s1, starting a steam box (7) on the steam component (2) to work, and blowing air to the textile fabric through two groups of air blowing plates (8) which are arranged on the steam box (7) and are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the textile fabric;

s2, starting an electric device (20), heating a heating ring (16) through a wire (19) and heating an ironing rod (18), when the ironing rod (18) reaches an ironing temperature, starting a motor A (12) to drive a threaded rod (10) to move on a fixing frame A (9), enabling a sliding block (11) to drive a fixing column (13) and a fixing disc (15) to move until the ironing rod (18) is contacted with textile fabric, simultaneously starting a motor B (14) to drive a heat insulation disc (17) on the fixing disc (15) to rotate, and driving the ironing rod (18) to iron the textile fabric through the heat insulation disc (17); when the ironing rod (18) is in contact with the textile fabric and ironed, the ironing rod (18) rotates and extrudes the textile fabric to deform at a certain angle; four groups of ironing rods (18) circularly perform ironing;

Background

The production and processing processes of the textile industry generally comprise the working procedures of processing textile fabrics at present, wherein the most main processing method working procedures are ironing and deodorizing, and the fabrics have wrinkles due to the fact that the textile fabrics are just produced; the ironing at the present stage has the problem of excessive ironing, and the reason is mainly that in the ironing process, the heating panel is in contact with the textile fabric to be ironed, but the contact time of the heating panel and the textile fabric is not easy to control, so that the contact time is too long, the textile fabric is very easy to be burnt by high temperature to cause fabric wrinkles, and even fire disasters occur in danger.

The prior Chinese patent application No. CN202110750220.6 discloses a processing production device for ironing and deodorizing textile fabrics, wherein high-temperature high-pressure steam gas sprayed by a steam spray head faces the advancing direction of a smoothing push plate, so that the sprayed high-temperature high-pressure steam can penetrate through the textile fabrics between the smoothing push plate and a rotating base, the ironing effect can be achieved, and the problem that the textile fabrics are burnt due to the direct contact of a high-temperature heating plate and the textile fabrics is solved;

however, the above-mentioned publication still has disadvantages: the peculiar smell of only one side of the textile fabric can be removed and the fabric can be softened by the steam nozzle on the smoothing push plate, and meanwhile, the ironing is carried out by matching the smoothing push plate and the rotating base; the irregular wrinkles of the fabric may appear on any upper side and any lower side of the fabric, and if only one side of the fabric is provided with the hose, the fabric ironing effect is poor; meanwhile, the moisture of the fabric is prevented from being discharged by rotating the top plate for extrusion, and the fabric is easy to damage due to the fact that the textile fabric is movable.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide processing equipment for ironing textile fabrics, which has good ironing effect and is not easy to damage fabrics, aiming at the problems in the background technology.

Preferably, the number of the ironing rods is four, and the four groups of the ironing rods are distributed on the heat insulation disc in an annular array.

Preferably, the steam assembly comprises a support plate and a blowing plate; the two groups of supporting plates are respectively arranged at two sides of the workbench, and the supporting plates are provided with steam boxes; the air blowing plate is arranged on the steam box, and the air blowing direction of the air blowing plate faces the textile fabric.

Preferably, the number of the air blowing plates is two, and the two air blowing plates are symmetrically distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the textile fabric by taking the textile fabric as a center.

Preferably, the air blowing plate is provided with an air blowing groove with an inverted trapezoidal cross section.

Preferably, a drying component is also included; the drying component is arranged on the workbench and positioned between the ironing component and the winding component; the drying assembly comprises a fixing frame B, a drying roller, a mounting piece and a locking piece; the two groups of fixing frames B are arranged on two sides of the workbench, and the fixing frames B are provided with steering rollers; the installed part slides and sets up on mount B, and the retaining member slides and sets up on the installed part and with mount B threaded connection.

