In the production process of the COF flexible packaging carrier tape, a reel is needed, and a strip-shaped product is wound on the reel and is transferred to the next production link or is stored. However, after a period of use, the flaps of the winding wheel are easily deformed, for example, the edges of the flaps are inward-rolled or outward-rolled, and the two flaps cannot be kept parallel to each other, which may cause misalignment of the wound product and damage to the product. The winding wheel 1 comprises a first baffle plate 11, a connecting shaft 12 and a second baffle plate 13, one end of the connecting shaft 12 is connected with the central part of the first baffle plate 11, the other end of the connecting shaft 12 is connected with the central part of the second baffle plate 13, and when the winding wheel 1 is defined to be horizontally placed, the first baffle plate 11 is positioned above the second baffle plate 13. The first internal buckle plate 2 is arranged below the first baffle plate 11, and the first internal buckle plate 2 is attached to the first baffle plate 11. The second gusset plate 3 is arranged above the second baffle 13, and the second gusset plate 3 is attached to the second baffle 13. The support column component 4 is positioned between the first gusset plate 2 and the second gusset plate 3, the upper end of the support column component 4 is connected with the first gusset plate 2, and the lower end of the support column component 4 is connected with the second gusset plate 3.
