When in use: when the device is needed to be used, the protection member 2 can be controlled by manpower to move upwards, so that the stress plate 204 can move upwards in the guide groove 105, the spring outside the guide rod 106 is compressed, the trigger member 3 moves along with the spring, so that the inner side of the top end of the limiting rod 301 can be contacted with the guide plate 101 and then is guided to move, the spring inside the pushing groove 206 pushes the contact plate 302 to reset, so that the inner end above the limiting rod 301 can be automatically positioned at the top end of the ejector rod 102, the protection member 2 and the trigger member 3 are fixed and limited, the protection member 2 can be positioned at two sides of the top end of the main body 1, then the moving member 207 is controlled by manpower to move upwards, then the contact rod 208 can receive the spring power to move outwards, so that the inner end of the contact rod 208 can be contacted with the main body 1, so that the moving member 207 is fixed, and then the main body 1 is controlled to, then the circuit is passed through the inside of the moving member 207, then the circuit is connected, so that the device can be installed and used, when the device is used outdoors and meets storm or hail, the storm or hail is contacted with the top plate 305 and the outer end of the supporting rod 303, and then the triggering member 3 is pushed to generate displacement, so that the triggering member 3 can drive the limiting rod 301 to move, so that the limiting rod 301 can be separated from the top end of the top rod 102, the triggering member 3 and the protection member 2 can be relieved from limiting, so that the spring at the top end of the stress plate 204 can be extended, and then the protection member 2 is pushed to move downwards rapidly, so that the protection member 2 can be positioned at two sides of the main body 1 for protection, the storm or hail is prevented from being contacted with the main body 1, the aging of the main body 1 is reduced, when the protection member 2 moves, the moving member 207 moves in the moving groove 202, so that the circuit and the moving member 207 can be fixed, make the protection piece 2 can not exert an influence to circuit and moving member 207, when simultaneously the wind and rain contacts with protection piece 2, can enter into the top of radiating groove 203, then discharge through the bottom of radiating groove 203, make protection piece 2 when protection main part 1, can be with the supplementary transmission of the heat that main part 1 gived off, and then reinforcing radiating effect.
