(c) adjusting the distance between the chiseling fixing frame (8) and the moving frame, and pushing the sliding block (11) to move to a proper position by the thrust rod (12) and positioning by the positioning pin (19) so that the radian of the chiseling device (1) is attached to the arc-shaped surface of the tunnel side wall;

(d) opening the spraying unit (9);

The invention relates to wall roughening equipment, in particular to tunnel secondary lining side wall roughening equipment and a roughening method.

Background

In the tunnel construction process, the secondary lining side wall of the tunnel is subjected to scabbling treatment so as to improve the adhesive force of the concrete surface and ensure that the construction surfaces in two construction stages are firmly bonded.

The two lining chisels in current tunnel adopt artifical mode to carry out and though have maneuverability, the efficiency of construction is low excessively, and construction cost is too high, cuts often to appear chiseling the hair area not enough, and the chisel hair depth is too shallow, and the chisel hair effect is unsatisfactory.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the tunnel secondary lining side wall roughening equipment comprises a bracket, a plurality of roughening devices 1 and a spraying unit 9; the support comprises a scabbling fixing frame and a moving frame, and the scabbling fixing frame is arranged on the moving frame; the plurality of scabbling devices 1 are arranged on a scabbling fixed frame 8 and comprise a main body 9, a scabbling head 10, a thrust rod 12, a spring 13, sliding blocks 11 and positioning pins 19, wherein the thrust rod 12 is fixed on a moving frame, sliding grooves are formed in two sides of the scabbling fixed frame 8, the sliding blocks 11 corresponding to the sliding grooves are arranged in two sides of the main body 9, the spring 13 is arranged between the main body 9 and the thrust rod 12, and the positioning pins 19 can penetrate through the sliding grooves and are connected with the sliding blocks 11 into a whole; and the spraying unit 9 is arranged on the movable frame 2 and comprises a water injection pipe, and the water injection pipe is communicated with the scabbling unit.

Referring to fig. 3, the scabbling fixture 8 includes a carriage 15, a connecting frame 16 and an arc frame, the carriage 15 is connected with the arc frame through the connecting frame 16 to form a plurality of scabbling device accommodating chambers a, and the arc frame 17 includes an arc plate 17 connected with a partition plate.

The movable frame comprises a support frame 3 and a movable base 5, the support frame 3 is arranged on the movable base 5, a guide rail sliding block pair is arranged between the support frame 3 and a sliding frame 15, and the guide rail sliding block pair comprises a guide rail arranged on the support frame 3 and a sliding block 14 arranged on the sliding frame 15.

The two ends of the scabbling fixing frame 8 are provided with sliding wheels 2 through wheel carriers, and a supporting cylinder 7 is arranged between the wheel carriers and the movable base 5. The two ends of the movable base 5 are provided with movable wheels 6.

(e) the roughening mechanism is started, the moving wheel 6 moves, and the roughening device 1 performs the roughening operation.
