Background

With the implementation of a new European standard, requirements on factors influencing energy efficiency such as water consumption, electricity consumption, programs and the like are stricter, the outer cylinder structure of the traditional drum washing machine adopts PP + glass fibers, the PP + glass fibers are spliced into a whole from front to back, the clearance between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is larger due to the existence of demoulding inclination, so that the safety during high-speed dehydration can be ensured, the set water level can be reached only after a large amount of water exists between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and the traditional resistance type heating pipe has low efficiency and is arranged in the outer cylinder, so that the heating efficiency is further reduced after scale, hair and the like are accumulated after the traditional resistance type heating pipe is used for a period of time, and the substantial breakthrough of the energy efficiency of the whole machine is difficult to realize. At present, water and energy conservation become a great trend of drum development.

The invention is provided in view of the above.

As a practical mode, the water outlet pipe comprises a first pipe section connected with the circulating water pump and a second pipe section connected with the water inlet;

the circulating waterway device comprises an electric control three-way valve; one joint of the electric control three-way valve is communicated with the first pipe section, one joint is communicated with the second pipe section, and the other joint is connected with a drain pipe;

The metal outer cylinder 1 is provided with an electromagnetic heating device 2, the electromagnetic heating device 2 heats the metal outer cylinder 1, and the metal outer cylinder 1 transfers heat to cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1 to heat the cleaning water. The drum washing machine is provided with a circulating water path device which is communicated with the metal outer cylinder 1. Specifically, the circulating water path device comprises a circulating water pump 3, a water pumping pipe 4 and a water outlet pipe 5; wherein, the water pumping pipe 4 is connected with the circulating water pump 3 and the water pumping port; the water outlet pipe 5 is connected with the circulating water pump 3 and the water inlet.

The electromagnetic heating device 2 works, current passes through the electromagnetic heating device 2 and generates a magnetic field, and the current frequency is changed to generate a changed magnetic induction line so as to excite the eddy current effect of the metal outer cylinder 1 to generate heat, so that the temperature of cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1 is gradually increased, and the heating of the cleaning water is realized.

When the circulating water pump 3 works, under the action of the circulating water pump 3, cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1 is conveyed into the water pumping pipe 4 through the water pumping port, then flows through the circulating water pump 3 and the water outlet pipe 5 in sequence, and enters the metal outer cylinder 1 through the water inlet to form circulation of the cleaning water, so that the mixing of the cleaning water is promoted, the temperature of the cleaning water is quickly homogenized, and the heating speed is increased.

Wherein, the water outlet pipe 5 comprises a first pipe section 51 connected with the circulating water pump 3 and a second pipe section 52 connected with the water inlet; the first pipe section 51 is connected to the second pipe section 52 via the electrically controlled three-way valve 6. Specifically, one joint of the electrically controlled three-way valve 6 is communicated with the first pipe section 51, one joint is communicated with the second pipe section 52, and the other joint is connected with the drain pipe 7.

When the washing water is circulated, the electrically controlled three-way valve 6 controls to communicate the first pipe section 51 with the second pipe section 52, and disconnects the first pipe section 51 from the drain pipe 7. When the circulating water pump 3 works, the cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1 sequentially passes through the water pumping port, the first pipe section 51, the circulating water pump 3 and the second pipe section 52 and returns to the metal outer cylinder 1 through the water inlet, so that the cleaning water is pumped out and circulated back into the metal outer cylinder 1 through the metal outer cylinder 1, the mixing of the cleaning water is promoted, the temperature of the cleaning water is rapidly homogenized, and the heating speed is increased. In this embodiment, the water inlet is disposed at the top of the metal outer cylinder 1, and the cleaning water entering the metal outer cylinder 1 from the water inlet enters from the top of the metal outer cylinder 1 and is mixed with the cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1, thereby effectively promoting the temperature of the cleaning water to be uniformly increased and increasing the heating speed. The water pumping port is arranged at the bottom of the metal outer cylinder 1, and is helpful for the outflow of the cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1, so that the cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1 can be fully circulated.

