Background

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a device for manufacturing a metal signboard used for a steel object, comprising a machine platform having a feeding end and a discharging end, wherein the machine platform is provided with:

a conveying module used for moving the workpiece from the feeding end to the discharging end;

a first printing module which is driven by a driving mechanism to move along the three-dimensional direction and is provided with a rotating wheel with a plurality of character dies for impacting the selected character dies on the workpiece to form a character pattern;

the second printing module is used for generating a two-dimensional code and impacting the two-dimensional code on the workpiece to form a pattern;

a cutting module for cutting the workpiece with the character and the pattern into the nameplate.

In one embodiment, the driving mechanism includes a first displacement member capable of moving in a front-back direction on the machine and a second displacement member capable of moving in a left-right direction on the first displacement member, and the first printing module is disposed on the second displacement member and capable of moving in an up-down direction.

In one embodiment, the conveying module is provided with a limiting jig corresponding to the first printing module and the second printing module respectively, the limiting jig comprises a base and a baffle plate located above the base, a channel for a workpiece to pass through is formed between the base and the baffle plate, and the height of the channel is slightly greater than the thickness of the workpiece.

The conveying module 2 is provided with a track from the feeding end 11 to the discharging end 12 on the machine table 1 for conveying a long metal workpiece 6.

The first printing module 3 is disposed on the machine 1 near the feeding end 11, and is driven by a driving mechanism to move along a three-dimensional direction, so as to print on the workpiece 6. The driving mechanism includes a first displacement member 71 and a second displacement member 72, the machine 1 is provided with a rail 711 extending in the front-back direction, and the first displacement member 71 is disposed on the rail 711 and can move in the front-back direction. A fixing plate 712 is provided on the first displacement member 71, the fixing plate 712 is provided with a rail 713 extending in the left-right direction, and the second displacement member 72 is provided on the rail 713 to be movable in the left-right direction. The first printing module 3 is disposed on the second displacement member 72, and the second displacement member 72 is further disposed with an oil pressure cylinder 721 connected to the first printing module 3, wherein the oil pressure cylinder 721 can drive the first printing module 3 to move up and down. The conveying module 2 is provided with a material clamping jig 21 corresponding to the feeding end 11, and the material clamping jig can extend to and press the workpiece 6 when the first printing module 3 or the second printing module 4 performs impact printing on the workpiece 6, so that the workpiece 6 is fixed, the workpiece 6 cannot move obliquely when being subjected to impact printing, and printed characters and patterns are ensured to be tidy.

Furthermore, the transportation module 2 is provided with a limit fixture 22 corresponding to the first printing module 3 and the second printing module 4, respectively, the limit fixture 22 includes a base 221 and a baffle 222 located above the base 221 as shown in fig. 2, a channel 223 for a workpiece 6 to pass through is formed between the base 221 and the baffle 222, wherein the height of the channel 223 is slightly larger than the thickness of the workpiece 6. Since the characters and patterns on the workpiece 6 are formed by the cavities formed by the impact deformation, when the stamp leaves the workpiece 6 after the impact is completed, the stamps of the first printing module 3 and the second printing module 4 may be stuck in the cavities and not be separated from the workpiece 6, and the blocking plate 222 can block the workpiece 6 when the stamp moves upward to separate from the workpiece 6, so that the stamp can be smoothly separated from the workpiece 6.

The cutting module 5 is arranged behind the second printing module 4, and when the workpiece 6 is formed by the first printing module 3 and the second printing module 4 to represent the characters and patterns of the material number and is conveyed to the cutting module 5 by the conveying module 2, the workpiece 6 is driven by an oil hydraulic cylinder 51 to be cut into nameplates in an impacting manner.
