The smoke evacuation apparatus of claim 2 wherein said smoke pushing component comprises a push plate and a resilient member; one end of the elastic component is fixed with the fixed base, and the other end of the elastic component is connected with the push plate; the push plate is used for pushing the cigarette packets in serial arrangement to the cigarette outlet along the direction parallel to the sliding flue when the elastic member is in an elastic stretching state.

5. The smoke evacuation apparatus of claim 2 wherein an end of said fixed base adjacent said smoke outlet is open; the sliding flue is assembled with the fixed base through the opening in a slidable manner relative to the fixed base.

6. The smoke discharging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: a shutter movable within a predetermined range and having a predetermined elasticity; the baffle is used for limiting the width of the smoke outlet.

7. The smoke evacuation apparatus of claim 2 wherein said drive member comprises a motor and an eccentric drive wheel; wherein:

the motor is used for driving the eccentric driving wheel;

the eccentric driving wheel is used for driving the ejection component to reciprocate.

8. The smoke evacuation apparatus of claim 1, wherein said controller is further configured to receive a user command and, in response to said user command, control said any of said plurality of smoke evacuation devices to perform a smoke evacuation operation.

9. The smoke evacuation apparatus of claim 2 further comprising a ranging sensor; wherein:

the distance measuring sensor is used for measuring: when the cigarette packet is ejected from the cigarette outlet by the ejection part, the distance between the other end opposite to the cigarette outlet in the sliding flue and the last cigarette packet is arranged, and the measured distance data is transmitted to the controller;

and the controller calculates the number of the residual cigarette packs in the sliding flue according to the residual distance data.

The smoke evacuation device of claim 1 further comprising a housing and a pick-up port; the goods taking port is positioned at the bottom of the shell; the shell is used for accommodating the controller and the plurality of smoke outlet modules; the cigarette outlet of each cigarette outlet module corresponds to the goods taking port so as to realize cigarette outlet through the goods taking port.

the distance measuring sensor is used for measuring: when the cigarette packet is ejected from the cigarette outlet by the ejection part, the distance between the other end opposite to the cigarette outlet in the sliding flue and the last cigarette packet is arranged, and the measured distance data is transmitted to the controller;

and the controller calculates the number of the residual cigarette packs in the sliding flue according to the residual distance data.

One end of the ejecting part 403 is connected to the driving part 412, and the other end is used as a free end for ejecting the top of the cigarette packet 409 at the cigarette outlet 411. When the driving part 412 drives the ejecting part 403 to move, the ejecting part 403 leaves the initial position and moves towards the smoke outlet 411 to eject the top of the cigarette packet located at the smoke outlet 411 and abutted by the smoke ejecting part, so that the cigarette packet 409 is ejected from the smoke outlet 411 from top to bottom, and thus, the smoke ejecting action is realized; when the cigarette packet 409 is ejected by the ejecting member 403, the cigarette ejecting member in the elastic stretching state ejects the rest of the cigarette packets to move towards the cigarette outlet 411 under the action of restoring force, so as to make up for the vacant position left after the cigarette packet 409 is ejected by the ejecting member 403. The driving part 412 continues to drive the ejecting part 403, so that the ejecting part 403 performs a return motion and returns to the initial position; at this point, the ejecting member 403 completes one reciprocating motion; at this time, the cigarette pushing component pushes the rest of cigarette packets 409 to move forward, that is, the empty space left by the pushed cigarette packet 409 from the cigarette outlet 411 is occupied by the cigarette packet 409 behind the pushed cigarette packet 409, and the positions of the other cigarette packets 409 are sequentially moved forward and so on.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in figures 4 and 5, the smoke pushing component comprises a push plate 406 and a resilient member 407. One end of the elastic member 407 is fixed to the fixed base 404, and the other end is connected to the push plate 406. The pushing plate 406 is used to push the cigarette packet 409, which is arranged in series, toward the cigarette outlet 411 in a direction parallel to the sliding flue 405 in a state where the elastic member 407 is elastically stretched.

The elastic member 407 may be an elastic string, a spring, or the like. Wherein the spring is preferably a coil spring.

In this embodiment, the push plate 406 may be pushed by sliding the multiple cigarette packs 409 in series contained in the flue 405 during assembly so that the elastic member 407 is in elastic tension. The elastic member 407 in the elastically stretched state causes the pushing plate 406 to have a pulling force in a direction toward the cigarette outlet 411, which pushes the cigarette packs 409 arranged in series in the sliding flue 405, and after the cigarette packs located at the cigarette outlet 411 are pushed out by the pushing-out member 403, the pulling force pushes the remaining cigarette packs 409 to move toward the cigarette outlet 411 to fill in the empty spaces left by the pushed-out cigarette packs.

In this embodiment, by the above technical solution, the technical effect of automatically supplementing the cigarette packet is achieved by the mutual cooperation of the pushing plate 406 and the elastic member 407.

