The method comprises the steps of scratching 10X 10 small grids of 1mm X1 mm on the surface of a sample coated with epoxy thick paste type primer by using a sharp blade, wherein each piece of line is deep to the bottom layer of the epoxy thick paste type primer, brushing fragments in a testing area completely by using a hairbrush, firmly adhering the small grid to be tested by using an adhesive tape with the adhesive force of 350g/cm 2-400 g/cm2, wiping the adhesive tape with an eraser with force to increase the contact area and force between the adhesive tape and the tested area, grasping one end of the adhesive tape with a hand, rapidly pulling off adhesive paper in the vertical direction, and carrying out 3 times of same tests at the same position.

2. Impact test according to GB/T1732-1993

The sample coated with epoxy mastic primer was placed on a test apparatus, the painted side was either up or down as specified, the sample was placed flat on the support surface of the base, and the indenter was brought into contact with the upper surface of the sample, the weight was lifted to a height where no damage could be expected, the weight was released to fall on the indenter, the sample was removed from the test apparatus, the impact area coating was examined for cracking, if there was no significant cracking, the procedure was repeated at a higher height, increasing l inches (25mm) at a time, and the same test was performed 3 times at the same location.

3. Acid/base/salt resistance test according to GB/T9274

Placing the sample coated with the epoxy thick paste type primer in a 5% sulfuric acid-resistant solution, soaking for 200 hours, observing the change of a paint film of the sample, and repeating the test for 3 times;

placing the sample coated with the epoxy thick paste type primer in a 5% sodium hydroxide solution, soaking for 200 hours, observing the change of a paint film of the sample, and repeating the test for 3 times;

the sample coated with the epoxy mastic primer was immersed in a 5% sodium chloride-resistant solution for 200 hours, the change in paint film of the sample was observed, and the test was repeated 3 times.

4. The paint film color and appearance were tested according to GB/T1728-1979

And (3) placing the sample coated with the epoxy thick paste type primer at room temperature, observing the drying and surface film forming conditions of the sample, and repeating the test for 3 times.

The test conditions are shown in the following table:

according to the table, the adhesive force, the impact property and the acid/alkali/salt resistance of the epoxy thick paste type primer prepared by the preparation process are excellent in comparison ratio, the film forming speed is high, the film forming is smooth, the surface drying time and the actual drying time are shorter than the comparison ratio time, the epoxy thick paste type primer can be dried quickly, the use requirements under different conditions can be met, and the application range is wide.

In summary, according to the epoxy thick paste primer and the preparation process thereof, the epoxy thick paste primer prepared by the preparation process has the advantages of excellent adhesive force, impact resistance and acid/alkali/salt resistance compared with the ratio, high film forming speed, smooth film forming, short surface drying time and actual drying time compared with the ratio, quick drying of the epoxy thick paste primer, capability of meeting the use requirements under different conditions, and wide application range.
