1. A powder composition for fixing cosmetics, comprising: 96-97wt% of base stock and 3-4 wt% of oil phase,

the base material comprises mica powder treated by triethoxycaprylylsilane, vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, boron nitride, polymethylsilsesquioxane and magnesium stearate;

the oil phase includes an emollient and a humectant.

2. The powder composition for fixing cosmetics according to claim 1, wherein 96-97wt% of the binder comprises 19-20.5wt% of triethoxyoctylsilane-treated mica powder, 52-53wt% of vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer, 10-10.5wt% of boron nitride, 10-10.6 wt% of polymethylsilsesquioxane, and 3-3.6 wt% of magnesium stearate.

3. The powder composition for fixing cosmetics according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is one or more of p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroximic acid, and decanediol.

4. The make-up powder composition according to claim 1, wherein the emollient is one or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, dimethicone, octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate, bis-diglycerol polyacyladipate-2, diisostearyl malate.

The make-up powder composition according to claim 1, wherein 3 to 4 wt% of the oil phase comprises caprylic/capric triglyceride 0.9 to 1.0wt%, polydimethylsiloxane 1.0 to 1.3wt%, octyldodecanol stearoyloxy stearate 0.5 to 0.6wt%, bis-diglycerol polyacyladipate 0.2 to 0.3wt%, distearyl malate 0.2 to 0.3wt%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.5wt%, caprylhydroxamic acid 0.1wt% and decanediol 0.1 wt%.

6. A method for preparing a powder composition for fixing cosmetic according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

step 1) weighing base materials according to a formula, and uniformly stirring and mixing the base materials to obtain a material I;

step 2) weighing an oil phase according to the formula, and uniformly stirring and mixing the oil phase to obtain a material II;

and 3) uniformly mixing and stirring the first material and the second material to obtain the powder composition for fixing the makeup.

7. The method for preparing a powder composition for fixing cosmetics according to claim 6, wherein the rotation speed of the stirring is controlled to 50 rpm in steps 1) to 3).

8. The method for preparing a make-up setting powder composition according to claim 7, wherein the make-up setting powder composition is obtained by mixing the first material and the second material in the step 3) and stirring at a speed of 50 rpm for 6 min.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a powder composition for fixing makeup and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The makeup cosmetic is mainly divided into powder cakes and loose powder, and the makeup can be locked in a short time after common makeup products are made up, but the makeup cannot be fixed for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a powdery composition capable of fixing makeup for a long time, which adopts the technical scheme that:

a long-wear leave-on powder composition comprising: 96-97wt% of a base material and 3-4 wt% of an oil phase, wherein the base material comprises mica powder treated by triethoxyoctylsilane, vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer, boron nitride, polymethylsilsesquioxane and magnesium stearate;

the oil phase comprises an emollient and a humectant;

preferably, 96-97wt% of the binder comprises 19-20.5wt% of triethoxyoctylsilane treated mica powder, 52-53wt% of vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer, 10-10.5wt% of boron nitride, 10-10.6 wt% of methicone silsesquioxane, and 3-3.6 wt% of magnesium stearate;

preferably, the humectant is one or more of p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroximic acid and decanediol;

preferably, the emollient is one or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane, octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate, bis-diglycerol polyacyladipate-2, diisostearyl malate;

preferably, 3-4 wt% of the oil phase comprises caprylic/capric triglyceride 0.9-1.0wt%, polydimethylsiloxane 1.0-1.3wt%, octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate 0.5-0.6wt%, bis-diglycerol polyacyladipate 0.2-0.3wt%, diisostearyl malate 0.2-0.3wt%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.5wt%, caprylhydroxamic acid 0.1wt%, and decanediol 0.1 wt%;

the invention also provides a preparation method of the powder composition for fixing the makeup, which comprises the following steps:

step 1) weighing base materials according to a formula, and mixing and stirring the base materials uniformly to obtain a material I;

step 2) weighing an oil phase according to the formula, and uniformly stirring and mixing the oil phase to obtain a material II;

step 3) mixing and stirring the first material and the second material uniformly to obtain a powder composition for fixing the makeup;

preferably, the rotation speed of stirring in the steps 1) to 3) is controlled at 50 revolutions per second;

preferably, the first material and the second material are mixed in the step 3) and stirred at the speed of 50 r/s for 6min to obtain the powder composition for fixing the makeup;

the powder composition of the make-up setting is prepared from a base material and an oil phase, wherein:

the mica powder has a layered structure, has good ductility and can absorb facial grease, and compared with the common mica powder, the mica powder is subjected to surface treatment by triethoxycaprylylsilane, so that the hydrophobic effect is improved, the adsorption degree to water is reduced, the possibility of removing makeup when meeting water is reduced, and the makeup fixation effect is enhanced;

the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer is composite powder of organic silicon resin coated with organic silicon rubber powder, so that the lubrication degree of the product is endowed, the combination degree of each component can be improved, and the effect of stabilizing the product is achieved;