In a preferred embodiment, the end of the fixed base 404 near the smoke outlet 411 is open; the slide chimney 405 is fitted to the fixed base 404 through the opening in a slidable manner with respect to the fixed base 404.

The slidable manner includes, but is not limited to, a manner of sliding through a sliding rail, a sliding chute, and the like.

Preferably, a slide rail is arranged in the fixed base 404, and a slide rail matching part is arranged in the slide flue 405; the slide rail serves to guide and support the slide rail fitting portion so that the slide flue 405 is fitted with the fixed base 404 via the opening in a slidable manner with respect to the fixed base 404.

In a preferred embodiment, a baffle 410 which can move within a predetermined range and has a predetermined elasticity is arranged on the sliding flue 405 in a direction perpendicular to the smoke outlet 411; the baffle 410 serves to limit the width of the smoke outlet 411.

In this embodiment, the elasticity of the flap 410 is selected according to the actual situation, and the elasticity ensures that the cigarette packet can be pushed out, and that only one cigarette packet is pushed out each time a cigarette is taken out.

In the process that the motor 401 drives the eccentric driving wheel to rotate, when the right center part of the eccentric driving wheel drives the ejection part 403, the ejection part 403 extends out to realize the ejection action on the top of the cigarette packet 409; the eccentric driving wheel continues to rotate, and when the eccentric part of the eccentric driving wheel drives the ejecting part 403, the ejecting part 403 performs a return motion, so that the ejecting part 3 is retracted to avoid obstructing the movement of the cigarette packet 409 in the direction of the cigarette outlet 411 under the pushing of the elastic member 407.

The eccentric driving wheel may be replaced with a circular driving wheel on which a coupling portion for coupling with the ejecting member 403 is provided at a position offset from the center of the circle.

When the motor drives the circular driving wheel, when the connecting part rotates to one end far away from the cigarette outlet 411, the circular driving wheel drives the ejection part 403 to enable the ejection part 403 to perform return motion from the upper part of the cigarette packet 409; the circular drive wheel continues to rotate and the connecting portion continues to rotate from the end remote from the mouth 411, and when the connecting portion is adjacent the mouth 411, the ejector member 403 performs an extending movement to eject the top of the packet 409 of cigarettes located at the mouth 411.

In this embodiment, when the eccentric driving wheel rotates, the ejecting member 403 may be driven to start from the initial position to eject the cigarette packet; when the eccentric driving wheel continues to rotate, the ejection part 403 can be driven to return to the initial position from the position of ejecting the cigarette packet, and in such a reciprocating manner, the eccentric driving wheel drives the ejection part 403 to continuously eject the cigarette packet, so that the cigarette is ejected.

In a preferred embodiment, the controller 2 is further configured to receive an instruction from a user, and in response to the instruction from the user, control any of the smoke generating devices to perform a smoke generating operation.

The user can send an instruction to the controller 2 through a terminal such as a smart phone or a tablet computer. For example, the user may scan the two-dimensional code through a smartphone, and send an instruction to the controller 2 through the cloud.

In a preferred embodiment, the smoke evacuation device 1 further comprises a distance measuring sensor; the distance measuring sensor is used for measuring: when a cigarette pack is ejected from the cigarette outlet by the ejection member, the distance between the other end of the sliding flue opposite to the cigarette outlet and the last cigarette pack is set, and the measured distance data is transmitted to the controller 2. And the controller 2 calculates the number of the cigarette packets left in the flue according to the remaining distance data.

In the embodiment, the remaining distance after smoke in the sliding flue is discharged is measured by a distance measuring sensor; then, the number of cigarettes discharged can be calculated according to the width of the cigarette packets, and the number of the remaining cigarette packets in the sliding flue can be converted according to the total number of the initially assembled cigarette packets. In the same way, the number of the remaining cigarette packs in the sliding flues in other cigarette discharging devices can be calculated; therefore, the number of the cigarette packs left in all the cigarette discharging modules can be known, so that the number of the cigarette packs left in the cigarette discharging equipment 1 can be known, and the stock condition can be further known in real time.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the smoke output device 1 comprises a housing 10 and an access opening 11; the goods taking port 11 is positioned at the bottom of the shell 10; wherein, the shell 10 is used for accommodating the controller 2 and the smoke outlet module 3; the cigarette outlet of the cigarette outlet module 3 corresponds to the goods taking port 11 so as to realize cigarette outlet through the goods taking port 11.

In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of smoke outlet modules 3 are stacked one on top of another and arranged in a ladder manner, and in any two adjacent layers of smoke outlet modules, the smoke outlet of each smoke outlet device in the upper layer of smoke outlet modules protrudes out of the smoke outlet of each smoke outlet device in the lower layer of smoke outlet modules; therefore, the cigarette discharging modules are mutually independent, and the cigarette packet is convenient to assemble; moreover, when the cigarette discharging module breaks down, the cigarette discharging module which breaks down can be maintained independently, so that the technical effect of convenient maintenance is achieved.
