Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an automatic parking method for a vehicle, an information storage medium, an automatic parking system and the vehicle.

Background

The conventional automatic parking function of the vehicle mainly comprises the steps of starting and closing an automatic parking system through a switch, activating the automatic parking system by stepping on an automatic pedal by a driver in the driving process, releasing the automatic parking system by stepping on an accelerator, activating automatic parking by stepping on and stopping when a gear is in a driving gear in the automatic parking system mainly based on domestic vehicle models, and exiting automatic parking in a R gear is common in a Japanese vehicle. For example: some of the automatic parking functions of vehicles are based on an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and are realized by 4 wheel speed sensors, a master cylinder pressure sensor, a yaw rate sensor, a brake switch, and a Controller Area Network (CAN) Network vehicle-specific signals.

At the present stage, the automatic parking system cannot meet reasonable requirements of users under different working conditions, for example, under such vehicle moving conditions as backing up and warehousing or turning around in narrow places, the automatic parking function needs to be automatically turned off by drivers, otherwise, in the process, the automatic parking function is frequently activated, and the driving smoothness is greatly reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art.

To this end, a first object of the present invention is to propose an automatic parking method for a vehicle.

A second object of the invention is to propose a non-transitory computer storage medium.

A third object of the present invention is to provide an automatic parking system.

A fourth object of the invention is to propose a vehicle.

To achieve the above object, an automatic parking method for a vehicle according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring vehicle state parameters; detecting an automatic parking starting instruction; determining the intention of a driver for the activation state of the automatic parking function according to the vehicle state parameters; and controlling the activation state of the automatic parking function according to the intention of the driver for the activation state of the automatic parking function and the vehicle state parameter.

A non-transitory computer storage medium storing instructions for execution by a processor according to the present invention, the instructions in the storage medium, when executed by the processor of the terminal, enable the system to perform a method for controlling the operation of the vehicle, wherein the states include operating states of various parts involved in the electronic parking system, including a gear state, a main driving door switch and closing state, a main driving safety belt fastening or loosening state, a brake pedal state, an engine operating state, a vehicle body state, an instrument state, an indicator light state, an AVH switch opening state, when a sensor transmits a signal to a non-temporary computer storage medium, the operation states of all parts are analyzed and integrated, the computer program stored on the computer program runs, and the computer program sends an executable instruction to the processor.

The non-temporary computer storage medium can detect working signals of all parts of the vehicle in real time through the sensor, timely react to send out an instruction which can be executed by the processor, and internally store a main program, so that the non-temporary computer storage medium has memorability on state information of all parts of the vehicle, reacts quickly, can effectively shorten reaction time, and ensures intelligent operation of an automatic parking function of the vehicle.

To achieve the above object, an automatic parking system according to an embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention includes: a processor; a memory communicatively coupled to the processor; wherein the memory has stored therein instructions executable by the processor, the instructions when executed by the processor implementing any of the vehicle auto-park methods.

According to the automatic parking system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sensor acquires the vehicle state parameters, the memory runs the program and sends the instructions which can be executed by the processor, so that any one of the automatic parking methods is realized.

To achieve the above object, a vehicle according to a fourth aspect of the present invention includes: vehicle bodies, engines and gauges; the sensor device is used for acquiring vehicle state parameters; and the automatic parking trigger device is used for receiving an operation instruction.

The automatic parking control method and the automatic parking control system are applied to a vehicle, the automatic parking function does not need to be frequently activated under the vehicle moving condition, the sensors collect vehicle state parameters such as a vehicle body, an engine and an instrument, the automatic main vehicle trigger device receives an operation instruction, and then the vehicle body, the engine and the instrument are controlled, so that the operation steps of manually controlling the vehicle are simplified, and the convenience is improved.

An automatic parking method, a storage medium, an automatic parking system, and an application to a vehicle according to embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an automatic parking method of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, an automatic parking method for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention at least includes the following steps S1-S4.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the auto park standby state entering condition may include: detecting a good fastening feedback signal of a main driving safety belt; detecting a door closing in-place feedback signal of a main driving side; the engine is started or switched to the OK range. The above three conditions are all satisfied for automatic parking and entering the standby state.

