As shown in fig. 1-7, a fully automatic wireless glue binding machine includes a lifting platform 11, a lifting driving mechanism for driving the lifting platform 11 to lift, two binding clips 21 disposed above the lifting platform 11, a binding driving mechanism for driving the two binding clips 21 to move toward or away from each other, a text clamping mechanism disposed above the binding clips 21, a glue spreading device 4 disposed at the side of the lifting platform 11, and a glue spreading moving mechanism for driving the glue spreading device 4 to move horizontally. The lifting platform 11 is provided with a guide hole 111 along the moving direction of the binding clamp plate 21, and the binding driving mechanism is connected with two binding clamp plates 21 through the guide hole 111 from the lower part of the lifting platform 11. The guide hole 111 has two parallel guide holes to ensure the parallelism between the end face of the binding splint 21 and the side face of the text 8, thereby ensuring the binding quality; and the binding driving mechanism is arranged below the lifting platform through the guide hole, so that the interference with the text clamping mechanism is effectively avoided. The binding driving mechanism comprises two binding driving frames 22, binding nuts 23 respectively arranged on the two binding driving frames 22, a binding screw rod 24 connected with the two binding nuts 23, and a binding motor 25 arranged at one end of the binding screw rod 24 and connected with the lifting platform 11, wherein the threads of the two binding nuts 23 are reversely arranged. The binding driving frame 22 has a simple structure and only comprises two plates, namely a horizontal plate 221 for connecting the binding clamping plate 21 through a plurality of connecting columns and a vertical plate 222 for mounting the binding nut 23; the binding driving mechanism synchronously drives the two binding nuts to move towards or away from each other through one binding motor so as to clamp or loosen the two binding splints.

The text clamping mechanism increases the distance between the clamping nut and the movable clamping plate through the nut support, so that the phenomenon that the text is influenced due to the fact that the clamping screw rod is too long is avoided. And, the back side of the lower end of the fixed clamping plate 31 and the movable clamping plate 32 is provided with a cover pressing plate 301, which is used for avoiding the interference between the cover and the text clamping mechanism due to the upward tilting of the cover or the pollution and damage of the cover in the process of the binding action of the binding splint. Meanwhile, the mounting plates 302 are arranged on the upper end back sides of the fixed clamping plate 31 and the movable clamping plate 32, the mounting plates on the movable clamping plate are used for arranging the nut support, and the mounting plates on the fixed clamping plate are more convenient for mounting and connecting the nut support and the shell.

The glue spreading device 4 comprises a glue tank 41, a glue spreading roller 42 and a glue homogenizing roller 43 which are arranged in the glue tank 41, and a glue spreading motor 44 which is arranged outside the glue tank 41 and drives the glue spreading roller 42 and the glue homogenizing roller 43 to rotate through a gear. The glue coating device drives the two rollers to rotate through the motor so as to take glue in the glue tank and automatically coat the glue on the end face of the text binding, wherein the glue coating roller is mainly responsible for coating the glue, and the glue homogenizing roller is mainly responsible for uniformly pressing the glue. Specifically, the glue application roller 42 and the glue homogenizing roller 43 are arranged in parallel along the moving direction of the whole glue application device, the glue application roller 42 is positioned on one side close to the text 8, namely when the glue application device starts to apply glue, the glue application roller 42 firstly contacts the text to coat sufficient glue on the binding end face of the text, and then the glue homogenizing roller 43 extrudes the text, so that the glue is distributed more uniformly on one hand, and on the other hand, partial glue is enabled to rapidly penetrate between adjacent pages of the book, and the binding quality is ensured. In the process of the return of the glue coating device, the glue homogenizing roller 43 is in front, the glue coating roller 42 is behind, and the glue homogenizing roller 43 still has the effect, namely, the two-time extrusion is performed on the end face of the text binding, so that the glue permeation effect is ensured; the following glue roller 42 again applies glue to the document binding end face, and this part of the glue is pressed to the side by the binding clamp plate for subsequent case binding to bond the cover and the document side face. The gluing moving mechanism comprises a gluing moving support 51 arranged on the gluing device 4, two gluing moving nuts 52 respectively arranged at two ends of the gluing moving support 51, a gluing moving screw 53 connected with the gluing moving nuts 52, a gluing moving motor 54 arranged on the base 7 and driving the two gluing moving screws 53 to rotate through a belt pulley and a belt, and a gluing moving guide rod 55 arranged between the gluing moving support 51 and the shell 6. In order to avoid interference with the lifting platform, the gluing movable screw rod needs to be arranged on the side, so that a gluing movable support for increasing the width of the gluing device is arranged, and in order to ensure the stability of movement, two gluing movable screw rods need to be arranged on two sides; similarly, the gluing movement guide bar generally has two separated on two sides.

And then, the two binding splints are driven by the binding driving mechanism to oppositely clamp the text, and the glue extruded from the text binding end face is extruded again in the process so as to be uniformly distributed between the side face of the text close to the binding end face and the cover to realize the bonding of the text and the cover. And finally, loosening the binding splint after clamping the text for a certain time, and manually taking out the bound text from a finished product outlet formed in the side surface of the glue binding machine. According to the invention, the text can be automatically bound only by pressing the starting switch except for taking and placing the text and inserting the cover; meanwhile, in the whole binding process, the text does not need to be moved, so that the length of the whole glue binding machine is greatly shortened, the occupied space of a desktop is greatly reduced, and the use is more convenient.
