Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of casting processing devices, in particular to a precision casting sprue cutting device.

Background

After the precision casting is demoulded, a small bump is arranged on the surface of the precision casting at the position of a pouring gate of the mould, the bump is a pouring gate, the pouring gate is the tail end of a flow channel in the mould and is closest to the narrow part of a mould cavity, and molten metal enters the mould cavity through the small hole. In the latter process, this small projection needs to be subjected to a cutting process, in which a gate cutting device is used.

However, the existing cutting device for cutting the sprue of the precision casting cannot polish the surface of the cutting position, so that burrs exist on the surface of the casting, and the flatness of the surface of the casting is influenced, thereby reducing the quality of the casting, and the existing sprue cutting device cannot fix the precision casting, so that the casting is easy to slide when being cut, the normal cutting treatment is influenced, meanwhile, dust generated by cutting cannot be collected, and the dust drifts in the air to pollute the environment.

Accordingly, a person skilled in the art provides a precision casting gate cutting apparatus to solve the problems set forth in the background art described above.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a sprue cutting apparatus for precision castings, which solves the above problems of the prior art.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the outer sides of the two vertical guide rods are all sleeved with buffer sleeves at the lower end positions, and the two buffer sleeves are all made of rubber components.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the cutting and polishing switching mechanism is driven to rotate by the spindle motor, and can adjust a cutting state and a polishing state, so that a casting sprue can be cut and polished, the cutting position of the casting sprue is kept in a flat state, and the cutting effect is improved;

2. the cutting and polishing switching mechanism can be quickly separated from and fixed to the driving end of the spindle motor through the quick-release mechanism, so that the cutting and polishing switching mechanism is convenient to maintain;

3. the two telescopic plates are driven to move by the clamping driving mechanism, the two telescopic plates drive the two clamping plates to move, and the two clamping plates can clamp the two sides of the casting so as to fix the casting, improve the stability of the casting and prevent the casting from sliding during cutting and polishing;

4. the dust that produces when will cutting through the dust pump inhales the inboard of breathing pipe, then collects the dust through the dust bag, prevents that the dust from wafting in the air, causes environmental pollution.