If the three conditions are not completely met, only any two of the three conditions are met, and any one or all of the two conditions are not met. For example, when detecting that the main driving safety belt is fastened with a feedback signal, the engine is started or switched to an OK gear, and detecting that the main driving side door is not closed to the right position with the feedback signal, the driver activates the AVH button, and the instrument text reminds that' the instrument prompts: the automatic parking does not satisfy the opening condition: when the car door is closed, the safety belt is fastened and the engine can be used during running, the prompting time of the instrument lasts for 5s, and the corresponding signal mode is AVH (automatic HOLD) and the standby condition does not meet the prompting state bit; if within five seconds of instrument suggestion, 3 conditions of ignition, main safety belt of driving, main door of driving all satisfy, then after the driver presses the switch again, enter and await the order, send message signal for the instrument: AVH standby conditions meet the reminding status bit so that the instrument extinguishes the text prompt; if the AVH is less than 5S, the AVH switch is pressed again when the condition is satisfied, the corresponding signal mode is that the AVH standby condition does not satisfy the reminding state bit, and the corresponding signal mode returns to the OFF state.

If the three conditions are completely met, namely the detection signal of the sensor is as follows: the main driving safety belt is fastened with a feedback signal, the engine is started or switched to an OK gear, the closing in-place feedback signal of the main driving side vehicle door is detected, the driver activates the AVH button, the AVH standby condition meets the reminding state, the instrument does not perform character prompt, and the vehicle automatically parks and enters the standby state.

And for the automatic parking entering into the working state, namely activating the automatic parking function, if the driver has the intention of activating the automatic parking function, determining that the vehicle state parameters meet the entering conditions of the automatic parking working state, and controlling the activation of the automatic parking function.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic parking operation state entry condition may include: detecting that the automatic parking system enters a standby state; detecting that the vehicle is in a neutral position or a driving position; a braking signal is detected and the vehicle speed is zero. If the three conditions are simultaneously met, the system detects that the driver has the intention of activating the automatic parking function, determines that the vehicle state parameters meet the automatic parking working state entering conditions, and controls the automatic parking function to be activated. If the conditions that the automatic parking system enters the standby state and other two conditions are not completely met are met, the system detects and analyzes that the driver does not expect to activate the automatic parking function, the automatic parking system is inhibited from being activated, and the automatic parking is kept in the original standby state. First, if a car is automatically rented, the main driving safety belt is loosened. Second, a main driving side door opening signal is detected. Third, engine-out or an OK range is detected. And controlling the automatic parking system to exit the standby state, automatically pulling up the EPB, and returning the automatic parking function to the off state.

In some embodiments, the automatic parking function directly exits the standby state from the active state and returns to the off state. For example, the automatic parking function is detected to be in an activated state, the vehicle state parameter is determined to meet at least one of the following conditions, and the automatic parking function directly exits from the standby state from the working state and returns to the closed state.

First, a primary seatbelt release is detected. Second, a main driving side door opening signal is detected. Third, engine-out or an OK range is detected. If the three conditions meet at least one condition, the AVH directly exits the standby state from the working state, the instrument indicator lamp is normally turned off, the EPB is automatically pulled up, and the EPB returns to the off state.

In one embodiment of the invention, determining the driver's intention to the automatic parking activated state from the vehicle state parameters comprises: the vehicle state parameters meet the vehicle moving working condition entering conditions, and it is determined that the driver does not expect to activate the automatic parking function; or the vehicle state parameter does not meet the vehicle moving condition entering condition, and the driver is determined to have the intention of activating the automatic parking function.

FIG. 3 is a flow chart of a method for automatically parking a vehicle to control the vehicle to enter a vehicle moving condition according to an embodiment of the invention. The judgment conditions in the figure do not have a sequence, all the conditions must be met simultaneously, and the automatic vehicle parking method can control the vehicle to enter the vehicle moving working condition. According to fig. 3, the automatic parking method for a vehicle according to the present invention controls the vehicle to enter a vehicle moving condition, and comprises the following steps S301 to S304.

If the driver steps on the brake, the gear condition is not switched to the reverse gear from the non-reverse gear, the vehicle state parameter does not meet the condition of entering the vehicle moving condition, the vehicle cannot enter the vehicle moving condition, the automatic parking function keeps the original state, if the driver steps on the brake, the gear condition is not switched to the reverse gear from the non-reverse gear but is always in the reverse gear, the vehicle state parameter does not meet the condition of entering the vehicle moving condition, the vehicle is in the vehicle moving condition under the condition, the vehicle cannot enter the vehicle moving condition, and if the driver wants to enter the vehicle moving condition again, the driver needs to exit the vehicle moving condition first, so that the vehicle state parameter meets the condition of entering the vehicle moving condition again, and then the vehicle moving condition can be entered again.

