A mask with added peony extract according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the peony flower stock solution is prepared by the following method embodiments: adopting subcritical dimethyl ether low-temperature extraction equipment, adding fresh peony petals into an extraction kettle, introducing dimethyl ether at a flow rate of 30-50L/h, and extracting for 2-3h under the conditions that the temperature is kept at 40-60 ℃ and the pressure is 10-15 MPa; obtaining a peony petal organic solvent mixture; the mixture is placed in a reaction kettle under the control of a valve, and then pressurized to 15-20MPa by low-temperature high-pressure concentration equipment, and dimethyl ether is recovered at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain liquid-phase peony flower stock solution.

8. The mask with the peony extract as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the antibacterial agent is potassium sorbate, or a composite preservative agent comprising caprylyl glycol and pentylene glycol at a mass ratio of 1: 4.

The invention has errors about the basic concept recognition of the peony extract, firstly, the peony seed oil is grease extracted from peony seeds, the content of the grease in peony flowers, leaves and roots is very low, and the peony seed oil can not be extracted from flower and root in the current industrial production; in addition, a large amount of thickening agents, solubilizing agents and preservatives are used in the formula of the skin care product, so that the skin care product is not beneficial to skin care.

CN105832648B discloses a nourishing and anti-aging peony seed oil mask paste and a preparation method thereof. The facial mask patch is obtained by absorbing facial mask liquid with silk facial mask paper and then disinfecting, wherein the facial mask liquid is prepared from the following components: peony seed oil, sweet almond oil, an emulsifier, cananga odorata hydrolat, chamomile, yeast extract, a skin penetration water locking factor, an antibacterial agent and deionized water. The mask has high cost, and all raw materials have incomplete nutrition, so that the best effect cannot be obtained.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art and in order to add a new mask variety, the invention aims to provide a mask containing peony flower stock solution, peony seed oil and nicotinamide for modern women and a preparation method thereof, so as to fill the blank of using the peony flower stock solution and the peony seed oil in mask preparation and solve various skin problems caused by air pollution, fatigue, radiation and the like.

In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the inventor continuously explores through a great amount of experimental research, and finally obtains the following technical scheme of the whitening and youth keeping facial mask added with the peony extract:

the mask added with the peony extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 20 percent of peony flower stock solution, 0.1 to 5 percent of peony seed oil, 0.1 to 5 percent of oil-soluble vitamin E, 0.1 to 5 percent of emulsifier, 0.5 to 20 percent of golden yellow chamomile, 1 to 10 percent of glycerol, 0.5 to 3 percent of low molecular hyaluronic acid, 0.5 to 3 percent of inositol, 0.5 to 5 percent of nicotinamide, 0.05 to 5 percent of antibacterial agent, 0.5 to 20 percent of honeysuckle flower, 0.3 to 10 percent of pseudo-ginseng root, 0.2 to 5 percent of eucommia bark, 0.3 to 2 percent of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid and the balance of deionized water.

The peony flower stock solution is prepared by the following method embodiments: adopting subcritical dimethyl ether low-temperature extraction equipment, adding fresh peony petals into an extraction kettle, introducing dimethyl ether at a flow rate of 30-50L/h, and extracting for 2-3h under the conditions that the temperature is kept at 40-60 ℃ and the pressure is 10-15 MPa; obtaining a peony petal organic solvent mixture; the mixture is placed in a reaction kettle under the control of a valve, and then pressurized to 15-20MPa by low-temperature high-pressure concentration equipment, and dimethyl ether is recovered at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain liquid-phase peony flower stock solution.

The emulsifier is at least one or any combination of the components selected from cetearyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol phosphate, C9-15 alcohol phosphate, stearyl alcohol phosphate and C20-22 alcohol phosphate.

The content of the peony seed oil unsaturated fatty acid is 92.05%.

The antibacterial agent is potassium sorbate or a composite corrosion inhibitor which is prepared by mixing caprylyl glycol and pentanediol in a mass ratio of 1: 4.

A nicotinamide whitening and youthful-look-retaining facial mask added with a peony extract is prepared from peony flower stock solution according to the following method: adopting subcritical dimethyl ether low-temperature extraction equipment, adding fresh peony petals into an extraction kettle, introducing dimethyl ether at a flow rate of 30-50L/h, and extracting for 2-3h under the conditions that the temperature is kept at 40-60 ℃ and the pressure is 10-15 MPa; obtaining a peony petal organic solvent mixture; placing the mixture in a reaction kettle under the control of a valve, pressurizing to 15-20MPa by low-temperature high-pressure concentration equipment, and recovering dimethyl ether at 20 ℃ to obtain the liquid-phase peony petal extract.

