the feed pipes 1 to 24 are connected with feed hoppers 1 to 25 in a penetrating way; a limiting ring 1-26 is fixed on the inner ring wall at the bottom end of the feeding pipe 1-24 through a bolt; a second scraper plate 1-27 is arranged in the feeding pipe 1-24, and the annular wall of the second scraper plate 1-27 is propped against the annular wall of the feeding pipe 1-24; the rear side walls of the second scraping plates 1-27 are abutted against the limiting rings 1-26; a first connecting rod 1-28 is fixed on the front side wall of the second scraper blade 1-27 through a bolt; the front side of the bottom of the tank body 1-1 is provided with a discharging mechanism 2; the discharging mechanism 2 comprises a discharging pipe 2-2, a valve 2-3, a scraping ring 2-4, a second connecting rod 2-5, a third connecting rod 2-6, a fourth connecting rod 2-7 and a second electric push rod 2-8; a discharge port 2-1 is arranged at the lower side of the front side wall at the bottom of the tank body 1-1; the front side of the discharge port 2-1 is connected with a discharge pipe 2-2 through a bolt in a penetrating way; the rear end of the discharge pipe 2-2 is provided with a valve 2-3; a scraping ring 2-4 is movably arranged in the discharge pipe 2-2, and the outer annular wall of the scraping ring 2-4 is abutted against the inner annular wall of the discharge pipe 2-2; the upper end of the front side wall of the scraping ring 2-4 is fixedly provided with a second connecting rod 2-5 through a bolt, and the front end of the second connecting rod 2-5 is welded and fixed with the lower end of a third connecting rod 2-6; the upper end of the third connecting rod 2-6 is fixedly welded with a fourth connecting rod 2-7; a second electric push rod 2-8 is fixed on the front side ring wall of the tank body 1-1 through a bolt, and the movable end of the second electric push rod 2-8 is welded and fixed with the rear end of a fourth connecting rod 2-7 through a bolt; the model of the second electric push rod 2-8 is TGA, and the second electric push rod 2-8 is connected with an external power supply.

The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: when the material feeding device is used, the first connecting rod 1-28 is pulled out by the rubber grab handle 1-29, the second scraping plate 1-27 is pulled out, the material is fed into the material feeding pipe 1-24 through the material feeding hopper 1-25, and after the material feeding is finished, the second scraping plate 1-27 is pushed back to the material feeding pipe 1-24, so that the raw material on the material feeding pipe 1-24 is pushed into the tank body 1-1; starting the first motor 1-6, rotating an output shaft of the first motor 1-6 to enable the rotating shaft 1-7 to rotate, driving the stirring frame 1-8 and the stirring net 1-9 to rotate, stirring the raw materials under the action of the stirring frame 1-8, and separating the piled raw materials by the stirring net 1-9 to facilitate mixing; when the stirring frame 1-8 rotates, the first scraping plate 1-21 is driven to rotate together under the action of the slot 1-23, the sliding block 1-20 moves in the second sliding groove 1-22, and the screw nut 1-15 does not influence the rotation of the first scraping plate 1-21; the stirring and mixing conditions can be observed through the observation window 1-2; after mixing, opening a valve 2-3 to discharge the lubricating oil raw material, starting a second motor 1-19, and rotating an output shaft of the second motor 1-19 to enable one screw rod 1-16 to rotate, driving the other screw rod 1-16 to rotate under the action of a gear 1-17 and a chain 1-18, and enabling a screw nut 1-15 to move downwards and a first scraper plate 1-21 to move downwards when the two screw rods 1-16 rotate, so that the first scraper plate 1-21 is scraped on the inner ring wall of the tank body 1-1, and the lubricating oil raw material is prevented from being adhered to the inner wall; after the lubricating oil raw material is discharged, starting the second electric push rod 2-8, and extending the second electric push rod 2-8 to enable the fourth connecting rod 2-7 and the third connecting rod 2-6 to drive the second connecting rod 2-5 to move forwards, and enabling the scraping ring 2-4 to move forwards, so that the lubricating oil raw material on the inner ring wall of the discharge pipe 2-2 is scraped completely; when the tank body 1-1 is cleaned, the first electric push rod 1-5 is started, and the first electric push rod 1-5 extends out, so that the cover body 1-30 drives the stirring frame 1-8 to move upwards, and the tank body 1-1, the stirring frame 1-8 and the stirring net 1-9 are cleaned conveniently.

After adopting above-mentioned structure, this embodiment's beneficial effect does:

1. the first scraper plate 1-21 is arranged, so that the lubricating oil raw material on the inner annular wall of the tank body 1-1 can be scraped, the lubricating oil raw material is prevented from adhering to the inner wall, and the practicability is improved;

2. the cover body 1-30, the stirring frame 1-8 and the stirring net 1-9 can be separated from the tank body 1-1, so that the tank body 1-1, the stirring frame 1-8 and the stirring net 1-9 can be cleaned conveniently, and the main body 1 of the stirrer can be cleaned conveniently;

3. the discharging mechanism 2 is arranged to prevent the lubricating oil raw material from remaining in the discharging pipe 2-2;

4. the second scraper plate 1-27 is arranged, so that the raw materials can be pushed into the tank body 1-1 during feeding, and overflow of the raw materials during stirring and mixing is avoided.