S303, judging whether the system detects a brake signal, if the vehicle gear condition is switched from a non-reverse gear to a reverse gear, detecting that a driver steps on a brake pedal by the system, determining the intention of the driver on an automatic parking activation state by the vehicle state parameters, meeting the vehicle moving condition entry condition, determining that the driver does not expect to activate the automatic parking function, and keeping the AVH in an inactivated state to stand by. If the vehicle gear condition is not switched from the non-reversing gear to the reversing gear and the driver does not step on the brake pedal, the vehicle moving condition entry condition is not met, the vehicle state parameter does not meet the vehicle moving condition entry condition, the vehicle cannot enter the vehicle moving condition, and the automatic parking function keeps the original state.

S304, under the condition that the conditions are met simultaneously, the vehicle state parameters determine the intention of a driver to the automatic parking activation state, the vehicle state parameters meet the vehicle moving condition entering conditions, and the driver does not expect to activate the automatic parking function, so that the AVH is in the state of being unable to be activated, the AVH maintains standby, the meter receives the message, and when the vehicle moving condition is entered, the meter sends a text prompt to 'enter the low-speed vehicle moving condition, and inhibit and activate automatic parking'. If the conditions cannot be met or not met at the same time, the vehicle state parameters do not meet the vehicle moving working condition entering conditions, the vehicle cannot enter the vehicle moving working condition, and the automatic parking function keeps the original state.

And S403, judging whether the vehicle is in a driving gear and is greater than the preset vehicle speed under the vehicle moving condition, for example, the preset vehicle speed is 10km/h, if the vehicle is in the driving gear and the vehicle speed is greater than 10km/h, automatically pulling up the electronic parking brake system, enabling the vehicle to exit the vehicle moving condition, and enabling the automatic parking function AVH to return to a standby state and be normally activated. If the vehicle is in a driving gear and the speed of the vehicle is less than or equal to 10km/h, the vehicle is still in a vehicle moving condition, the automatic parking power is in a standby maintaining state, and the automatic parking power cannot be normally activated.

S404, judging whether the vehicle sends an automatic parking starting instruction under the vehicle moving condition, if a driver independently presses an AVH key during the vehicle moving condition, detecting and determining the intention of the driver on an automatic parking activated state by the system, determining that the driver expects to activate the automatic parking function, automatically pulling up the electronic parking brake system, quitting the vehicle moving condition, returning the AVH of the automatic parking function to the standby state and directly activating the AVH under the condition that other conditions are met.

If the driver does not press the AVH key, the system detects and determines the intention of the driver for the automatic parking activated state, and determines that the driver does not expect to activate the automatic parking function, the vehicle is still in a vehicle moving condition, and the automatic parking function is in a standby maintaining state and cannot be normally activated.

S405, judging whether the electronic parking brake system is pulled up under the vehicle moving condition of the vehicle, if the system detects that the vehicle state parameter is EPB pull-up or EPB pull-up from pull-up to pull-up, the vehicle exits the vehicle moving condition, the AVH returns to the standby state and can be directly activated under the condition that other conditions are met, if EPB pull-up or EPB pull-up from pull-up to pull-up is not existed, the vehicle is still under the vehicle moving condition, and the AVH is in the standby state and cannot be normally activated.

S406, determining that the vehicle parameters meet at least one condition, exiting the vehicle moving working condition by the automatic parking function, returning the AVH of the automatic parking function to a standby state, and directly activating the AVH under the condition that other conditions are met.

The embodiment of the invention also comprises the following steps: and under the vehicle moving condition, detecting that the driver continuously presses the button twice after continuously detecting two times of automatic parking starting instructions, controlling the vehicle to exit the vehicle moving condition, and controlling the automatic parking system to exit the automatic parking standby state.

In summary, according to the automatic parking method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the entry and exit conditions of the original automatic parking scheme are supplemented, and the purpose of the automatic parking method is the same as that of the existing automatic parking scheme, namely the automatic parking of the vehicle is realized. According to the automatic parking function provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the automatic parking function is activated or not is logically judged by identifying the intention of a driver, the automatic parking function is automatically maintained in a standby state and is not frequently activated in a vehicle moving working condition, the driving smoothness is improved, and the defects of the original automatic parking scheme are effectively overcome.