The weight ratio of the peony flower stock solution to the peony seed oil to the nicotinamide is 0.5-10: 0.5-2: 2, preferably 3: 1: 2.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the nicotinamide whitening and youthful looks-retaining facial mask added with the peony extract, which comprises the following steps:

1) sterilizing utensils with 75% alcohol, or sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation for 30 min;

2) adding the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil, the oil-soluble vitamin E and the emulsifier in the formula amount into a container, uniformly stirring, and recording as a solution I for later use;

3) adding inositol, nicotinamide, flos Matricariae Chamomillae, glycerol, flos Lonicerae, Notoginseng radix root, cortex Eucommiae, low molecular hyaluronic acid and deionized water into another container, stirring, and recording as solution II;

4) adding 10-15% of the total amount of the solution II into the solution I, stirring for 4-5min to make the solution clear and transparent, adding the rest solution II, and stirring uniformly for later use;

5) adding the antibacterial agent with the formula amount into the solution obtained in the step 3), and uniformly stirring to obtain the facial mask essence.

The peony flower stock solution is prepared by selecting original ecological high-quality peony flowers as raw materials and refining the peony flower stock solution by adopting a pure physical cold pressing process, and the natural active substance components in the peony flower stock solution are retained to the maximum extent. By searching the prior art at home and abroad, no literature report for preparing the mask solution by using the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil, the nicotinamide and the like is found at present, and the efficacy of the mask is not detected.

According to the results of the antioxidant performance test, the inoxidizability of a sample 2 containing 3% of the peony flower stock solution, 1% of the peony seed oil and 2% of the nicotinamide is obviously higher than that of a sample 3 added with 3% of the peony flower stock solution and not added with the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide, the inoxidizability of a sample 4 added with 1% of the peony seed oil and not added with the peony flower stock solution and the nicotinamide is obviously higher than that of a sample 5 added with 2% of the nicotinamide and not added with the peony flower stock solution and the peony seed oil, which shows that the combination of the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide is used in the skin care product to synergistically eliminate excessive free radicals of skin tissues and resist cell aging. Thus, the invention also provides a new use of a combination of three specific components, namely: the application of the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide in preparing the skin care product for removing excessive free radicals in skin tissues; or the application of the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide in preparing the antioxidant skin care product. The whitening and youthful-look-retaining facial mask has excellent effects.

The whitening and youthful-look-retaining facial mask added with the peony extract has the following beneficial effects: the anti-oxidation and youthful-look-retaining facial mask suitable for modern women is prepared from peony flower stock solution, peony seed oil, nicotinamide, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flower, pseudo-ginseng root, eucommia bark, oil-soluble vitamin E (vitamin E, VE), low-molecular hyaluronic acid and the like, can effectively improve the anti-oxidation capacity of skin, injects sufficient moisture into the skin, prevents moisture evaporation in the cuticle of the skin, enables loaded plant essence to be easily absorbed, keeps the face moist, avoids accelerated aging of the face skin, reduces facial wrinkles, and has ideal anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects.

The invention discloses a mask added with a peony extract and a preparation method thereof. The scheme is as follows:

a mask added with a peony extract comprises the following components: peony extract, nicotinamide, inositol, oil-soluble vitamin E, an emulsifier, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flower, pseudo-ginseng root, eucommia bark, glycerol, low-molecular hyaluronic acid, an antibacterial agent and deionized water. Wherein the peony extract is peony fresh flower stock solution and peony seed oil.

As a preferred scheme, the mask comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 20 percent of peony flower stock solution, 0.1 to 5 percent of peony seed oil, 0.1 to 5 percent of oil-soluble vitamin E, 0.1 to 5 percent of emulsifier, 0.5 to 20 percent of golden yellow chamomile, 1 to 10 percent of glycerol, 0.5 to 3 percent of low molecular hyaluronic acid, 0.5 to 3 percent of inositol, 0.5 to 5 percent of nicotinamide, 0.05 to 5 percent of antibacterial agent, 0.5 to 20 percent of honeysuckle flower, 0.3 to 10 percent of pseudo-ginseng root, 0.2 to 5 percent of eucommia bark, 0.3 to 2 percent of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid and the balance of deionized water.

The peony flower stock solution is prepared by the following method embodiments: adopting subcritical dimethyl ether low-temperature extraction equipment, adding fresh peony petals into an extraction kettle, introducing dimethyl ether at a flow rate of 30-50L/h, and extracting for 2-3h under the conditions that the temperature is kept at 40-60 ℃ and the pressure is 10-15 MPa; obtaining a peony petal organic solvent mixture; the mixture is placed in a reaction kettle under the control of a valve, and then pressurized to 15-20MPa by low-temperature high-pressure concentration equipment, and dimethyl ether is recovered at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain liquid-phase peony flower stock solution.

The peony seed oil is purchased from Duoyezpaien Biotech limited of peony, and has an unsaturated fatty acid content of 92.05%.

The emulsifier is at least one or any combination of the components selected from cetearyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol phosphate, C9-15 alcohol phosphate, stearyl alcohol phosphate and C20-22 alcohol phosphate.

The antibacterial agent is potassium sorbate or a composite corrosion inhibitor which is prepared by mixing caprylyl glycol and pentanediol in a mass ratio of 1: 4. The caprylyl glycol is a plant antibacterial agent, belongs to terminal diol with medium and short carbon chains, and can be compounded with pentanediol for effectively inhibiting the breeding of bacteria and mould in the mask.

