Need to explain: when the support plate 27 moves along with the shape of the steel wire rope, the air bag 71 can be extruded through the support plate 27, so that air in the air bag 71 enters the tapered pressurizing pipe 74 through the L-shaped air duct 73, because the diameter of the air outlet of the tapered pressurizing pipe 74 is smaller than that of the air inlet of the tapered pressurizing pipe, the air enters the air distribution disc 75 from the tapered pressurizing pipe 74 at high pressure and high speed and is finally blown out through the air outlet nozzle 76 at high speed, the lubricating oil can be disturbed by high-speed air flow blown out through the air outlet nozzle 76, so that the lubricating oil impacts the steel wire rope, and the cleaning of the surface of the steel wire rope is further facilitated through the impact of the lubricating oil; when the air bag 71 is not pressed, external air enters the air bag 71 through the air inlet pipe 78 under the action of the elastic restoring force of the spring 22;

it is also stated that: the air outlet nozzle 76 blows air at a high speed, and external driving equipment is not needed, so that the device is more energy-saving and environment-friendly;

it is also stated that: the high-speed air flow blown out by the air outlet nozzle 76 and the movement of the supporting plate 27 can realize the disturbance of the lubricating oil, thereby being beneficial to the convection inside the lubricating oil and further being beneficial to the heating of the lubricating oil.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 6 and 7, the straightening mechanism 3 includes a bearing seat 39a, the upper surface of the base 4 is rotatably connected with a cylindrical straightening box 32 through the bearing seat 39a, a feed inlet of the straightening box 32 is fixedly connected with a feed pipe 31 which is communicated with the feed inlet and concentrically arranged with the feed inlet, and the feed pipe 31 is rotatably connected with a discharge outlet of the guide box 26 through a plane bearing; a bottom straightening plate 38 and an upper straightening plate 39 are slidably connected in the straightening box 32, the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39 are rotatably connected with threaded columns 37, and the threaded columns 37 penetrate through the straightening box 32 and are in threaded connection with the straightening box 32; the outer surface of the straightening box 32 is fixedly connected with an outer gear ring 33 which is concentrically arranged; the upper surface of the base 4 is fixedly connected with a speed reducer 34 and a motor 35, the output end of the motor 35 is connected with the input end of the speed reducer 34, the output end of the speed reducer 34 is fixedly connected with a gear 36, and the gear 36 is meshed with the outer gear ring 33.

Need to explain: the steel wire rope sliding out of the guide box 26 enters the straightening box 32 through the feeding pipe 31, the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39 move oppositely by rotating the threaded column 37, and the gear 36 drives the outer gear ring 33 to rotate by the work of the motor 35, so that the straightening box 32, the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39 rotate synchronously, and the steel wire rope can be straightened by the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39;

it is also stated that: when the steel wire rope is straightened, the steel wire rope can rub against the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39, the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39 are abraded, and lubricating oil is adhered to the surface of the steel wire rope, so that the lubricating oil on the surface of the steel wire rope can be coated on the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39, the corrosion speed of the abraded parts of the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39 is reduced, and the service lives of the bottom straightening plate 38 and the upper straightening plate 39 are prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1 and 9, a discharging port of the straightening box 32 is connected with a scraping mechanism 6 for scraping the surface of the steel wire rope.

Need to explain: the cleaning mechanism 6 can simply clean the lubricating oil on the surface of the straightened steel wire rope, so that the probability that the lubricating oil flows randomly is avoided, and the pollution to the surrounding environment is further avoided.

Referring to fig. 9, the scraping mechanism 6 includes a scraping pipe 62, the discharge port of the straightening box 32 is connected with the scraping pipe 62 communicated with each other, a soft scraping sleeve 61 is fixedly connected in the scraping pipe 62, and the inner wall of the scraping pipe 62 is inclined and arranged downwards towards the straightening box 32.

Need to explain: the soft scraping sleeve 61 can be a vulcanized rubber sleeve, the straightened steel wire rope penetrates through the soft scraping sleeve 61, the soft scraping sleeve 61 has elasticity, and the surface of the straightened steel wire rope can be simply scraped through the soft scraping sleeve 61, so that more lubricating oil is prevented from remaining on the surface of the steel wire rope, the probability of pollution to the surrounding environment due to random flowing of the lubricating oil is further reduced, and the device is favorably used;

it is also stated that: because the inner wall of the scraping pipe 62 is arranged downwards towards the straightening box 32 in an inclined mode, lubricating oil scraped by the soft scraping sleeve 61 can better flow into the straightening box 32.

