Detailed Description

To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.

The invention provides an agent commanding terminal system, which can connect independent agent terminals into the agent commanding terminal system by only using one or two optical fibers and one power line in a serial connection mode, as shown in figure 1. The system comprises: a plurality of communicatively coupled agent terminals 100 and a power source. Each agent terminal 100 is uniformly provided with a plurality of functional systems and an exchanger, and the functional systems and the exchangers are connected through network cables. Each seat terminal 100 is connected in series through one optical fiber and forms a transmission network with the server and the operation terminal, and each seat terminal 100 is connected in series through another optical fiber to form a ring network as network protection.

It should be noted that each seat terminal 100 uses only one optical fiber for unidirectional transmission, and if a problem occurs at a certain location, all network devices of the system may be disabled, and data transmission may not be performed. If one of the optical fibers is disconnected, the optical fibers can be transmitted through the other optical fiber, so that the reliability between communications is improved.

For example, the functional system may include: the system comprises a paperless conference system, a distributed scheduling system, an IP telephone system and a Dante microphone system, and other functional systems can be added according to actual requirements. The IP telephone system carries out command interaction with an IP telephone switchboard in the system through a network interface, thereby realizing the control operation of the IP telephone extension, wherein the control operation comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining all extension details from an IP telephone switch, carrying out user configuration on the extension, checking extension states, setting operations such as muting, pick-up, no-disturbance, recording and the like, and simultaneously checking system call records. The power supply supplies power to a plurality of seat terminals, the seat terminals are connected to the power supply in a series connection mode, and any two connected seat terminals are connected in series through a power line.

In this way, the agent command terminal system realizes transmission of one or two optical fibers and one power line, simplifies the line, and facilitates the cross-linking and reconstruction of a plurality of agent terminals 100. When in the command mode, the agent terminals 100 are uniformly oriented to a large screen, as shown in fig. 5. As a large conference mode, the leader needs to face the auditorium, as shown in fig. 6. When the command mode in fig. 5 is changed to the large conference mode in fig. 6, one or two optical fibers and one power line are connected in series, so that the disassembly and connection of a plurality of seat terminals 100 can be quickly realized.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, each of the seat terminals 100 is provided with a power box having a power input terminal and a power output terminal, and one end of a power line connected between the two seat terminals 100 is connected to the power output terminal of one of the seat terminals 100, and the other end is connected to the power input terminal of the other seat terminal 100.

The function layer realizes related functions by calling an equipment interface, a user authority interface, a voice recognition interface, intelligent diagnosis and other interfaces. The back end realizes the management of various user data, and has high guarantee on the sealing property, the safety and the expansibility.

The display layer is used for displaying the working state of each functional system in a centralized way through the background server. The display layer displays the working state of the multifunctional system in a centralized way through the background server. A progressive frame is constructed by adopting a design of bottom-to-top incremental development, and a front-end and rear-end separation technology is adopted. The later maintenance efficiency is high, the compatibility is good, and the expansibility is strong.

Through the comprehensive management and control platform, all the functional systems in the agent terminal system are managed and controlled in a unified mode, the operation flow is simplified, and the operation experience is improved. For example, fig. 5 is a command mode, each agent terminal 100 is uniformly oriented to a large screen, and large screen display of information data, data switching, and call answering can be realized through the comprehensive management and control platform. The detection of the complex detection items is mainly realized by adopting a detection algorithm of a convolutional neural network.

Existing foreign object occlusion detection typically uses gaussian background modeling to dynamically generate a background picture, i.e., a reference picture, which is then compared with a current picture. However, foreign matter occlusion expression forms are various, and gaussian background modeling is performed according to a few simple scenes, so that it is difficult to cover various application scenes.

The existing snowflake noise detection is generally based on pixel or connected region search to search noise points, and has the main problems that the rapid scene change is easily judged to be snowflake noise, and the algorithm efficiency is low.

The existing mosaic detection is generally based on a template matching method, and the main problem is that the selection of a template is not universal, color blocks cannot be detected when the color blocks are small and the template is large, and false detection is easily caused by using a template which is too small.

The existing fringe detection mainly adopts methods such as Hough transform, Fourier transform and the like. The Hough transform needs to accurately segment line edges, and in a real monitoring picture, accurate segmentation is difficult to achieve, and a straight line is broken into a plurality of lines, so that many false detections can be caused by the method. The Fourier transform method is generally only suitable for the stripes with obvious periodicity, and the detection accuracy rate of the irregular stripes is not high.

All the above detection methods have a problem of large calculation amount, and require manual design of features or rules, which makes it difficult to effectively represent video images with mixed distortion. The actual video quality distortion condition is expressed in various forms, and the same fault type may show different characteristics at different moments, so that the detection algorithm is not strong in universality and low in detection accuracy rate in actual use.

For complex detection items, the invention designs a detection algorithm based on a convolutional neural network. The algorithm model of the convolutional neural network is shown in fig. 10, and includes 4 convolutional layers, 5 pooling layers, 2 full-link layers, and input and output layers. The sizes of the convolution kernels of the 1 st layer and the 2 nd layer are 7 x 7, and the sizes of the convolution kernels of the 3 rd layer and the 4 th layer are 5 x 5. The total connection layer comprises 2 layers, the output layer comprises 4 neurons, the neurons correspond to the characteristics of 4 fault types of foreign matter blocking, snow noise, stripe abnormity and picture mosaic respectively, and classification output is carried out through a Softmax classifier.

