Referring to fig. 7, the automatic insulating plate conveying assembly 4 includes two receiving plates 422 disposed in the two receiving grooves 421 and two extension springs 423 disposed between the two receiving plates 422, and the two extension springs 423 are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the two receiving plates 422; the blanking insert plate 44 is disposed at the center of the two folding plates 422, and the insulating plate is disposed between the receiving groove 421 and the folding plates 422.

Referring to fig. 3 and 8, in order to improve the product assembly quality, an iron sheet pressing tool 39 is arranged between the iron sheet assembly tool 31 and the insulation plate assembly tool 41 and is used for pressing and aligning a plurality of iron sheets on the tool unit 21; the iron sheet pressing tool 39 comprises a pressing cylinder 391 erected on the frame 1 and a pressing plate 392 mounted on a piston rod of the pressing cylinder 391; the pressing cylinder 391 drives the pressing plate 392 to reciprocate towards the tooling unit 21, so that the effect of pressing and aligning a plurality of iron sheets on the tooling unit 21 is achieved.

Referring to fig. 3 and 9, the frame 1 is provided with an embossed plate fixture 5 for pressing the insulating plates attached to both sides of the iron piece on the fixture unit 21. The embossing plate tool 5 comprises a horizontal cylinder 51 arranged on the rack 1 and a horizontal pressing plate 52 arranged on a piston rod of the horizontal cylinder 51, and the two horizontal cylinders 51 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tool unit 21 and move back and forth towards the tool unit 21; with reference to fig. 10 and 11, a plurality of parallel-arranged receding grooves 521 are formed on the side edge of the horizontal pressing plate 52, an embossing protrusion 522 is formed between adjacent receding grooves 521 for pressing the insulating plates on two sides, and an embossing knife 523 for embossing two sides of the iron sheet is disposed in the receding groove 521; the horizontal cylinder 51 moves towards the tool unit 21, so that the embossing protrusions 522 act on the insulating sheet to assemble the insulating sheet on the two sides of the iron sheet, and the embossing cutters 523 emboss the two sides of the iron sheet to prevent the insulating sheet from falling off from the iron sheet.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to improve the assembling quality of the arc-extinguishing chamber, cleaning brushes (not shown in the drawings) are arranged between the embossed plate tool 5 and the unloading tool 7, and the two cleaning brushes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tool unit 21.

Referring to fig. 4 and 12, the tooling unit 21 includes a base 211 and a mounting base 212 integrally and vertically disposed on the base 211, a plurality of chutes 213 for assembling iron sheets are formed on the mounting base 212, the plurality of chutes 213 are equidistantly arranged, a discharge chute 214 is formed on the base 211, and the discharge chutes 214 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mounting base 212.

Referring to fig. 3, 12 and 13, a discharge tool 7 is arranged below the machine frame 1 for discharging the assembled arc extinguishing chamber of the tool unit 21. The unloading tool 7 comprises an unloading cylinder 71 arranged on the rack 1 and an unloading top plate 72 arranged on a piston rod of the unloading cylinder 71; the discharging top plate 72 is located below the tooling unit 21 and slides on the discharging chute 214 in a reciprocating manner under the action of the discharging cylinder 71, so that the discharging top rod of the discharging top plate pushes the insulating plates on the two sides to realize discharging.

The implementation principle is as follows: firstly, placing an iron sheet and an insulating plate in an iron sheet automatic conveying assembly 3 and an insulating plate automatic conveying assembly 4 respectively to achieve the purpose of automatically conveying the iron sheet and the insulating plate; the tool conveying line 2 realizes that the tool unit 21 is positioned on the rack 1 and is directionally conveyed in a rectangular sliding mode through the sequential action of the driving assemblies 22.

Secondly, the first air cylinder 32 and the second air cylinder 33 in the iron sheet assembling tool 31 respectively drive the iron sheet inserting plates 34 which are arranged in a staggered mode, the material receiving seat 35 is assembled on the tool unit 21, and the iron sheets conveyed to the material receiving seat 35 by the automatic iron sheet conveying assembly 3 are assembled on the tool unit 21; meanwhile, the U-shaped push plate 38U is driven to reciprocate towards the direction of the iron sheet assembling tool 31 by a variable-pitch cylinder 37 in the variable-pitch assembly 36, so that the tool unit 21 changes the fixed conveying position, and the iron sheet inserting plate 34 is used for assembling iron sheets at different positions of the tool unit 21 under the action of the first cylinder 32 and the second cylinder 33 in the iron sheet assembling tool 31. The iron sheets are sequentially assembled on the tool unit 21 through the multiple groups of iron sheet assembling tools 31, and the automatic iron sheet assembling process is realized. After the iron sheets are assembled, the pressing cylinder 391 in the iron sheet pressing tool 39 drives the pressing horizontal pressing plate 52 to reciprocate towards the tool unit 21, so that the effect of pressing and aligning a plurality of iron sheets on the tool unit 21 is realized.

Next, the feeding cylinder in the insulation board assembling tool 41 drives the blanking inserting plate 44 to vertically reciprocate towards the tool unit 21, the insulation boards in the two side accommodating grooves 421 are assembled on the horizontal sliding block 47, and the assembling cylinder 45 drives the horizontal sliding block 47 to oppositely move towards the tool unit 21, so that the purpose of assembling the insulation boards on the iron sheet on the tool unit 21 is achieved; the horizontal cylinder 51 in the embossing plate tool 5 moves towards the tool unit 21, so that the embossing protrusions 522 act on the insulating sheet to further assemble the insulating sheet on the two sides of the iron sheet, and the embossing cutters 523 embosses the two sides of the iron sheet to prevent the insulating sheet from falling off from the iron sheet.

Finally, the unloading cylinder 71 in the unloading tool 7 slides on the unloading groove 214 in a reciprocating manner, so that the unloading mandril of the unloading cylinder pushes the insulating plates on the two sides to realize unloading; through multiunit iron sheet assembly fixture 31, insulation board assembly fixture 41, embossed plate frock 5 and frock of unloading 7, realize arc-extinguish chamber automatic assembly's purpose, have that production efficiency is high, effectively reduce intensity of labour, and convenient to use, effect that product quality is high.
