Background

The defect of the traditional roller type reinforcing steel bar bending machine:

1) the bending efficiency is low, the bending radian is difficult to control, the length of the steel bar can be changed in the arc bending process, the arc bending quality of the steel bar is unstable, the interference of human factors is large, the arc bending quality of the steel bar is poor, and the design requirement is difficult to meet.

2) Great difficulty is brought to the welding of the steel bars, and the manufacturing and forming efficiency of the steel bar cage is reduced.

3) The motor is adopted for driving, the driving force is lower, the efficiency is lower, and the bending forming speed of the reinforcing steel bar is full.

4) The working performance is unstable, the service life is short, and the quality is poor.

5) The operation method is complicated and has certain danger. Therefore, improvements in the prior art are needed.

s2: when a start button is pressed, the first oil cylinder 10 is ejected out firstly, and then the second oil cylinder 11, the third oil cylinder 12 and the fourth oil cylinder 13 are ejected out to the limit position of the stop lever 8 in sequence;

s3: after the pressure is maintained for 1 second, the second oil cylinder 11, the third oil cylinder 12 and the fourth oil cylinder 13 return to the original positions, the middle pressing block 4 and the middle fixing block 5 of the first oil cylinder 10 are opened, and the first oil cylinder 10 returns;
