Technical Field

The application relates to the field of small household appliances, in particular to a stirring device and a stirrer.

Background

With the increasing standard of living, many different types of food processors are on the market. The conventional handheld blender comprises a blending knife for cutting food and a motor assembly for driving the blending knife to rotate. The stirring knife of the related hand-held stirrer is positioned in the space enclosed by the protective cover, so that the cleaning is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a stirring device and a stirrer with stirring knives convenient to clean.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.

Referring to fig. 1, a mixer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 1 and a mixer 2 mounted on the main body 1. In the illustrated embodiment, the stirring device 2 is detachably assembled to the main body 1, but the present application is not limited thereto, and in another embodiment, the stirring device 2 is not detachable from the main body 1.

The host 1 includes a housing 10 and a motor assembly (not shown) located within the housing 10. The housing 10 includes a grip 101 for an operator to grip and a mounting portion 102 extending from the grip 101. The stirring device 2 is detachably mounted on the mounting portion 102, and for example, the stirring device can be assembled and limited by a snap or a thread.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the stirring device 2 includes a housing 20, a stirring blade assembly 21 assembled to the housing 20, and a protective cover 22. The housing 20 includes a main body 201, an assembling portion 202 extending from the main body 201, and a first buckle 203 disposed on the assembling portion 202. The first buckle 203 includes a first abutting portion 2031 extending in the vertical direction, a first buckling portion 2032 extending in the horizontal direction from the first abutting portion 2031, and a protruding portion 2033 extending from the first buckling portion 2032. The main body 201 is detachably attached to the attachment portion 102 of the main body 1. Referring to fig. 7, the main body 201 encloses a receiving space 2010. Referring to fig. 8, the assembling portion 202 has a first hole 2020, a second hole 2021 and a receiving groove 2022.

Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the stirring blade assembly 21 includes a limiting member 210, a rotating shaft 211 and a hand piece 212 assembled to the limiting member 210, and a stirring blade 213 assembled to the rotating shaft 211. The hand piece 212 includes a top wall 2120, a side wall 2121 and a connecting portion 2122 extending from the top wall 2120, and a second catch 2123 extending from the side wall 2121. The top wall 2120 is provided with perforations 2120. The through hole 21201 is used for the rotating shaft 211 to pass through. The connecting portion 2122 is fixed to the limiting member 210 by a fixing member 215. The fixing member 215 may be a bolt or the like. In other embodiments, the retaining member 210 may be integrally formed with the hand piece 212, and may not be detachable, for example, by being integrally formed or welded together.

When the hand piece 212 is assembled to the housing 20, the assembling portion 202 of the housing 20 is partially received in the space surrounded by the hand piece 212, and the sidewall 2121 of the hand piece 212 is located above the main body 201 of the housing 20, so as to facilitate holding the hand piece 212. The side wall 2121 is provided with a non-slip portion 21210, which effectively increases the friction between the side wall 2121 and the hand, and facilitates the rotation of the hand piece 212.

The second buckle 2123 includes a second abutting portion 21230 extending along the vertical direction, a second buckling portion 21231 extending along the horizontal direction from the second abutting portion 21230, and a concave portion 21232 disposed on the second buckling portion 21231. When the hand piece 212 is assembled with the housing 20, the hand piece 212 or the housing 20 is rotated such that the second fastening portion 21231 moves below the first fastening portion 2032, i.e., the movement of the hand piece 212 in the vertical direction is limited. The first abutting portion 2031 is configured to abut against the second buckling portion 21231, and the second abutting portion 21230 is configured to abut against the first buckling portion 2032, so as to prevent the second buckling portion 21231 from disengaging from the first buckling portion 2032 due to over-rotation of the hand piece 212 or the housing 20. Only the first abutting portion 2031 or the second abutting portion 21230 may be provided.

The hand piece 212 is assembled and limited with the housing 20, so that the rotating shaft 211 is limited, the rotating shaft 211 is prevented from moving due to an improper external force, and the stability of connection between the rotating shaft 211 and the motor of the host 1 is effectively ensured.

In other embodiments, the first catch 203 and the second catch 2123 can be released from the retaining relationship by pressing, for example, by pressing one end of the first catch 203 to tilt the first retaining portion 2032 to disengage from the second retaining portion 21231, so that the first catch 203 and the second catch 2123 disengage from each other.

When the second fastening portion 21231 is fastened to the first fastening portion 2032, the protrusion 2033 of the first fastener 203 is received in the recess 21232 of the second fastener 2123, so as to prevent the second fastening portion 21231 from being fastened to the first fastening portion 2032 by an external force, which effectively ensures the stability of the holding between the hand piece 212 and the housing 20. The protrusion 2033 can also be disposed on the second catch 2123, and correspondingly, the recess 21232 can be disposed on the first catch 203.

Referring to fig. 8 to 9, the protective cover 22 includes a positioning portion 220 and a sidewall 221 extending from the positioning portion 220. The side wall 221 is arranged around the periphery of the stirring knife 213, so that potential danger caused by exposure of the stirring knife 213 is prevented; meanwhile, the side wall 221 may also play a role of turbulence, so that the stirring effect of the stirring blade 213 is better.