In this embodiment, a spraying device is disposed at one end of the water outlet pipe 5 close to the water inlet. The water flowing out from the first pipe section 51 sprays cleaning water into the metal outer cylinder 1 through the spraying device, so that on one hand, clothes can be wetted quickly, on the other hand, the water is favorably and uniformly mixed with the cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1, the heating uniformity is improved, the temperature homogenization efficiency is improved, and the cleaning water can quickly and uniformly reach the set temperature. In this embodiment, one end of the second pipe section 52 away from the electrically controlled three-way valve is branched into a plurality of branch pipes; the top of the metal outer cylinder 1 is provided with a plurality of water inlets which are correspondingly communicated with a plurality of branch pipes of the second pipe section 52, so that water is fed into the metal outer cylinder 1 from different positions at the top of the metal outer cylinder, the mixing of cleaning water is promoted, the uniform temperature rise of the cleaning water is effectively promoted, and the heating speed is increased.

When the drum washing machine drains water, the electric control three-way valve 6 controls and communicates the first pipe section 51 with the drain pipe 7, the first pipe section 51 and the second section 52; the circulating water pump 3 works to pump out the cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder 1 through the water pumping port, and the cleaning water sequentially passes through the water pumping port, the first pipe section 51, the circulating water pump 3 and the water drainage pipe 7 and is discharged through the water drainage pipe 7.

In this embodiment, the water circulation pump 3 is located below the metal outer tube 1 to ensure efficient pumping of the cleaning water in the metal outer tube 1. The electric control three-way valve 6 is arranged at the rear end close to the metal outer cylinder 1 and above the metal outer cylinder 1. Namely, the connecting end of the drain pipe 7 and the electric control three-way valve 6 is positioned at the position above the rear end of the metal outer cylinder 1; during water drainage, the circulating water pump 3 pumps cleaning water to the upper part of the metal outer cylinder 1 through the first pipe section 51, so that the potential energy of the cleaning water is increased; then the washing water flows out from the drain pipe 7 under the action of gravity, so that the drainage speed is effectively increased, and the drainage efficiency is improved.

In addition, the electromagnetic heating device 2 is arranged on one side of the metal outer cylinder 1 far away from the inner cylinder 8; so that the electromagnetic heating device 2 is completely isolated from the cleaning water, and the cleaning water is prevented from damaging the electromagnetic heating device 2. Meanwhile, the metal outer cylinder 1 is used as a heating body to effectively increase the heating contact area and improve the heating efficiency. In addition, the electromagnetic heating device 2 has high heating efficiency and low energy consumption, and can reduce the overall energy consumption of the drum washing machine. In the present embodiment, the electromagnetic heating device 2 is provided at the bottom of the metal outer tube 1, and can preferentially heat the bottom of the metal outer tube 1 to preferentially heat a large amount of cleaning water therein. The electromagnetic heating device 2 is matched with the circulating water path device, so that the heating speed is effectively increased, and the energy consumption is reduced.

In this embodiment, the metal outer cylinder 1 includes an annular cylinder 10, a front flange 9 provided at a front end portion of the cylinder 10, and a rear flange 11 provided at a rear end portion of the cylinder 10. A barrel bottom bracket 12 is arranged in the barrel 10, and the barrel bottom bracket 12 supports the barrel 10 and the rear flange 11. The inner cylinder 8 of the present embodiment is a metal inner cylinder. Specifically, the metal outer cylinder 1 and the metal inner cylinder 8 are both made of stainless steel. The inner cylinder 8 and the outer cylinder are made of metal materials, so that the demoulding inclination (the existing outer cylinder is made of PP and glass fiber materials) does not exist, and the gap between the inner cylinder 8 and the outer cylinder is consistent. Compared with the traditional arrangement of the inner cylinder 8 and the outer cylinder with demoulding inclination, the arrangement of the metal inner cylinder 8 and the outer cylinder in the embodiment effectively reduces the water inflow and saves the water when the water level is the same.

The plane passing through the rotation axis of the inner cylinder 8 and perpendicular to the bottom of the tank is referred to as a reference plane M. A fixing seat is arranged in the area of the metal outer cylinder 1 close to the bottom; specifically, the fixed seat comprises a matching plate which is jointed with the metal outer cylinder 1; wherein the electromagnetic heating device 2 is fixed on the matching plate. In addition, a connecting plate is arranged on the edge of the matching plate parallel to the reference plane M; the connecting plate is provided with a mounting seat for connecting a shock absorber; in this embodiment, be formed with fixed chamber on the mount pad, and the mount pad is connected through the pressure riveting with the connecting plate. Wherein, the matching board is parallel to the two edges of the reference plane M and is provided with a connecting board.

