Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of glove preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a double-layer glove.

Background

People mainly use both hands to do production work, scientific research, emergency recourse and other activities, so the hands are most easily injured by various external factors. Such as hand injuries due to friction, knife cuts, tears, and punctures. Especially in some workshop operations, gloves play a vital role in protection. The existing wear-resistant gloves mainly comprise rubber gloves and woven gloves, the rubber gloves are good in wear resistance and water resistance, but poor in air permeability, not applicable to certain fields, and poor in wearing experience. Most of the existing wear-resistant gloves are fabrics woven by using yarns, but the yarns with high wear resistance inevitably cause wear in the using process. Especially some wear and tear over time, which is not easily detected by the user, can easily lead to injury when performing some more dangerous tasks. The improvement of the knitted wear-resistant gloves in the prior art is the improvement of improving the wear resistance of the knitted wear-resistant gloves.

For example, the invention of application No. 201510257903.2 discloses a method for making an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene cotton type cut-resistant glove, which is made by: the blended yarn is formed by mixing and weaving ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/terylene short fiber blended yarn, polyester-spandex coated yarn, PVC coated glass fiber spandex filament yarn and elastic yarn; the knitted glove cuffs are closed by knitted rib cuffs, and are subjected to hot melting edge covering one-step forming by a hot melting machine at the temperature of 120-180 ℃. The gloves prepared by the method have good cutting resistance and wear resistance, but still cannot realize the warning performance that the gloves are worn.

The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention are further described in detail with reference to specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can implement the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a double-layered glove, including the steps of:

weaving a first stitch row of a first path and a fourth path on the reverse side by using first yarns, and weaving a second stitch row of a second path and a fifth path on the front side by using second yarns;

and (3) knitting the third path and the sixth path by using the second yarns, tucking the upper needles, connecting the first course with the second course, knitting the second yarns by using the second yarns to form a third course on the front surface, and tucking the upper needles to be positioned on the back surfaces of the first loops of the first path and the fourth path, so that the outer layer of the glove can be well prevented from displaying the first yarns, and the inner layer of the glove can be prevented from displaying the second yarns. The first yarn covers the second yarn as viewed from the medial to lateral direction of the glove; the second yarn overlies the first yarn as viewed in a direction from the outside to the inside of the glove. Such that the inner side is seen to be the weave side formed by the first yarn and the outer side is seen to be the weave side formed by the second yarn. The first yarn of inboard can use comparatively soft cotton yarn in this embodiment, and it is comparatively soft to contact skin, and outer second yarn can use polyester fiber, makes it can have better wear resistance. The first yarn and the second yarn are different in color, and the inner layer and the outer layer of the glove are different in color. The color of the first yarn is different from that of the second yarn in the embodiment, the color of the inner layer is different from that of the outer layer of the glove, and more particularly, the color of the first yarn is bright, so that a better warning effect can be realized.

In this embodiment, the weave diagrams of the first and fourth roads refer to fig. 1, the weave diagrams of the second and fifth roads refer to fig. 2, the weave diagram of the third road refers to fig. 3, and the weave diagram of the sixth road refers to fig. 4.

The double-layer glove which is prepared by the specific weaving method can only see the second yarn positioned on the outer layer when being observed from the outer layer, so that the first yarn and the second yarn can be woven by adopting yarns with different colors, when the outer layer yarn is damaged, the yarns with different colors on the inner layer can be exposed, a user can know that the outer layer is damaged in time, the double-layer glove has an extremely important warning effect in safety production, and the safety of the user can be well guaranteed.

In a preferred embodiment, the first yarn of the inner layer obtains a different weave pattern than the second yarn of the outer layer. The preparation method of double-deck gloves that this application embodiment provided forms a plurality of vertical lines at the outer layer, forms a plurality of wave lines at the inner layer, and the knitting shape that indicates in this embodiment refers to the line shape that the naked eye observes.

In a preferred embodiment, the second yarns weave a second stitch density on the front side that is greater than a first stitch density of the first yarns weave on the back side. In a further preferred embodiment, the ratio of the density of the second stitches knitted by the second yarns on the front side to the density of the first stitches knitted by the first yarns on the back side is (3-5): 1. the surface of the knitted glove is smooth and the knitting is smooth.

In a preferred embodiment, the first yarn weaves the first stitches on the reverse side at a greater height than the second yarn weaves the second stitches on the obverse side. In a further preferred embodiment, the height ratio of the first coil to the second coil is (3-5): 1. the surface of the knitted glove is smooth and the knitting is smooth.

In a preferred embodiment, the needle pressing depth of the lower needle is less than 1mm, and in a further preferred embodiment, the needle pressing depth of the lower needle is 0.2mm-0.6 mm. The needle pressing depth is prevented from being too deep, and the first yarn weaves the first loop on the reverse side to be pulled too long and is easy to be pulled apart. The second yarn weaves the overlong second loop on the front surface, the surface is uneven, and folds are easy to appear.

In the preferred embodiment, the needle pressing depth of the upper needle is 1-2mm during looping and 0.1-0.5mm during tucking.

In a preferred embodiment, the upper needle looping and needle pressing depth is 2-10 times of the lower needle looping and needle pressing depth. The third coil length of the third path and the sixth path is long enough, the knitted glove is smooth in appearance, and meanwhile yarn breakage can be avoided.

In preferred embodiment, tiger's mouth department of double-deck gloves main part is worked out and is obtained a plurality of wear-resisting structure for the protruding setting of double-deck gloves main part, forms wear-resisting structure through the mode of work out for gloves are woven comparatively simply, and the wear resistance that can realize tiger's mouth department is better, and the double-deck gloves main part of cooperation not only can realize better wear resistance, can also have better warning effect when gloves wearing and tearing simultaneously.

In a preferred embodiment, the wear-resistant structure arranged in a protruding mode can be obtained by knitting high and low needles, the wear-resistant structure can be knitted by second yarns, and the appearance integrity and the attractiveness of the glove are guaranteed to be high.

In a preferred embodiment, the wear-resistant structure protrudes by 1cm-6cm relative to the double-layer glove main body, and in a further preferred embodiment, the wear-resistant structure protrudes by 1cm-4cm relative to the double-layer glove main body, so that the wear-resistant structure has a certain height to realize a wear-resistant effect, and meanwhile, the wear-resistant structure is prevented from protruding too much to cause inconvenience in use and poor aesthetic property of a tiger mouth.
