Referring to fig. 1-2, support frames 39 are further fixed on two sides of the upper end of the fixed base plate 1, three spraying pipes 37 are fixed on the upper end of the support frame 39, one spraying pipe 37 is located on one side of the coarse grinding roller 10 away from the fine grinding roller 11, the other spraying pipe 37 is located on one side of the fine grinding roller 11 away from the coarse grinding roller 10, the rest spraying pipes 37 are located between the coarse grinding roller 10 and the fine grinding roller 11, two ends of each spraying pipe 37 are connected through a connecting pipe, a plurality of atomizing nozzles 38 are fixed on the lower ends of the spraying pipes 37, one end of each spraying pipe 37 is connected with a conveying pipe 36 through a connecting pipe, the other end of the conveying pipe 36 is connected with a water pump 35, a water tank 34 is fixed on the bottom end of the water pump 35, and the output end of the water pump 35 extends to the bottom end inside the water tank 34 through a hose.

On the basis of the above example 1, the method of use thereof is disclosed:

the first step is as follows: according to the thickness of the modular building connecting piece, the first jacking mechanism 7 is started to push the upper clamping block 13 in the first connecting frame 4 to move downwards, the upper clamping block 13 in the first connecting frame 4 pushes the connecting bearing 15 and the lower frame block 14 in the first connecting frame 4 to move downwards so as to drive the coarse grinding roller 10 to move downwards, the downward adjustment of the height of the coarse grinding roller 10 is completed, the upper end of the upper clamping block 13 in the first connecting frame 4 loses stress by withdrawing the first jacking mechanism 7, and the elastic deformation of the elastic piece 16 in the first connecting frame 4 pushes the lower frame block 14, the connecting bearing 15 and the upper clamping block 13 in the first connecting frame 4 to move upwards so as to drive the coarse grinding roller 10 to move upwards, so as to complete the upward adjustment of the height of the coarse grinding roller 10;

according to the thickness of the modular building connecting piece, the second jacking mechanism 8 is started to push the upper clamping block 13 in the second connecting frame 5 to move downwards, the upper clamping block 13 in the second connecting frame 5 pushes the connecting bearing 15 and the lower frame block 14 in the second connecting frame 5 to move downwards, so that the fine grinding roller 11 is driven to move downwards, the downward adjustment of the height of the fine grinding roller 11 is completed, the first jacking mechanism 7 is retracted to enable the upper end of the upper clamping block 13 in the second connecting frame 5 to lose stress, and the elastic deformation of the elastic piece 16 in the second connecting frame 5 pushes the lower frame block 14, the connecting bearing 15 and the upper clamping block 13 in the second connecting frame 5 to move upwards, so that the fine grinding roller 11 is driven to move upwards, and the upward adjustment of the height of the fine grinding roller 11 is completed;

according to the thickness of the modularized building connecting piece, the third jacking mechanism 9 is started to push the upper clamping block 13 inside the third connecting frame 6 to move downwards, then the upper clamping block 13 inside the third connecting frame 6 pushes the connecting bearing 15 and the lower frame block 14 inside the third connecting frame 6 to move downwards, so that the cleaning roller 12 is driven to move downwards, the downward adjustment of the height of the cleaning roller 12 is completed, the upper end of the upper clamping block 13 inside the third connecting frame 6 loses stress by withdrawing the first jacking mechanism 7, the lower frame block 14 inside the third connecting frame 6 is pushed by elastic deformation of the elastic piece 16 inside the third connecting frame 6, the connecting bearing 15 and the upper clamping block 13 move upwards, so that the cleaning roller 12 is driven to move upwards, and the upward adjustment of the height of the cleaning roller 12 is completed.

The second step is that: one end of the modular building connecting piece is conveyed to the upper end of the fixed base plate 1 through external mobile equipment, and the fixed frame 24 is pushed by starting the fourth jacking mechanism 23 to enable the first roller 25 to be in contact with two sides of the modular building connecting piece so as to position the modular building connecting piece.

The third step: the motor 41 outside the first connecting frame 4, the second connecting frame 5 and the third connecting frame 6 is started to drive the rough grinding roller 10, the finish grinding roller 11 and the cleaning roller 12 to rotate, when the modular building connecting piece is moved to the lower end of the rough grinding roller 10 through external moving equipment, the rough grinding roller 10 is in contact with the surface of the rough grinding roller to perform rough grinding on the modular building connecting piece, and when the modular building connecting piece is moved to the lower end of the finish grinding roller 11, the finish grinding roller 11 is in contact with the surface of the finish grinding roller to perform finish grinding on the modular building connecting piece;

when the modular building connecting piece moves to the lower end of the cleaning roller 12, the cleaning roller 12 is contacted with the surface of the modular building connecting piece to perform cleaning treatment, and after the cleaning roller 12 cleans the surface of the modular building connecting piece, the scraper 21 is contacted with the surface of the modular building connecting piece to scrape off residual dust on the surface of the modular building connecting piece.

The fourth step: drive threaded rod 27 through start-up driving motor 29 and rotate, threaded connection through removing frame 30 and threaded rod 27, utilize the opposite screw thread in threaded rod 27 both ends simultaneously, make the torsional force that produces when threaded rod 27 rotates drive the removal frame 30 at both ends and carry out the ascending removal in mutual direction, the removal through removing frame 30 drives the both ends of second gyro wheel 31 and modularization building connection spare and contacts, when making the modularization building connection spare remove, through the contact with second gyro wheel 31, the completion is stabilized it and the secondary positioning.

The fifth step: during polishing, through the spraying structure, dust removal treatment is carried out on the modular building connecting piece when the modular building connecting piece is polished, water in the water tank 34 is pumped out by starting the water pump 35 and is conveyed into the spraying pipeline 37 through the guide of the conveying pipeline 36, the water in the spraying pipeline 37 is atomized and sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 38, flying dust is captured through the atomized water and falls on the surface of the modular building connecting piece, the modular building connecting piece is cleaned through the steps in the third step, and the coarse grinding roller 10 and the fine grinding roller 11 are cooled through the contact of water mist with the coarse grinding roller 10 and the fine grinding roller 11.