One end of the shock absorber is fixed on the bottom of the box, and the other end of the shock absorber is fixedly connected with the connecting plate on the fixed seat. As a practical aspect, the damper is inclined in a direction from the bottom of the metal outer tube 1 to the top thereof toward the reference plane M. The included angle formed by the shock absorber and the plane of the box bottom is marked as alpha, and alpha belongs to [10 degrees, 90 degrees ]. In the present embodiment, α is 70 °. The shock absorber is obliquely arranged, so that the stability of supporting the metal outer cylinder 1 can be improved, and the force on the metal outer cylinder 1 can be effectively transmitted to the bottom of the box, so that the force generated by vibration is transmitted to the ground, the transmission of the vibration to the box body is effectively reduced, the stability of the box body is ensured, and the vibration of the whole washing machine is reduced.

The shock absorber comprises a first shock absorbing part and a second shock absorbing part; one end of the first damping part is connected with the fixed seat, and the other end of the first damping part is connected with the second damping part; one end of the second damping part far away from the first damping part is connected with the box bottom.

Specifically, the first damping part comprises a damping steel rod and a rubber fixing part arranged at one end of the damping steel rod; wherein, the rubber fixing part is arranged on the fixing seat. In this embodiment, the rubber fixing portion is pressed into the fixing cavity of the mounting seat to complete the connection between the damper and the fixing seat.

The second damping part comprises a damping sleeve matched with the damping steel rod, and a damping structure is arranged in the damping sleeve, so that damping can be realized when the damping steel rod moves back and forth along the damping sleeve; one end of the damping sleeve, which is far away from the first damping part, is provided with a fixing bolt which is fixedly connected with the box bottom.

The bottom of the metal outer cylinder 1 is provided with a plurality of shock absorbers which support the metal outer cylinder 1 together. In this embodiment, two shock absorbers are respectively disposed on two sides of the reference plane M, and are respectively and fixedly connected to two opposite ends of the connecting plate on the fixing base on the same side. Specifically, the damper is marked as a first damper, a second damper, a third damper and a fourth damper; the first shock absorber and the second shock absorber are located on the same side of the reference surface M, the third shock absorber and the fourth shock absorber are located on the same side of the reference surface M, the first shock absorber and the third shock absorber are arranged at one end close to the cylinder opening, and the second shock absorber and the fourth shock absorber are arranged at one end close to the cylinder opening. The support stability of the shock absorber to the outer cylinder is effectively ensured.

In addition, an upper balance weight is arranged in the area of the metal outer cylinder 1 close to the top of the tank, and a lower balance weight is arranged on one side of the metal outer cylinder 1 close to the bottom of the tank, so that the mass distribution is balanced, and the stability of the drum washing machine during operation is improved.

The drum washing machine of the above embodiment includes a box body, a metal outer cylinder disposed in the box body, and an inner cylinder rotatably disposed in the metal outer cylinder; the metal outer cylinder is used for containing cleaning water, a water inlet is formed in the top of the metal outer cylinder, and a water pumping port is formed in the bottom of the metal outer cylinder; an electromagnetic heating device is arranged on the metal outer cylinder; the drum washing machine comprises a circulating water path device communicated with the metal outer cylinder; the circulating water path device comprises a circulating water pump, a water pumping pipe connected with the circulating water pump and a water pumping port, and a water outlet pipe connected with the circulating water pump and a water inlet; when the electromagnetic heating device works, the metal outer cylinder generates heat, and the temperature of cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder is increased; the circulating water pump works, the circulating water pump sends cleaning water in the metal outer cylinder into the water pumping pipe through the water pumping port, and the cleaning water sequentially flows through the circulating water pump and the water outlet pipe and enters the metal outer cylinder through the water inlet; the metal outer cylinder is heated by the electromagnetic heating device, and water circulation is cleaned at the same time, so that the heating uniformity and the heating speed are effectively improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the heating efficiency is improved; in addition, the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are both made of metal in the embodiment, so that the water level is kept and the water inflow is reduced. In the above way, by arranging the electromagnetic heating device 2, the circulating water path device, the metal outer cylinder 1 and the metal inner cylinder 8, the electricity, water and time saving and energy saving of the whole machine can be realized.
