaded sleeve 18 in the first hollow column 111, the plug contact 13 is pressed on the terminal of the fuse 12, and the fuse 12 is also pressed in the main housing 11 by the wiring bolt 15.

At the edge of the main housing 11, six through holes 113 are provided, through which corresponding connecting bolts 30 can pass, so that the connecting bolts 30 are screwed with the base 20, thereby realizing the detachable connection of the main housing 11 and the base 20. The inner side of a closed curve surrounded by the six through holes 113 is provided with a mounting groove 115, a sealing ring 17 is embedded in the mounting groove 115, when the plug 10 is connected with the base 20, the sealing ring 17 can be extruded to deform, and the connection tightness is further ensured.

As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the cover plate 14 is provided with a rectangular recess 143 corresponding to the fuse body, and when the cover plate 14 is connected to the main housing 11, the lower half portion of the fuse body can be sunk into the rectangular recess 143 of the cover plate 14. The two ends of the closing plate 14 in the length direction are provided with avoidance holes 146 for avoiding bolt heads in the wiring bolts 15, a contact mounting groove 144 for installing and clamping the plug contact 13 is further arranged between the two avoidance holes 146, and the bottom of the contact mounting groove 144 is a large opening 141 for extending out of a plug end of the plug contact, so that when the plug is matched with the base, the plug contact 13 can extend into the base 20 and is matched with the contact in the base 20 in a plug-in manner. The edge of the sealing plate 14 is provided with a through hole 146 corresponding to the second hollow cylinder 112 for the plug bolt 16 to pass through, and after the plug bolt 16 passes through the through hole 146, the plug bolt is screwed with the second thread insert 19 in the second hollow cylinder 112, thereby realizing the connection between the sealing plate 14 and the main housing 11.

In other embodiments, the observation window may be disposed on the main housing, and the glue injection port may be disposed on the sealing plate, or the observation window may be disposed on the sealing plate and the glue injection port may be disposed on the main housing. Still alternatively, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, in another embodiment of the service switch, four rectangular small openings 142 are arranged on the sealing plate 14 in a matrix manner at the middle position, the four small openings 142 are all used as observation windows, small round holes 149 are further arranged at positions near four corners of the sealing plate 14, and the small round holes 149 are used as glue injection ports, so that glue can be injected into the space enclosed by the sealing plate 14 and the main housing 11 relatively uniformly.

It should be noted that, when the heat-conducting glue is injected, the heat-conducting glue is in a fluid state, an operator injects glue in batches, a small amount of heat-conducting glue is injected each time, the heat-conducting glue is injected again after being cured, and the process is circulated until the glue injection operation is completed. The purpose of doing so is, the injecting glue volume at every turn of control, can control the position that the heat-conducting glue distributes better, and heat-conducting glue overflows to plug contact 13 in when avoiding the injecting glue, influences the normal grafting cooperation of contact in plug contact and the base. The embodiment 2 of the maintenance switch of the invention is different from the above embodiments in that the plug of the maintenance switch comprises a main shell body in a rectangular box shape, the main shell body is provided with an accommodating cavity for a fuse element, when assembling, a technician firstly injects heat-conducting glue into the accommodating cavity of the main shell body, then fixes the fuse element on the main shell body, and then subsequently installs components such as a contact element into the main shell body. The heat-conducting glue is located between the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity and the fuse piece after being solidified, and the heat of the fuse piece can be transferred to the main shell. The operating mode of injecting glue earlier and then assembling is adopted in this embodiment to no longer set up the injecting glue mouth on main casing body or shrouding, though different with the structure of the mode of injecting glue again, main casing body and shrouding earlier each components and parts assembly in embodiment 1, nevertheless can realize in time dispelling the thermal function of fuse-link.

The difference between the embodiment 3 of the maintenance switch of the present invention and the above embodiments is that in this embodiment, an opening is formed on the sealing plate, and the opening is sealed by transparent glass or transparent acrylic material, so that the observation window is a closed structure, which is different from the scheme of embodiment 1 in which the opening on the sealing plate is used as the observation window. In other embodiments, main casing and/or shrouding no longer set up the observation window, operating personnel need calculate the injecting glue volume of injecting glue at every turn in advance, and the ration is injected into the heat conduction glue afterwards, guarantees the quality through the glue injection volume of strict control, no longer observes the injecting glue process.

The embodiment 4 of the maintenance switch of the invention is different from the above embodiments in that in this embodiment, a fan can be additionally arranged above the main casing, the speed of air circulation is increased to take away more heat, the speed of heat exchange between the main casing and the external environment is increased, the heat accumulated at the fuse part is timely discharged by increasing the temperature difference between the main casing and the fuse part, and the problems of ablation and aging of the maintenance switch are avoided, so that the maintenance switch is not limited to the scheme of arranging the heat dissipation convex ribs on the main casing.

The difference between the embodiment 5 of the maintenance switch of the present invention and the above embodiments is that in this embodiment, the main housing of the plug is a square tube structure, two ends of the square tube structure are open, and the fuse element and the plug contact element are fixed in the inner cavity of the square tube structure. The square tube structure has an opening at one end facing the socket, and the opening at the one end can also make the plug end of the plug contact extend out to be in plug fit with the adaptive contact in the base. And the other end opening of square tube structure can be through pouring into heat conduction glue into, rely on the heat conduction glue solidification back to carry out the shutoff, it has heat conduction glue to fill between the inboard cylinder of square tube structure and the fuse-link this moment, can be structural with heat transfer to square tube, and the protruding muscle of heat dissipation has been arranged on the outer peripheral face of square tube structure, can accelerate square tube structure and external environment and carry out the speed of heat exchange, so do not confine the adoption to have only one side open-ended rectangle box body and come as the main casing body.

Embodiment 6 of the maintenance switch of the present invention is different from the above embodiments in that in this embodiment, one side of the sealing plate facing the main housing is provided with an elastic claw, a clamping groove adapted to the elastic claw is provided at a position corresponding to the main housing, and the sealing plate can be relatively fixed to the main housing by the clamping engagement of the elastic claw and the clamping groove, and at this time, only a wiring bolt needs to be arranged in the main housing, and a hole site through which a bolt passes to connect the main housing and the sealing plate does not need to be arranged.

The embodiment of the plug of the maintenance switch of the invention is as follows: the structure of the plug of the service switch of the present invention is the same as that of the plug of the service switch embodiment described above, and therefore, description about the embodiment of the plug of the service switch will not be repeated.

The embodiment of the battery box in the invention comprises the following components: the battery box is generally installed in an electric vehicle and used as a power source for supplying power to a motor of the electric vehicle. The battery box comprises a box body, wherein the box body is internally provided with a battery core, a circuit conducted with the battery core and a maintenance switch connected on the circuit, and the structures of the battery box are the same as those of other existing battery boxes.
