The power mechanism 140 comprises a motor, the motor is fixedly connected with the filling cover 120, the bottom end of the motor is fixedly connected with a gear set 142 and consists of two gears which are meshed with each other, the gear set 142 is rotatably connected with the filling cover 120, one side of the gear set 142 is in threaded connection with a screw 143 which penetrates through the filling cover 120, the bottom end of the screw 143 is rotatably connected with a pressure plate 141, water flow is pressed, and the side wall of the pressure plate 141 is attached to the inner wall of the filling barrel 110; the lifting device 150 comprises a gear rod 151, the top end of the gear rod 151 is fixedly connected with the filling cover 120, the gear rod 151 is slidably connected with the filling barrel 110, a lifting gear 154 is meshed on one side of the gear rod 151, a lifting frame 152 is rotatably connected on one side of the lifting gear 154, the lifting frame 152 is fixedly connected with the filling barrel 110, a clamping rod 153 is meshed on one side of the lifting gear 154 and used for fixing the lifting gear 154, the clamping rod 153 penetrates through the lifting frame 152 and is slidably connected with the lifting frame 152, a lifting spring is sleeved on the outer wall of the clamping rod 153 close to the middle position and drives the clamping rod 153 to fix the lifting gear 154, the lifting spring is fixedly connected with the lifting frame 152, the lifting of the filling cover 120 can be realized through the design, and the purpose of injecting running water into the filling barrel 110 is realized.

Transmission 300 is including driving gear 310, drive gear 310 and gear train 142 meshing, it is connected to drive gear 310 and filling lid 120 rotation, the top fixedly connected with drive mechanism 320 of driving gear 310, the one end bottom fixedly connected with transmission shaft of drive mechanism 320, the bottom fixedly connected with drive mechanism 330 of transmission shaft, drive mechanism 330 comprises three inline's belt pulley and a belt, three belt pulley passes through the belt and connects, the bottom of drive mechanism 330 is equipped with a plurality of drive structure 340, drive mechanism 330 is used for driving drive structure 340, the one end and the dwang 226 sliding connection of drive structure 340, dwang 226 and drive structure 340 grafting cooperation, stir the inside rivers flow of soaking bucket 211 when realizing that the plum moves back the salt, avoid the salinity to pile up at the bottom and lead to moving back the salt inequality, make the effect can't reach expectation.

Referring to fig. 11, a device for processing dried and wet plums with multi-gradient salt-removing and low-temperature flavor-entering functions is provided, wherein spray pipes 231 are fixedly connected to both sides of a middle soaking barrel 211, the water flow is sprayed to form a vortex-shaped water flow inside the middle soaking barrel 211, the plums inside the soaking barrel 211 are washed and cleaned, a water leakage hole 232 penetrating through the soaking barrel 211 is formed in one side of the bottom end of the soaking barrel 211, the water flow inside the soaking barrel 211 is removed after cleaning, a pull rod 233 penetrating through a support column 230 is slidably connected to one side of the support column 230, a cleaning spring is sleeved on the outer wall of the pull rod 233 and used for driving the pull rod 233 and a baffle 234 to seal the bottom end of the soaking barrel 211, and driving a baffle 234, and one end of the pull rod 233 is fixedly connected with a baffle 234 to help to seal the soaking barrel 211, and the baffle 234 is used for sealing the soaking barrel 211.

In this embodiment, before the salt of the preserved plums is removed, all the preserved plums are put into the middle position of the soaking barrel 211, the soaking cover 213 is covered, the trays 221 at both sides are adjusted to the lowest position by rotating the rotating gear 229, water is injected into the filling barrel 110, the motor works to guide water flow into the soaking barrels 211, each soaking barrel 211 is connected through a connecting pipe, the position of the soaking barrel 211 at both sides is lower at the moment, the amount of the stored water is more, the rotating gear 229 is rotated to adjust the trays 221 at both sides to the highest position, the water flow is sprayed out from the soaking barrels 211 at both sides through the connecting pipe from the spray pipe 231, and a vortex is formed in the middle soaking barrel 211, the preserved plums are cleaned, the pull rod 233 is pulled open to drive the baffle disc 234 to discharge water flow out of the soaking barrel 211, the cleaning spring drives the baffle disc 234 to close the soaking barrel 211 again, and the preserved plums with different taste requirements are placed into different soaking barrels 211 for further desalting.
