Technical Field

Background

With the rapid development of economic construction in China, the influence of electric energy on the economic construction and the life of people is larger and larger, and wind power generation as a green energy source is also more and more valued by people.

In order to improve the power generation efficiency, a wind power plant is generally built outdoors with rich wind resources, and a wind power generation device, namely a wind power generator set, is used for converting wind energy into electric energy.

The sealing effect of a bearing in the existing active wind turbine generator is not good, for example, a sealing ring is arranged between an inner ring and an outer ring of a yaw bearing, and the side of a bottom frame is generally sealed by a single lip and mainly used for dust prevention; the tower section of thick bamboo side is two lip seals or three lip seals generally, and the upper end is close to frame one side between the interior outer lane of driftage bearing and is single lip seal, and mainly used is dustproof, and the lower extreme is close to tower section of thick bamboo one side and is three lip seals, and mainly used prevents that inside lubricating grease from leaking, therefore tower section of thick bamboo side seal is especially important. However, in the long-term operation process of the fan, for double-lip sealing, the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing deform after being stressed, so that relative displacement occurs between the inner ring and the outer ring, and the pressing amount of the double-lip sealing ring is not enough to offset the relative displacement between the inner ring and the outer ring, so that grease leakage is caused; for three-lip or more-lip sealing, as the contact area between the lip of the sealing ring and the bearing is increased, the friction moment is increased, and the sealing ring is easily pulled out or cracked in the running process, so that grease leakage is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to improve the sealing performance of a bearing in a wind generating set.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a bearing which comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, a sealing ring and a supporting piece, wherein the sealing ring is arranged at two ends of the opposite side of the inner ring and the outer ring respectively, the sealing ring at least one end of the two ends of the opposite side of the inner ring and the outer ring is a calibration sealing ring, a groove is formed in the inner side of the outer ring, the calibration sealing ring comprises a sealing ring body and a plurality of sealing lips connected to the outer side of the sealing ring body, the sealing ring body is embedded into the inner ring, the sealing lips are embedded into the groove, and the supporting piece is arranged between at least two adjacent sealing lips.

The bearing provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

when the bearing is applied to a wind generating set and used as a yaw bearing, for example, a sealing ring at the bottom end of the opposite side of an inner ring and an outer ring is a calibration sealing ring, a sealing ring at the top end between the inner ring and the outer ring is a single-lip sealing ring, the single-lip sealing ring at the side of a rack mainly plays a dustproof role in allowing lubricating grease to flow out from the top end between the outer ring and the inner ring, the lubricating grease can lubricate a gear in a yaw system, the calibration sealing ring at the bottom end of the opposite side of the inner ring and the outer ring, namely the calibration sealing ring at the tower cylinder side, has better sealing performance, mainly plays a role in sealing internal lubricating grease, prevents the lubricating grease from leaking from the bottom end of the opposite side of the outer ring and the inner ring, specifically prevents the lubricating grease from leaking to a friction disc and a brake below to cause grease pollution, and can reduce the friction coefficient of the brake and form an enamel layer when the lubricating grease exists on the friction disc of the brake, which in turn results in vibration and noise when the nacelle is yawing. In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the bearing according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2, a seal ring 6 and a support 7, where the seal ring 6 is respectively disposed at two ends of opposite sides of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, the seal ring 6 at least one of the two ends of the opposite sides of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 is a calibration seal ring 3, a groove 5 is disposed on an inner side of the outer ring 2, the calibration seal ring 3 includes a seal ring body 31 and a plurality of seal lips 32 connected to an outer side of the seal ring body 31, the seal ring body 31 is embedded in the inner ring 1, the plurality of seal lips 32 are embedded in the groove 5, the support 7 is disposed between at least two adjacent seal lips 32, and the support 7 is adapted to support the two adjacent seal lips 32 to expand to prevent the seal lips 32 from separating from the groove 5.

It is understood that the two ends (top end and bottom end) of the opposite sides of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 are respectively provided with the sealing rings, and the number of the sealing rings 6 at the top end and the number of the sealing rings 6 at the bottom end are not limited. Normally, one sealing ring is arranged at the top end of the opposite side of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, one sealing ring 6 is arranged at the bottom end of the opposite side of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, and this embodiment takes as an example that two sealing rings 6 are arranged at two ends of the opposite side of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, respectively, that is, one sealing ring 6 is arranged at the top end, one sealing ring 6 is arranged at the bottom end, when the bearing is a yaw bearing in a generator set, the sealing ring 6 arranged at the top end can be a single-lip sealing ring 8, and the sealing ring 6 arranged at the bottom end can be a calibration sealing ring 3.