When the stirring device 2 is assembled, the rotating shaft 211 penetrates out of a space surrounded by the protective cover 22, one end of the rotating shaft 211 penetrates through the first hole 2020 of the housing 20 and then is located in the accommodating space 2010 of the housing 20, and the other end of the rotating shaft 211 is assembled with the stirring knife 213; positioning portion 220 of protective cover 22 is received in receiving groove 2022 of housing 20 after passing through hole 21201 of hand piece 212, so as to fix protective cover 22 to housing 20; the connecting portion 2122 of the hand piece 212 passes through the second hole 2021 of the housing 20, the limiting member 210 is located in the accommodating space 2010 of the housing 20, and the limiting member 210 is located below the assembling portion 202 of the housing 20, so as to prevent the stirring blade assembly 21 from being separated from the housing 20 when moving up and down relative to the housing 20.

In other embodiments, the limiting member 210 may also be removed, the rotating shaft 211 is fixed to the hand-held member 212, and the hand-held member 212 moves to drive the rotating shaft 211 to move. The rotating shaft 211 can be abutted against the housing 20 after moving, so as to prevent the stirring blade assembly 21 from being separated from the housing 20. A return spring can be arranged between the rotating shaft 211 and the casing 20, and after the stirring blade 213 is cleaned, the return spring can drive the stirring blade 213 to move to a space surrounded by the side walls 221 of the protective cover 22.

When the stirring device 2 of the embodiment of the application is used, when the stirring blade 213 needs to be cleaned, the hand piece 212 or the housing 20 is rotated, so that the second buckle 2123 is separated from the buckling with the first buckle 203, the hand piece 212 is pushed upwards, the stirring blade assembly 21 is driven to move upwards, and the stirring blade 213 is moved out of the space of the protective cover 22, so that the stirring blade 213 is convenient to clean; when cleaning the stirring blade 213, the hand piece 212 may be held by hand, so that the stirring blade 213 is kept in a state of being moved out of the space of the protective cover 22 or the stirring blade 213 is directed downward, and the stirring blade 213 is kept in a state of being moved out of the space of the protective cover 22 due to the influence of gravity, thereby preventing the stirring blade 213 from being retracted into the space of the protective cover 22, and saving labor in operation.

When the stirring device 2 of the embodiment of the present application is used, after the stirring blade 213 is cleaned, the stirring blade 212 is pulled downwards to drive the stirring blade assembly 21 to move downwards, and when the side wall 2121 of the stirring blade 212 moves to the main body 201 of the casing 20 to be supported, the stirring blade 212 or the casing 20 is rotated, so that the second fastening part 21231 is fastened with the first fastening part 2032 to limit the stirring blade assembly 21 to the casing 20, and meanwhile, the stirring blade 213 is located in the space surrounded by the side walls 221 of the protection cover 22. The hand piece 212 of the embodiment of the present application moves to move the stirring blade 213. In other embodiments, the stirring blade 213 can also be moved relative to the protective cover 22 by rotating the hand piece 212.

Referring to fig. 10, in the second embodiment, after the stirring blade 213 is removed from the space surrounded by the side wall 221 of the protective cover 22, it can be detached from the rotating shaft 211, so as to further facilitate cleaning of the stirring blade 213. The stirring blade 213 and the rotating shaft 211 are fixed in a threaded connection manner, so that the stirring blade 213 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.

Referring to fig. 11, in the third embodiment, the stirring blade 213 is detachable from the rotating shaft 211. The stirring blade 213 includes a blade body 2130, a holder 2131 fixed to the blade body 2130, and an elastic member 2132 assembled to the holder 2131. The holder 2131 is provided with an assembling hole 21310. The shaft 211 includes a base portion 2111 and an abutment portion 2110 extending from the base portion 2111. The diameter of the abutment 2110 is larger than the diameter of the base 2111. When the stirring blade 213 is assembled with the rotating shaft 211, the stopping portion 2110 is pressed into the assembling hole 21310, the elastic member 2132 moves upward to pass over the stopping portion 2110, and the stopping portion 2110 is limited in the assembling hole 21310 due to the elastic force of the elastic member 2132. The retaining portion 2110 is spherical and is convenient to assemble and disassemble the stirring blade 213. When the stirring blade 213 needs to be detached, the stirring blade 213 is pulled downward, so that the stirring blade 213 is separated from the rotating shaft 211.

The stirring device 2 of the embodiment of the present application includes a hand piece 212 assembled to the rotating shaft 211, the hand piece 212 is exposed to the housing 20, and when the hand piece 212 is pushed or rotated, the stirring blade 213 can be driven to move relative to the protection cover 22 so as to move out of the space surrounded by the side wall 221 of the protection cover 22, so that the stirring blade 213 is convenient to clean, and the hand piece 212 is convenient to operate because the hand piece 212 is exposed to the housing 20; the hand-held piece 212 can be assembled and fixed with the shell 20 to ensure that the stirring knife 213 is positioned in the space surrounded by the side wall 221 of the protective cover 22, so as to prevent the rotating shaft 211 from being separated from the motor of the main machine 1 due to the movement of improper external force, and ensure the use stability of the stirring machine; the second buckle 2123 is located inside the side wall 2121, and the first buckle 203 and the second buckle 2123 are buckled by rotating the hand piece 212, so that the first buckle 203 and the second buckle 2123 can be hidden, and the appearance of the stirring device 2 is neat; meanwhile, the situation that the first buckle 203 and the second buckle 2123 are separated from being buckled and held by improper external force can be prevented, and the stability of connection between the rotating shaft 211 of the stirring device 2 and the motor of the main machine 1 is effectively ensured.
