Referring to fig. 1-2 and 7, the rear side of the case 1 is open, the top of the rear side of the case 1 is rotatably connected with a second door 23, the top of the front side of the case 1 is rotatably connected with a third door 24, the right upper corner of the front side of the case 1 and located on the water tank 2 is communicated with a water injection pipe 25, the bottom of the right side of the case 1 is fixedly connected with a drain valve 26, the left end of which is communicated with the water tank 2, and the middle of the front side of the case 1 is fixedly connected with a control panel 27 for controlling the motor 14 and the air pump 48.

The invention also discloses a dyeing method of the pretreatment system before dyeing of the environment-friendly fiber product, which specifically comprises the following steps:

step one, cloth traction: firstly, cloth penetrates into the case 1 from a cloth inlet at the top of the case 1, passes through the two inclined dust suction cylinders 42 until the cloth falls to the bottom in the water tank 2, extends into a certain length, then is taken out, inserted into the cloth pushing frame 22 from the right side of the case 1, pushes the cloth leftwards, passes through a space between the second rotating roller 7 and the guide roller 13, then passes through a space between the first rotating roller 6 and the water pressing roller 19, finally penetrates out from a cloth outlet at the left side of the case 1, and then the end of the cloth is simply fixed;

step two, impurity cleaning: when the cloth is pulled, two air pumps 48 of the dust removal assembly 4 are started, air in the inclined dust suction cylinder 42 is sucked by using the air suction pipe 45 and then is discharged into the other inclined dust suction cylinder 42 through the air blowing pipe 46, so that air flow is circulated, the air flow is blown from one side of the cloth, impurities on the other side are blown up and are sucked away by the inclined dust suction cylinder 42 on the other side, and the air flow is subjected to multiple filtration through a filter screen 414 in the filter box 410 in the flowing process;

step three, soaking the cloth: adding purified water mixed with a solvent into the water tank 2 through the water injection pipe 25 in advance, unlocking the locking device 97 during soaking, releasing the locking of the lifting mechanism 9, enabling the lifting roller 12 to slide downwards under the self-weight until the cloth is pressed into the bottom of the inner cavity of the water tank 2, and enabling the cloth to be soaked by the solution;

step four, feeding and water squeezing: the adjusting bolt 87 is firstly rotated to push the swing arm 84 to ascend through the rotating sleeve 85, the connecting shaft 83 is further pressed downwards at the right end of the adjusting bolt, the water pressing roller 19 is further pressed downwards through the spring telescopic pipe 82, the cloth is tightly pressed, then the motor 14 is started, the first rotating roller 6 is driven to rotate through the bevel gear set 15, the water pressing roller 19 on the upper side is driven to rotate reversely through the deep gear set 21, and water in the cloth is extruded and flows back into the water tank 2 while the cloth is pushed leftwards.

When the lifting roller 12 needs to be lifted, the prism sleeve 16 slides rightwards to be inserted into the second single sheave 17, then the motor 14 is started, the second single sheave 17 is driven to rotate through the prism sleeve 16, the second belt 18 is used for driving the double sheaves 98 to rotate, the first belt 99 is used for driving the first single sheave 96 to rotate, the rear side rotating shaft 91 is driven to rotate, the chain wheel chain 94 is used for driving the front side rotating shaft 91 to synchronously rotate, the winding wheels 92 on the front side rotating shaft are driven to rotate together, the pull rope 93 is wound up, the lifting roller 12 is lifted and reset, and the locking device 97 is controlled to lock the shafts of the double sheaves 98.

Meanwhile, the contents which are not described in detail in the specification belong to the prior art which is known by the person skilled in the art, and the model parameters of each electric appliance are not particularly limited, and conventional equipment can be used.