the boron nitride is a crystal composed of nitrogen atoms and boron atoms, has light scattering property, enables the skin to form a transparent and glittering effect, has a skin lubricating effect, and can increase the lubrication degree of the product;

the polymethylsilsesquioxane has a spherical structure of a micron-sized highly-crosslinked space network structure, has a refreshing hand feeling, has a unique network structure, and can adsorb grease, so that a make-up fixing effect is achieved;

magnesium stearate can improve the adhesiveness of the powder composition, enhance the ductility of the powder composition, and enable the powder composition to be easily attached to the face and not to easily fall off; thereby achieving the effect of fixing the makeup;

the emollient can increase the adhesiveness of the powder composition, improve the skin adhesion and lubrication effect of the powder composition, and improve the ductility of the powder composition;

the caprylic/capric triglyceride has non-greasy texture, can increase the lubricating effect of the powder composition, and improves the ductility;

the polydimethylsiloxane has a film forming effect, has a combination and agglomeration effect on the powder composition, combines various raw material components, enhances the makeup fixation effect of the powder composition, and improves the ductility of the powder composition;

the octyl dodecanol stearoyl stearate can increase the adhesiveness of the powder composition, increase the lubricating effect of the powder composition and improve the ductility of the powder composition;

the di-diglycerol polyacyladipate-2 has excellent skin adhesion, and can increase the adhesiveness of the powder composition;

the powder raw materials of the powder composition for the make-up fixation are combined with each other, each raw material has an adsorption effect on grease, and the mica powder is treated by triethoxycaprylylsilane, so that the powder composition for the make-up fixation has the performance of absorbing oil and not absorbing water, and a make-up fixation effect is generated;

the powder composition for fixing cosmetics in the embodiment comprises 96-97wt% of base material and 3-4 wt% of oil phase, wherein:

96-97wt% of the binder comprises 19-20.5wt% of triethoxyoctylsilane-treated mica powder, 52-53wt% of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer, 10-10.5wt% of boron nitride, 10-10.6 wt% of polymethylsilsesquioxane and 3-3.6 wt% of magnesium stearate;

3-4 wt% of the oil phase comprising caprylic/capric triglyceride 0.9-1.0wt%, polydimethylsiloxane 1.0-1.3wt%, octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate 0.5-0.6wt%, bis-diglycerol polyacyladipate 0.2-0.3wt%, diisostearyl malate 0.2-0.3wt%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.5wt%, caprylhydroxamic acid 0.1wt%, and decanediol 0.1 wt%;

the source of the raw materials in this example is shown in table 1;

The other raw materials except the raw materials disclosed in table 1 are all commercially available products;

in view of the above, examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 9 of the present application are provided, and the specific formulation of each raw material in examples 1 to 4 is shown in table 2;

the raw materials in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-9 were prepared into a powder composition for fixing by the following method;

step 1) mixing the base materials, stirring and mixing uniformly at the speed of 50 revolutions per second to obtain a material I;

step 2) stirring the oil phase at a speed of 50 revolutions per second, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material II;

step 3) mixing and stirring the first material and the second material at the speed of 50 revolutions per second for 6min to obtain a powder composition for fixing the makeup;

the powder compositions of the make-up bases prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were subjected to evaluation tests, respectively, specifically including:

cosmetic antioxidant testing: the test sample was evaluated for efficacy in maintaining makeup by applying makeup with the powder composition for a single application, collecting facial images through VISIA-CR and calculating skin whiteness L value, skin color (yellow-blue) value b value;

and (3) testing the make-up efficacy: the detection method is an internal detection method provided by Guangzhou branch of general standard technical service, Inc., and comprises the following specific contents: a professional cosmetic maker applies the same amount of foundation liquid on the whole face of a subject, the left face presses the face by dipping the makeup setting composition of example 1 with a powder puff, the redundant makeup setting composition is brushed away with a brush, the right face presses the face by respectively dipping the makeup setting composition of a comparative example with a powder puff, the redundant loose powder is brushed away with a brush, the face of the subject is subjected to image acquisition by using a face high-definition imager VISIA-CR, and the subject waits for 4 hours in an environment with the temperature of 21 +/-1 ℃ and the relative humidity of 50 +/-10% RH and then is subjected to image acquisition by using the face high-definition imager VISIA-CR again;

the makeup antioxidant test and makeup holding efficacy test results of the makeup-fixing powder compositions prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 9 are shown in table 3;

As shown by the table, the change of the skin whiteness and skin color of the face of the subject using the powder composition for the top dressing described in example 1 is lower than that of the face of the subject using the powder compositions for the top dressing described in comparative examples 1 to 9, indicating that the powder composition for the top dressing described in example 1 has an excellent top dressing effect;

the foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention in any manner; the present invention can be readily implemented by those of ordinary skill in the art in view of the foregoing description; however, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims; meanwhile, any changes, modifications, and evolutions of the equivalent changes of the above embodiments according to the actual techniques of the present invention are still within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
