The tank housing 100 includes a bottom plate 120 and a top plate 110, which are horizontally disposed, and a first side plate 130 and a second side plate 140, which are vertically disposed, and which are opposite to each other; the first and second support plates 150 and 160 are attached to the inner wall of the base plate 120; the main support plate 190 is coupled to the top of the first and second support plates 150 and 160; the main carrier plate 190 is horizontally disposed.

The fixing assembly includes a first hydraulic cylinder 210 and a pressure plate 220; the base of the first hydraulic cylinder 210 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top plate 110; the pressing plate 220 is horizontally connected to the telescopic rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 210; the telescopic rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 210 is vertically arranged; the platen 220 and the main carrier plate 190 are diametrically opposed.

The first support plate 150, the second support plate 160, the base plate 120 and the main support plate 190 enclose an inner space (not numbered); the base of the second hydraulic cylinder 170 is fixed to the inner wall of the base plate 120; the second hydraulic cylinder 170 is vertically disposed; the crane 180 is disposed in the inner space.

The crane 180 comprises a first plate 370, a second plate 380 and a third plate 390 which are connected in sequence; both the first plate 370 and the third plate 390 are vertically disposed; the second plates 380 are all horizontally arranged; both ends of the second plate 380 are connected to the bottom ends of the first plate 370 and the third plate 390, respectively; the second plate 380 is attached to the telescoping rod end of the second cylinder 170.

The first roller 480 is rotatably connected to the top end of the first plate 370; the second roller 350 is rotatably connected to the top end of the third plate 390; the main bearing plate 190 is provided with a first groove 510 and a second groove 520; the first roller 480 can protrude from the first groove 510; the second roller 350 can protrude from the second groove 520.

The driving part includes a first sheave 340, a second sheave 360, a third sheave 450, a fourth sheave 470, a belt 410, and a motor 420; the first sheave 340 is coaxially connected to the first roller 480; the second grooved wheel 360 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the second roller 350; the first roller 480 and the second roller 350 are positioned at the same height; the third sheave 450 and the fourth sheave 470 are rotatably connected to the crane 180 through a support frame 460, the fourth sheave 470 and the third sheave 450 are located on the same vertical line, the fourth sheave 470 is higher than the third sheave 450, that is, the fourth sheave 470 is located right above the third sheave 450; the belt 410 is sequentially wound on the first sheave 340, the second sheave 360, the third sheave 450 and the fourth sheave 470; the motor 420 is used for driving the third sheave 450 to rotate (specifically, the motor 420 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the second plate 380, the output shaft of the motor 420 is coaxially fixedly connected with the first gear 430, the third sheave 450 is coaxially fixedly connected with the second gear 440, and the first gear 430 is meshed with the second gear 440).

The loading and unloading assembly further comprises a first sliding column 320 and a second sliding column 330, wherein the first sliding column 320 and the second sliding column 330 are vertically and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom plate 120; the first sliding column 320 and the second sliding column 330 are respectively located at two sides of the second hydraulic cylinder 170, a first sliding hole (not shown) is vertically formed at a position of the second plate 380 close to the first plate 370, a second sliding hole (not shown) is vertically formed at a position of the second plate 380 close to the third plate 390, the first sliding column 320 is slidably arranged through the first sliding hole, and the second sliding column 330 is slidably arranged through the second sliding hole, so that the lifting frame 180 can only vertically move.

Through the technical scheme, automatic feeding and discharging of the H-shaped steel can be realized, when feeding is needed, a web plate of the H-shaped steel is placed on the upper surface of the main bearing plate 190, then the second hydraulic cylinder 170 is started, the lifting frame 180 is lifted, so that the first roller 480 is lifted and extends out of the first groove 510, the second roller 350 is lifted and extends out of the second groove 520, so that the first roller 480 and the second roller 350 are both contacted with the lower surface of the web plate of the H-shaped steel, the motor 420 is started to drive the third grooved wheel 450 to rotate, so that the first grooved wheel 340 and the second grooved wheel 360 are driven to rotate, so that the first roller 480 and the second roller 350 are driven to rotate (the fourth grooved wheel 470 and the idler wheel) so as to drive the H-shaped steel to move on the main bearing plate 190, so that feeding is realized, after the feeding is finished, the motor 420 is stopped, the second hydraulic cylinder 170 is restarted, so that the lifting frame 180 is lowered, thereby lowering the first roller 480 into the first groove 510 and lowering the second roller 350 into the second groove 520 to avoid interfering with the securing of the platen 220.

When blanking is needed, the pressing plate 220 is lifted by the first hydraulic cylinder 210, then the second hydraulic cylinder 170 is started, the lifting frame 180 is lifted again, so that the first roller 480 is lifted and extends out of the first groove 510, the second roller 350 is lifted and extends out of the second groove 520, the first roller 480 and the second roller 350 are both in contact with the lower surface of the web of the H-shaped steel, the motor 420 is started again, the third sheave 450 is driven to rotate, the first sheave 340 and the second sheave 360 are driven to rotate, the first roller 480 and the second roller 350 are driven to rotate, the H-shaped steel is driven to move on the main bearing plate 190, and blanking is achieved; and manual feeding and discharging are not needed, so that the device is more convenient and labor-saving.
