2. The integral diesel engine power station floating raft is utilized to ensure the requirements of vibration reduction and anti-swing performance of the diesel generating set and the auxiliary equipment pipeline; the integral power station floating raft platform is supported on the hull base structure through the elastic components, so that the navigation stability of the total ship is facilitated, the safe operation of the diesel generating set can be guaranteed, and the life force of safe power supply and distribution is improved.

3. For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-2, in the integrated arrangement method for a marine diesel engine power station provided in the embodiment of the present invention:

(1) three diesel generating sets 10 are uniformly distributed in the upper area of the cabin floating rafts 11 in the port and starboard directions, the cabin floating rafts 11 are supported on a ship body base 16 arranged in the midship area of the power station through elastic elements, the sailing stability of a general ship is facilitated, the safe operation of the diesel generating sets 10 can be guaranteed, and the vitality of safe power supply and distribution is improved.

(2) A preset space is adopted among the diesel generating sets 10, physical separation of the diesel generating sets 10 is guaranteed, and correlation faults cannot occur when external disaster events occur in a power station.

(3) The system pipelines of diesel oil, lubricating oil, cooling water and compressed air are arranged in a concentrated manner in a space reserved at the bottom of the cabin buoyant raft 11, so that the length of the pipelines between auxiliary equipment and a unit is reduced, and the resistance of the system pipelines is reduced; and the physical isolation of high-energy pipelines such as compressed air and diesel oil from the diesel generator set 10 is realized through the cabin buoyant raft 11, so that the risk of the safe operation of the diesel generator set 10 caused by the internal disasters of the flying objects generated by the damage of the high-energy pipelines is reduced.

(4) Auxiliary equipment such as a self-cleaning seawater filter 1, an electric cooling water pump 2, a platform diesel booster pump 3, a lubricating oil suction filter 4, an electric lubricating oil pre-supply pump 5, a pump diesel water-collecting type filter 6, a diesel delivery pump 7, a diesel inlet diesel filter 8, a diesel inlet seawater filter 9 and the like are rigidly hung on the side of a cabin floating raft 11 and close to the lower area, so that the requirements of the normal operation functions such as the suction height and the filling head of pump equipment are met, and the inlet cavitation of the pump equipment is avoided.

(5) Large-volume and few-operation container type equipment such as a diesel cooler 12, a lubricating oil tank 13, a diesel oil tank 14, a compressed air bottle 15 and the like are arranged in the lower space of the cabin raft 11.

(6) The space above the cabin buoyant raft 11 is used for planning people flow and logistics channels, and the normal and emergency operation and maintenance accessibility of auxiliary equipment valves are guaranteed.

(7) The integral diesel engine power station floating raft is utilized to ensure the requirements of vibration reduction and anti-swing performance of the diesel generating set 10 and the auxiliary equipment pipeline.
