The paper discharging device 5 comprises a rotating wheel 501, the rotating wheel 501 is movably sleeved on the outer side of the adjusting ring 401, the bottom of the rotating wheel 501 is fixedly connected with the spherical holder 304, the inner side of the rotating wheel 501 is fixedly connected with an anti-ratchet wheel 502, the anti-ratchet wheel 502 is in meshing transmission with the movable teeth A405, the outer side of the anti-ratchet wheel 502 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 503, the outer end of the connecting rod 503 is provided with a wire groove 504, one end, close to the rotating wheel 501, of the wire groove 504 is movably connected with a guide wheel 505, the top of the connecting rod 503 is fixedly connected with a supporting rod 506, the top end of the supporting rod 506 is movably connected with a paper searching plate 507, the upper middle of the supporting rod 506 is connected with a connector spring 508 below the upper half of the paper searching plate 507, the bottom of the paper searching plate 507 is connected with a thin wire 509, and the other end of the thin wire 509 passes through the lower part of the guide wheel 505 and is connected with the outer side of the clockwork spring 402.

The paper output work of the invention is divided into two steps, the second step is that the wet tissue which is found out the outmost layer is sent to the outlet 104, the wet tissue is taken by the hands, when the paper searching plate 507 contacts the baffle 108, the control ring 201 is continuously rotated, the paper searching plate 507 cannot rotate at the moment, the rotating wheel 501 and the spherical holder 304 are fixed, the bevel gear 302 cannot rotate around the top bevel gear 308 at the moment, but due to the special large ball sleeve ball design of the spherical holder 304, the bevel rod 303 can still rotate, the bevel gear 302 rotates around the bevel rod 303, the force applied by the hand is larger than the friction force between the inner rod 309 and the outer rod 310, the top bevel gear 308 starts to rotate, the transmission rod 403 and the adjusting ring 401 are further driven to rotate, the clockwork spring 402 shrinks and pulls the fine wire 509 to enable the paper searching plate 507 to rotate around the supporting point at the top of the supporting rod 506, so that the top of the paper searching plate 507 is sent to the outlet 104, because the paper searching plate 507 is inserted into the outmost layer of the wet tissue roll at the moment, therefore, the wet tissue is sent to the outlet 104, the lower part of the paper searching plate 507 is separated from the contact with the baffle 108 in the rotating process, the paper searching plate 507 rotates to the back of the baffle 108, so as to start the next cycle, the inner side of the rotating wheel 501 is fixedly connected with a reverse ratchet wheel 502, the reverse ratchet wheel 502 is meshed with the movable teeth A405 for transmission, so that the rotating wheel 501 in the first stage rotates to drive the adjusting ring 401 to rotate synchronously, the spring 402 in the first stage is ensured not to shrink, the outer side of the bottom of the transmission rod 403 is fixedly connected with a forward ratchet wheel 404, the movable teeth B406 are meshed with the forward ratchet wheel 404 for transmission, so that the second stage 403 rotates to drive the adjusting ring 401 to rotate, the adjusting ring 401 and the rotating wheel 501 are meshed with the movable teeth A405 through the reverse ratchet wheel 502 for transmission, the rotating wheel 501 cannot be driven to rotate when the adjusting ring 401 rotates, because the tail end of the spring 402 is connected with the movable teeth A405, the spring 402 pulls the movable teeth A405 to be separated from the reverse ratchet wheel 502 in the rotating process, ensuring that the adjustment collar 401 can be properly repositioned at the end of the second phase.