s1, starting a steam box on the steam assembly to work, blowing air to the textile fabric through two groups of air blowing plates which are arranged on the steam box and are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the textile fabric to soften the fabric, and disinfecting and removing peculiar smell;

s2, starting electric equipment, heating the heating ring through a wire and heating an ironing rod, when the ironing rod reaches an ironing temperature, starting a motor A to drive a threaded rod to move on a fixing frame A, enabling a sliding block to drive a fixing column and a fixing disc to move until the ironing rod is contacted with textile fabric, and simultaneously starting a motor B to drive a heat insulation disc on the fixing disc to rotate and drive the ironing rod to iron textile fabric; when the ironing bar is in contact with the textile fabric and ironed, the ironing bar rotates and extrudes the textile fabric to deform at a certain angle, so that wrinkles are eliminated efficiently; and prevents the face fabric from being scalded and damaged; circularly ironing by four groups of ironing rods, and ironing the fabric for multiple times;

s3, enabling the ironed textile fabric to enter a drying assembly for dehumidification; during dehumidification, the two sides of the fabric are dehumidified and dried by the aid of the multiple groups of steering rollers on the drying assembly and the drying rollers;

s4, when the drying roller needs to be replaced, the locking piece is loosened and the limitation on the mounting piece is cancelled, then the mounting piece is taken out and the drying roller is replaced, and finally the mounting piece is mounted on the fixing frame B through the locking piece;

and S5, finally, winding the dried fabric through a winding component.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects: the high-temperature steam is blown out of the two sides of the fabric to soften the fabric through the two groups of air blowing plates which are arranged on the steam component and are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the textile fabric, and meanwhile, the fabric is disinfected and peculiar smell is removed; the heating ring is heated through an electric wire by electric equipment, and the ironing rod is heated, at the moment, the motor B drives the temperature insulating disc on the fixed disc to rotate and drives the ironing rod to prepare for ironing textile fabrics; the motor A is started to drive the threaded rod to move on the fixing frame A, so that the sliding block drives the fixing column and the fixing disc to move until the ironing bar is in contact with the textile fabric, the ironing bar rotates when in contact with and ironing the textile fabric, and the textile fabric is extruded to deform at a certain angle, so that wrinkles are eliminated efficiently; circularly ironing by four groups of ironing rods, and ironing the fabric for multiple times; then the ironed fabric enters a plurality of groups of steering rollers on the drying assembly and is matched with the drying rollers to perform dehumidification and drying on the two sides of the fabric; when the drying roller needs to be replaced, the locking piece is loosened, the limitation on the mounting piece is cancelled, then the mounting piece is taken out, the drying roller is replaced, finally the mounting piece is mounted on the fixing frame B through the locking piece, and the dried fabric is wound through the winding assembly; according to the invention, the two groups of air blowing plates which are arranged on the steam assembly and are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the textile fabric blow high-temperature steam at the two sides of the textile fabric to soften the textile fabric, the ironing rod rotates when ironing the textile fabric, the textile fabric is not easily scalded, and the ironing effect is good; simultaneously, the two sides of the textile fabric are dehumidified by matching the two groups of drying rollers with the rotating rollers, so that the textile fabric is more convenient and is not easy to scratch.

s1, starting a steam box 7 on the steam component 2 to work, blowing air to the textile fabric through two groups of air blowing plates 8 which are arranged on the steam box 7 and are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the textile fabric to soften the fabric, and disinfecting and removing peculiar smell;

s2, starting the electric power device 20, heating the heating ring 16 through the electric wire 19 and heating the ironing rod 18, when the ironing rod 18 reaches the ironing temperature, starting the motor A12 to drive the threaded rod 10 to move on the fixing frame A9, so that the sliding block 11 drives the fixing column 13 and the fixing disc 15 to move until the ironing rod 18 is in contact with the textile fabric, and simultaneously starting the motor B14 to drive the heat insulation disc 17 on the fixing disc 15 to rotate, and the heat insulation disc 17 drives the ironing rod 18 to iron the textile fabric; when the ironing rod 18 is in contact with the textile fabric and ironed, the ironing rod 18 rotates and extrudes the textile fabric to generate deformation at a certain angle, so that wrinkles are efficiently eliminated; and prevents the face fabric from being scalded and damaged; the four groups of ironing rods 18 circularly iron the fabric for multiple times;