It will be understood that the calibration seal ring 3 comprises a seal ring body 31 and a plurality of sealing lips 32 connected to the outside of said seal ring body 31, that is to say the calibration seal ring 3 is a multi-lip seal ring. It can be understood that the sealing ring body 31 and the sealing lip 32 are integrally of an annular structure, and the outer side of the sealing ring body 31 refers to a position where the diameter of the sealing ring body 31 is the largest, and similarly, the outer side of the sealing lip 32 refers to a position where the diameter of the sealing lip 32 is the largest.

In this embodiment, when the bearing is applied to a wind turbine generator system and used as, for example, a yaw bearing, the seal ring 6 at the bottom end of the opposite side of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 is a calibration seal ring 3, the seal ring 6 at the top end of the opposite side of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 is a single-lip seal ring 8, at this time, the single-lip seal ring 8 at the side of the rack mainly plays a role of dust prevention, allows grease to flow out from the top end of the opposite side of the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 1, and can lubricate a gear in the yaw system, the calibration seal ring 3 at the bottom end of the opposite side of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, that is, the calibration seal ring 3 at the side of the tower cylinder, plays a role of sealing internal grease, prevents the grease from leaking from the bottom end of the opposite side of the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 1, specifically prevents the grease from leaking to a friction disc and a brake below to cause grease pollution, and when the grease exists on the friction disc of the brake, the friction coefficient of the brake can be reduced and an enamel layer is formed, which in turn results in vibration and noise when the nacelle is yawing. Through set up support piece 7 between at least adjacent seal lip 32, support piece 7 will prevent two adjacent seal lips 32 to be close to each other, namely gives two adjacent seal lips 32 the outside power that expands, and this tension makes seal lip 32 can laminate with the slot 5 inner wall all the time, even when taking place relative displacement or deformation because of the atress between the inner and outer lane, still can guarantee two adjacent seal lips 32 and can not deviate from in the slot 5 to finally guarantee the leakproofness.

It can be understood that even if the bearing is applied to a wind generating set and used as a yaw bearing, the sealing rings 6 at the two ends of the opposite sides of the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 1 can be the calibration sealing rings 3, and then grease can flow into the grease collection bottle from the grease outlet hole by forming the grease outlet hole in the bearing non-gear side sleeve ring and connecting the grease collection bottle.

Referring to fig. 3, optionally, two sealing lips 32 are provided, and the two sealing lips 32 are arranged in a V shape, and the two sealing lips 32 enclose to form a V-shaped lip 33.

Here, since the number of the sealing lips 32 is larger, the installation is more difficult, for example, the three-lip sealing ring is more difficult to install than the two-lip sealing ring, since the number of the sealing lips 32 is larger, the sealing lips are more difficult to press into the groove 5, and even the problem of insufficient pressing amount sometimes occurs, which results in a sealing hidden trouble.

In another aspect, the more the number of the sealing lips 32 is, the larger the friction torque between the sealing ring and the bearing groove in the operation process is, and the possibility that the sealing ring is torn in the long-term operation exists;

therefore, in this embodiment, two sealing lips 32 are provided, that is, the calibration sealing ring 3 is a double-lip sealing ring, and a supporting member is used to ensure good sealing performance.

Optionally, the support 7 comprises a V-shaped ring 4, and the V-shaped ring 4 is disposed between the two adjacent sealing lips 32, i.e. in the V-shaped lip 33.

Here, the V-ring 4 is disposed in the V-lip 33 between the two sealing lips 32, so that the V-lip 33 has a certain tension, preventing the sealing lips 32 from being accidentally removed from the groove 5.

Alternatively, in addition to the V-shaped ring 4 without the edge-blocking ring 41, the edge-blocking ring 41 may be bent on the outer side of the V-shaped ring 4, and the sealing lip 32 is located on the inner side of the edge-blocking ring 41. Both preferably V-rings 4 without an edge-stop ring 41. It should be understood that the V-shaped ring 4 is an annular structure, and the outside of the V-shaped ring 4 refers to the position where the diameter of the V-shaped ring 4 is the largest.

Here, by providing the edge retaining ring 41, the seal lip 32 is located inside the edge retaining ring 41, and in order to further improve the connection strength between the V-shaped ring 4 fitted in the annular V-shaped lip 33 and the seal lip 32, an adhesive may be used at the joint portion between the seal lip 32 and the V-shaped ring 4 to increase the connection strength between the two, and when the inner and outer rings are displaced relatively, it is ensured that the seal lip 32 always has a certain tension, and at this time, the V-shaped ring 4 having the edge retaining ring 41 may be of an integral structure or a segmented structure.