Referring to fig. 1 and 8, a drainage mechanism 5 for draining lubricant oil therein is connected to a lower surface of the guide box 26; the liquid discharge mechanism 5 comprises a vertical pipe 53, the lower surface of the guide box 26 is fixedly connected with the vertical pipe 53 communicated with the guide box, and the lower end of the vertical pipe 53 is in threaded sealing connection with a bottom sealing cover 54; the side surface of the vertical pipe 53 close to the middle part thereof is fixedly connected with a deflection pipe 52 which is communicated with the vertical pipe, the opening part of the deflection pipe 52 is in threaded sealing connection with a side surface sealing cover 51, and the connection part of the deflection pipe 52 and the vertical pipe 53 is fixedly connected with a filter screen.

Need to explain: the lubricating oil in the guide box 26 can be discharged by opening both the bottom sealing cover 54 and the side sealing cover 51, so that the replacement and cleaning of the lubricating oil in the guide box 26 are facilitated; simultaneously when only opening sealed lid 51 of side, can filter the impurity in the lubricating oil through the filter screen for impurity enters into the hypomere of standpipe 53, is favorable to the primary treatment to the lubricating oil, and through opening sealed lid 54 in the bottom, is favorable to the clearance to impurity.

Referring to fig. 7, the outer surface of the straightening box 32 is fixedly connected with the liquid outlet pipe 8 communicated with the straightening box.

Need to explain: the lubricating oil in the straightening tank 32 can be discharged through the outlet pipe 8.

The working principle of the straightening equipment with the guiding function for producing the steel wire rope is as follows:

when the straightening mechanism is used, a steel wire rope enters the guide box 26 through the opening 21 in the front and penetrates out of the opening 21 in the rear, and when the steel wire rope is in the guide box 26, the steel wire rope passes through a gap in front of the fixed guide wheel 25 and the movable guide wheel 28, and the steel wire rope is guided through the fixed guide wheel 25 and the movable guide wheel 28, so that the steel wire rope can stably enter the straightening mechanism 3, and the straightening of the steel wire rope is facilitated; when the bent steel wire rope runs between the fixed guide wheel 25 and the movable guide wheel 28, the spring 22 deforms to different degrees along with the shape of the steel wire rope, so that the support plate 27 can move along with the shape of the steel wire rope; lubricating oil can be injected into the guide box 26 through the opening 21, the opening 21 is positioned above the rotating center of the fixed guide wheel 25, so that the lubricating oil in the guide box 26 can be immersed in the rotating center of the fixed guide wheel 25, the steel wire rope can be immersed in the lubricating oil when in the guide box 26, and the steel wire rope can be immersed through the lubricating oil, so that impurities on the surface of the steel wire rope are softened, the impurities on the surface of the steel wire rope can fall off when in contact with the guide mechanism 2, and the steel wire rope can be cleaned; after the steel wire rope passes through the lubricating oil in the guide box 26, the lubricating oil can remain on the surface of the steel wire rope, so that the surface of the steel wire rope is isolated from air, the corrosion probability of the steel wire rope is reduced, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged; in the use process of the invention, when the support plate 27 moves along with the shape of the steel wire rope, the air bag 71 can be extruded through the support plate 27, so that the air in the air bag 71 enters the conical pressurizing pipe 74 through the L-shaped air duct 73, because the diameter of the air outlet of the conical pressurizing pipe 74 is smaller than that of the air inlet of the conical pressurizing pipe, the air enters the air distribution disc 75 from the conical pressurizing pipe 74 at high pressure and high speed, and is finally blown out at high speed through the air outlet nozzle 76, the lubricating oil can be disturbed by the high-speed air flow blown out through the air outlet nozzle 76, so that the lubricating oil impacts the steel wire rope, and the cleaning of the surface of the steel wire rope is further facilitated through the impact of the lubricating oil; when the air bag 71 is not pressed, external air enters the air bag 71 through the air inlet pipe 78 under the action of the elastic restoring force of the spring 22; the air outlet nozzle 76 blows air at high speed, and external driving equipment is not needed, so that the device is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
