These racks are hot due to direct contact with the high temperature heat pipes, which causes the following problems: the high-temperature support is placed on a floor, so that the high-temperature support is in a range which can be touched by people, and whether the temperature of the support is reduced to the touch range or not can not be judged by naked eyes during shutdown maintenance, so that the scald of a maintenance worker is easily caused. In addition, many supports are sliding supports, and in order to reduce frictional resistance, a polytetrafluoroethylene sliding bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of each support, the temperature resistance range of the sliding bottom plate is approximately 150-250 ℃, and excessive temperature can cause damage to the sliding bottom plate, damage to a sliding surface, increase frictional resistance and cause damage to the supports, so that potential safety hazards are easily caused.

arranging a color development coating layer 4 on the outer surface of the pipeline clamp 1, specifically the bottom of the pipeline clamp 1;

when the temperature of the outer wall of the pipeline clamp 1 exceeds a first set temperature, the reversible thermochromic material displays a first set color and indicates that the temperature of the pipeline 6 is an untouchable high temperature; when the temperature of the outer wall of the pipeline clamp 1 is reduced to be lower than the first set temperature, the first set color fades; when the outer wall temperature of the pipe clamp 1 exceeds the second set temperature, the irreversible thermochromic material displays the second set color, the condition that the bottom plate 2 of the pipe clamp 1 is damaged due to high temperature is indicated, and the replacement is needed, wherein the second set temperature is greater than the first set temperature, and the second set color is different from the first set color so as to facilitate the visual observation.

Preferably, the first set temperature is 50 ℃ and the second set temperature is 220 ℃.

It should be noted that other embodiments of the high temperature warning method of the bracket for a high temperature pipeline according to the present invention are substantially the same as the above-mentioned embodiments of the bracket for a high temperature pipeline, and are not described herein again.

On one hand, when the temperature of the support exceeds the first set temperature, the maintainer can know that the temperature of the support exceeds the manually touched temperature according to the first set color displayed by the color-developing coating layer 4, so that the temperature of the support can be seen by naked eyes, and the maintainer is prevented from being scalded; on the other hand, when the support temperature exceeded the second and set for the temperature, the maintainer can set for the colour according to the second that the color development coating 4 shows and learn that there is the impaired condition of high temperature in the bottom plate 2 of support, need overhaul or change the bottom plate 2 of support, avoids bottom plate 2 to damage the increase that causes frictional resistance to avoid arousing the potential safety hazard.