Compared with the traditional detection algorithm, the deep convolutional neural network model can learn and extract features from a large amount of labeled data, and can represent the essential features of the image. The features extracted by the deep convolutional neural network have certain degree of invariance of deformation, rotation and scale, and have better robustness and practicability. Meanwhile, the deep convolutional neural network is an end-to-end detection model, video images are input, video quality detection classification results are directly output, multiple detection contents are completed through one-time calculation, and the calculation speed can be effectively improved.

Through the computer vision intelligent algorithm of the convolutional neural network algorithm, quality problems in the video can be intelligently analyzed, judged and early warned, and the limitation that the basic operation state of a functional system can only be displayed in the prior art is broken through.

According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 11, the agent terminal 100 includes: two parallel and spaced support plates 110 and a table top 130. The lower end of each support plate 110 is provided with a universal wheel 120 so that the position of the seat terminal 100 can be adjusted. Therefore, the position of the seat terminal 100 can be conveniently adjusted through the universal wheel 120, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the seat terminal 100.

At least one of the support plates 110 is provided with a connection via 119 to fix an adjacent seat terminal by a connection means 140. It should be noted that the connection through hole 119 may be provided in one of the support plates 110 of the seat terminal 100, or the connection through holes 119 may be provided in both of the two support plates 110 of the seat terminal 100.

For example, when the seat terminal 100 is located at the leftmost end or the rightmost end of a plurality of seat terminals, the one side support plate 110 adjacent to another seat terminal may be provided with the connection through hole 119, and the connection device 140 fixes the adjacent seat terminal through the connection through hole 119. When other seat terminals are disposed on two adjacent sides of the seat terminal 100, the two support plates 110 of the seat terminal 100 should be provided with connecting through holes 119 to fix the two adjacent seat terminals through the connecting device 140.

The method is suitable for rapid deployment of seat terminals in spaces such as a command hall or a conference room according to different use purposes, use environments, the number of users and the like, meets the command or conference needs, and is particularly suitable for combining a plurality of seat terminals 100 together to form a large terminal for participants to use.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, two universal wheels 120 are spaced apart from each fixing plate 111, so that the seat terminal can be supported and moved by the four universal wheels 120, thereby improving the stability of the seat terminal 100.

The universal wheel 120 has a locking mechanism. When the seat terminal 100 needs to be fixed, the locking mechanism of the universal wheel 120 can fix the seat terminal and prevent the seat terminal from moving randomly.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, a cabinet 150 is disposed below the top 130 of the seat terminal 100, and the support plate 110 is provided with a wire hole 151 communicating with the cabinet 150. The cabinet 150 can be opened for placing a host and hardware equipment matched with the desktop equipment, a strong power box for supplying power to relevant equipment, network wiring for providing communication for each equipment, and the like, so that the use environment of the seat terminal 100 is ensured to be clean, the wiring of the seat terminal 100 can be prevented from being exposed outside, and potential safety accidents caused by overlapping wiring can be avoided. The wire through hole 151 is used to provide a power line interface and a network communication line interface.

For example, the seat terminal 100 is externally connected with a 220V power supply through the wire through hole 151, and the seat terminal internally adopts three paths of power supply. The 220V circuit enters a strong power box behind the seat terminal cabinet 150 and is divided into two paths by the strong power box, one path is connected to each load, and the other path is connected to a space joint to supply power to a seat terminal cascaded behind. The power supply of each seat terminal 100 is controlled by the power master control button 5e in fig. 10 to individually distribute power. And the seat terminal can supply power to each device by pressing the master control button 5 e.

For another example, a fiber switch may be placed behind the agent terminal cabinet 150, and each device on the table 130 may be connected to the switch through a network cable. When the connection of a plurality of seat terminals 100 is realized, the plurality of seat terminals 100 are connected through the optical fiber from the wire through hole 151, on the basis, the switch of the first seat terminal 100 is connected with the server of the machine room through the optical fiber from the wire through hole 151, and the seat terminal 100 at the tail end is connected with the operation terminal through the network cable from the wire through hole 151.

In some embodiments of the present invention, two adjacent seat terminals 100 are fixed by the connection device 140 through the connection via 119.

The connection device 140 includes: a bolt 141, a first guide sleeve 142, a second guide sleeve 143, and a pin 144, as shown in fig. 11. Wherein, the first guide sleeve 142 is positioned inside the support plate 110 of one of the two connected seat terminals 100; the second guide sleeve 143 is located inside the support plate 100 of the other of the two seat terminals 100 connected; the pin 144 passes through the first guide sleeve 142 and the second guide sleeve 143 and is connected to the bolt 141. When the seat terminals are crosslinked, the pin shaft 144 and the seat bolt 141 are simultaneously drilled and twisted, so that two seats can be aligned, and the connecting device 140 plays a role in guiding and stabilizing. Further, a spacer 145 may be placed between the bolt 141 and the second guide housing 143, as shown in fig. 12. In this way, a plurality of agent terminals can be connected.

In summary, the invention performs unified management and control on all devices in the agent terminal system through the comprehensive management and control platform, simplifies the operation process and improves the operation experience. Meanwhile, an intelligent operation and maintenance management system is adopted, the limitation that the traditional operation and maintenance system can only display the basic operation state of the equipment is broken through, a computer vision intelligent algorithm is integrated, and intelligent analysis, judgment and early warning can be carried out on quality problems in the video. The system is connected in series to realize transmission of one or two optical fibers and one power line, so that the line is simplified, and the cross-linking and reconstruction of a plurality of seats are facilitated.