The material of the V-shaped ring 4 may be a metal sheet or elastic plastic, and thus has certain elasticity.

When the V-shaped ring 4 does not have the edge retaining ring 41, since the V-shaped ring 4 is annular and is sleeved between the two sealing lips 32, that is, located in the V-shaped lip 33, the V-shaped ring 4 may be of an integral structure, that is, a whole ring structure; the V-shaped ring 4 without the edge retaining ring 41 can also be a sectional structure, namely, the V-shaped ring 4 is divided into a plurality of V-shaped segment rings along the circumferential direction, so that the installation is convenient, at this time, the installation groove 331 is formed on the inner wall of the V-shaped lip 33 formed by the two sealing lips 32, and is used for installing the V-shaped segment rings, the V-shaped segment rings are arranged in the installation groove 331 through the V-shaped segment rings, the V-shaped segment rings can be prevented from falling off to a certain extent, and of course, when the V-shaped ring 4 without the edge retaining ring 41 is of an integral structure, the installation groove 331 can also be arranged on the inner wall of the V-shaped lip 33.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, optionally, the outer ring 2 includes an outer ring body 21 and a stopper ring 22, and the stopper ring 22 is adapted to be connected to an inner side of the outer ring body 21 and constitutes the groove 5 with the outer ring body 21.

Here, as mentioned above, for the multi-lip seal ring, the installation of the sealing lip 32 is a difficult point, and therefore, in this embodiment, the outer ring 2 is designed to be composed of the outer ring body 21 and the baffle ring 22, and the groove 5 is formed by detachably connecting the baffle ring 22 and the outer ring body 21, so that the baffle ring 22 and the outer ring body 21 can be connected after the sealing lip 32 is installed, and the installation is convenient.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, optionally, the inner wall of the outer ring body 21 is a stepped structure, the stepped structure includes a high mesa and a low mesa which are respectively parallel to the outer wall of the inner ring 1, the stepped structure includes a connecting surface connecting the high mesa and the low mesa, an annular groove 211 extending along the axial direction of the outer ring body 21 is disposed at the connecting surface, the baffle ring 22 is adapted to be connected with the low mesa and forms the groove 5 with the annular groove 211, and an inner groove 11 for embedding the seal ring body 31 is disposed at the outer wall of the inner ring 1.

Here, how to form the groove 5 is described in detail, wherein an annular groove 211 is formed at a connection surface of the step structure along an axial direction of the outer ring 2, that is, a depth direction of the annular groove 211 is an axial direction of the outer ring 2, an inner groove 11 facilitating embedding of the seal ring body 31 is formed at an end edge of the inner ring 1, and the calibration seal ring 3 may be installed first, and then the retainer ring 22 may be installed. The retainer 22 may have an L-shaped configuration such that the vertical cross-sectional configuration of the groove 5 corresponds to a rectangle, and the size of the opening at one side is smaller than the length of the one side, so that the V-shaped seal lip 32 can be effectively inserted therein without slipping out.

Referring to fig. 2, optionally, the baffle ring 22 is provided with a waist-shaped hole 221, and the second inner wall is provided with a fixing hole. The plurality of kidney-shaped holes 221 may be distributed along the circumferential direction of the retainer ring 22, and the plurality of fixing holes may be circumferentially spaced apart on the inner wall of the outer ring body 21.

Here, the waist-shaped hole 221 is formed in the baffle ring 22, the fixing hole is formed in the inner wall of the outer ring body 21, the baffle ring 22 can be connected with the outer ring body 21 through a bolt or a screw, and the gap between the top of the baffle ring 22 and the seal ring body 31 can be finally adjusted through the position of the waist-shaped hole 221 relative to the fixing hole, so that the excessive friction torque is avoided.

In addition, the invention also provides a wind generating set which comprises the bearing.

Since the technical improvement of the wind turbine generator system and the technical effect obtained by the same are the same as those of the bearing, the technical effect of the wind turbine generator system will not be described in detail.

Alternatively, as mentioned above, the bearing may be a yaw bearing in a wind turbine generator system, and the seal ring at one of two ends of the bearing on the opposite side of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 is a calibration seal ring 3.

Optionally, the bearing may also be a pitch bearing in a wind turbine generator system, and when the bearing is a pitch bearing, the sealing rings 6 at two ends of the opposite sides of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 are both the calibration sealing rings 3, that is, two ends of the opposite sides of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 need to ensure sealing performance.