The skin care product is a nicotinamide whitening and youthful looks retaining mask added with a peony extract, wherein the weight ratio of the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide is 0.5-10: 0.5-2: 2, and the preferred weight ratio is 3: 1: 2.

A preparation method of a mask added with a peony extract comprises the following steps:

1) sterilizing utensils with 75% alcohol, or sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation for 30 min;

2) adding the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil, the oil-soluble vitamin E and the emulsifier in the formula amount into a container, uniformly stirring, and recording as a solution I for later use;

3) adding inositol, nicotinamide, flos Matricariae Chamomillae, glycerol, flos Lonicerae, Notoginseng radix root, cortex Eucommiae, low molecular hyaluronic acid and deionized water into another container, stirring, and recording as solution II;

3.0% of peony flower stock solution and 1.0% of peony seed oil; 0.5% of oil-soluble vitamin E, 1.0% of emulsifier, 0.5% of golden chamomile, 2% of glycerol, 0.5% of low-molecular hyaluronic acid, 1% of inositol, 2% of nicotinamide, 0.2% of antibacterial agent, 1% of honeysuckle flower, 0.5% of pseudo-ginseng root, 0.75% of eucommia bark, 0.5% of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid and the balance of deionized water. Wherein the antibacterial agent is a composite corrosion inhibitor prepared from caprylyl glycol and pentanediol in a mass ratio of 1: 4.

Example 2: a mask added with a peony extract comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

2.0% of peony flower stock solution and 0.5% of peony seed oil; 1.0% of oil-soluble vitamin E, 1.0% of emulsifier, 0.5% of golden chamomile, 2% of glycerol, 0.5% of low-molecular hyaluronic acid, 1% of inositol, 3.0% of nicotinamide, 0.2% of antibacterial agent, 1% of honeysuckle flower, 0.5% of pseudo-ginseng root, 0.75% of eucommia bark, 0.5% of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid and the balance of deionized water. Wherein the antimicrobial agent is potassium sorbate.

The product of the invention has the following appearance performance observation:

The results show that: the product has good smell and stability, has pH value of 5.5, is weakly acidic, is very suitable for oriental skin (average pH value is about 5.8), and can make skin in the optimum nutrient absorption state.

The moisture retention test of the product of the invention comprises the following steps:

The oxidation resistance of the product of the invention is tested:

a mask to which the peony extract was added was prepared according to example 1, and tested for oxidation resistance. With reference to the method disclosed in the literature "effective properties of xanthans on the automatic in cyclic extension" of Shimada et al, a slight modification is made as follows: adding 2mL of sample solution into an EP tube, adding 2mL of 1 mmol/L-1 DPPH ethanol solution, reacting in dark at room temperature for 30min in the dark, observing the color change, and determining the concentration of vitamin C with the same antioxidation according to the color. Adding 2mL of vitamin C solution into an EP tube, and adding 2mL of 1 mmol/L-1 DPPH ethanol solution; adding 2mL of 70% ethanol solution into an EP tube, adding 2mL of 1 mmol/L-1 DPPH ethanol solution, reacting in dark at room temperature for 30min in the dark, using 70% ethanol solution as a blank control, and measuring absorbance (A) at 525nm, which is respectively marked as A and A. The test was repeated 3 times per concentration to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results, and finally the mean was taken as the fitting data. DPPH clearance calculation:

DPPH clearance (%) (1-a sample/a control) × 100. The lighter the color, the higher the clearance of DPPH free radicals and the stronger the oxidation resistance.

The results of the experiment are shown in FIG. 2. Wherein: 1 is a treatment group of 3% of peony flower stock solution, 1% of peony seed oil and 2% of nicotinamide; 2 is a treatment group which is 3 percent of the peony flower stock solution and is not added with peony seed oil and nicotinamide; 3 is a treatment group added with 1 percent of peony seed oil without adding peony flower stock solution and nicotinamide; letters represent the results of the differential analysis at a significance level of 3%, with identical letters between treatments indicating no significant difference and no identical letters indicating significant difference. As can be seen from the test results of fig. 2, the oxidation resistance of treatment 1 (95.6%) was significantly higher than the oxidation resistance of treatment 1 with only 3% of the peony flower stock solution without addition of the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide (treatment 2) (81.6%), and significantly higher than the oxidation resistance of treatment 1% of the peony seed oil without addition of the peony flower stock solution and the nicotinamide (treatment 3) (53.4%) and treatment 4 with addition of a very small amount (0.6%) of the peony flower stock solution without addition of the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide; the result shows that the peony flower stock solution, the peony seed oil and the nicotinamide have effective synergistic effect, the clearance rate of the mask on free radicals is improved, and the oxidation resistance is enhanced. The method provides a new clue and idea for the research and development of pure plant facial masks and plant antioxidants.

The trial test of the product of the invention:

the mask with the peony extract prepared in example 1 was selected and tested for its test effect. The facial mask is distributed to 20 women aged 20-50 years for trial, and is prescribed to be used 2 times per week, and a trial effect feedback table is filled after 4W trial. The statistics of the trial effect are as follows:
