When the air outlet 201 needs to be opened, the lock 5 is opened to loosen the valve core 2, then the valve core 2 is pressed, the valve core 2 slides in the adjusting bolt 3 to expose the air outlet 201 from the bottom of the adjusting bolt 3, ventilation is realized, when the air outlet 201 needs to be closed, the valve core 2 is pulled, the valve core 2 slides in the adjusting bolt 3 to enable the adjusting bolt 3 to shield the air outlet 201, the air outlet 201 is closed, then the lock 5 is rotated to enable the lock 5 to rotate to the position of the mounting hole 105 to clamp the anti-loosening piece 4 between the lock 5 and the fluted disc 300, as the wedge-shaped end part of the anti-loosening piece 4 is embedded into the tooth hole of the fluted disc 300, the anti-loosening piece 4 can limit the fluted disc 300, and finally the valve core 2 is locked through the lock 5, when the anti-loosening piece 4 needs to be disassembled, the lock 5 is directly loosened and then the lock 5 is rotated to enable the lock 5 to rotate to the position away from the mounting hole 105, the anti-loosening piece 4 can be completely disassembled, and the problem that the sealing performance of the valve is poor due to the attempted disassembly is avoided.

In some embodiments, a first avoiding opening 107 is formed in a side of the fixing base 101, a second avoiding opening 500 aligned with the first avoiding opening 107 is formed in the lock 5, a tool is inserted into the first avoiding opening 107 and the second avoiding opening 500 to dial the gear 300, when the inner adjusting bolt 3 needs to be rotated, the rotating tool is inserted into the aligned first avoiding opening 107 and the second avoiding opening 500, and then an end of the rotating tool is inserted into the gear 300 to dial the gear 300, so that the gear 300 drives the adjusting bolt 3 to rotate in the connecting base 100.

Referring to fig. 6, in other embodiments, when the fixing seat 101 and the lock 5 are not provided with corresponding avoiding openings, a notch 301 may be provided on the fluted disc 300, and a rotating tool may be inserted into the notch 301 to rotate the adjusting bolt 3.

In the invention, the lock 5 comprises a lock body 50, a lock column 51 and a marble 52, wherein the lock column 51 is assembled in the lock body 50 in a sliding manner, a valve core 2 is assembled in the lock body 50 in a sliding manner, a groove 204 is formed in the valve core 2, a concave position is formed in the lock column 51, when the lock 5 locks the valve core 51 and the valve core 2, one end of the marble 52 is abutted against the side wall of the lock column 51, and the other end of the marble 52 is abutted against the side wall of the lock column 51.

In order to ensure the air tightness between the lock 5 and the adjusting bolt 3, the sealing bag 54 is arranged between the spring cap 53 and the valve core 2, and after the adjusting bolt 3 is assembled in place in the fixed seat 101, the sealing bag 54 can seal the gap between the fluted disc 300 and the inner wall of the fixed seat 101, so that gas is prevented from leaking.

Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 8, the sealing bag 54 includes a cylindrical sleeve 541 and a tapered plug 540, the tapered plug 540 is connected to one end of the cylindrical sleeve 541, the cylindrical sleeve 541 extends into the spring cap 53 and tightly wraps the outer side wall of the valve element 2, the tapered plug 540 is located outside the spring cap 53, when the valve element 2 is pressed from the air inlet 200 of the valve element 2, the valve element 2 will drive the spring cap 53, and the spring cap 53 will press the tapered plug 540 of the sealing bag 54 into the fixing seat 101.

In the present application, one end of the first spring 56 is connected to the stopper plate 55, and the other end is connected to the lock cylinder 51.

Referring to fig. 11, in the present invention, the anti-loose member 4 includes a fixing column 40, a first positioning plate 42 and a second positioning plate 41, the first positioning plate 42 and the second positioning plate 41 are branched and connected to a side of the fixing column 40, an end of the first positioning plate 42 is used for being embedded into a tooth opening of the fluted disc 300, the second positioning plate 41 is abutted against an inner wall of the lock body 50, the anti-loose member 4 with such a structure has elasticity, the lock body 50 can extrude the second positioning plate 41 after rotating to a position of the mounting opening 105, and the second positioning plate 41 can elastically escape from the lock body 50, so that the lock 5 can rotate to clamp the anti-loose member 4 more easily.

First locating plate 42 and second locating plate 41 are the arc plate structure, and the tip of first locating plate 42 is the wedge structure, so fluted disc 300 can extrude first locating plate 42 at the inside in-process fluted disc 300 that rotates of fixing base 101 and make first locating plate 42 avoid fluted disc 300, then imbed into the tooth mouth again to it is spacing to fluted disc 300.
