Technical Field

The invention belongs to special mechanical equipment for steel wire ropes, and particularly relates to steel wire rope line concentration equipment.

Background

In the process of producing the steel wire rope, a plurality of strands of small-diameter steel wires (called strands) need to be twisted together by a wire collecting device to form the large-diameter steel wire rope. The line concentration equipment is generally composed of a line concentration disk assembly and a plurality of line passing modules, wherein the line concentration disk assembly is installed on a rack. After the small-diameter strand wires pass through the wire collecting disc, the strand wires are layered and collected at the positions of the wire passing dies, and then the strand wires are twisted into the rope.

Chinese patent "steel wire rope double twister", publication No. CN203960646U, granted bulletin date 2014.11.26, discloses a steel wire rope double twister, which comprises an inner wire take-up assembly, an outer over-twisting assembly, a wire collecting nozzle assembly, a monofilament pay-off assembly and a core wire pay-off assembly, which are sequentially arranged; the wire collecting nozzle assembly comprises a wire collecting nozzle rack, a wire collecting plate is arranged on the wire collecting nozzle rack, and a plurality of wire collecting nozzles are arranged at the rear end of the wire collecting plate along the wire collecting direction; the wire collecting plate comprises a plurality of layers of annular disc bodies with gradually increasing diameters, and the plurality of layers of annular disc bodies are connected to form the wire collecting plate; a plurality of detachable take-up pulley seats are uniformly distributed on the annular disc body along the circumferential direction, and each take-up pulley seat is provided with a take-up pulley.

The above patents, as well as the prior art hub, generally have problems including:

1. in order to realize convergence of the strand wires towards the center, the two disc bodies are of conical ring structures and need to be positioned and assembled with each other, and the conical rings can only be realized by pressing the locking sleeve through screws. 2. The bottom surface of the reel mounting seat is a plane and is mounted on the conical surfaces of the two conical ring disc bodies, and the problem of unstable mounting is easily caused due to the fact that the contact surfaces are too small.

3. Wear out from the bottom hole of reel mount pad behind the reel, easily because of the strand silk to crossing the improper friction that arouses between strand silk and the wire winding wheelset mount pad bottom hole when the line mould assembles, damage strand silk and wire winding wheelset mount pad.

4. The wire collecting disc is assembled and positioned with the frame only through a plurality of hole sites on the lower part of the wire collecting disc, cantilever installation is formed, and the wire collecting disc is easy to vibrate due to the fluctuation of traction force when a strand wire passes through the wire wheel, so that the stability of the wire collecting disc is greatly not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the background art, the invention aims to provide steel wire rope line concentration equipment which is good in stability and strength and has radial layering.

In order to achieve the purpose, the wire rope line concentration equipment designed by the invention is characterized in that: the wire collecting disc is arranged on the rack, and a plurality of wire passing dies are arranged at the rear end of the wire collecting disc along the wire collecting direction; the wire collecting disc comprises a bottom plate connected with the rack, a central round hole is formed in the bottom plate, a plurality of wire passing holes are uniformly distributed around the central round hole at intervals, and two wire passing wheels are arranged in front of each wire passing hole; the steel wire passes through the wire passing hole in an S-shaped manner by bypassing the wire passing wheel; the surface of the two wire passing wheel axes above the same wire passing hole is vertical to the bottom plate.

Preferably, the wire passing hole is a waist-shaped hole, and the center line passes through the circle center of the central circular hole.

Preferably, two turns of wire passing holes are formed in the periphery of the central circular hole.

Further preferably, the number of the outer ring wire through holes is larger than or equal to that of the inner ring wire through holes.

It is further preferred that the centre lines of the two turns of the wire passing hole at the same angle are collinear.

Preferably, the lower part of the bottom plate is connected with the frame, and the upper part of the bottom plate is reinforced with the frame through a stabilizer bar.

Preferably, the frame is provided with two parallel guide rods, and the wire passing die is connected with the guide rods through a wire passing die mounting seat; the wire passing die mounting seat can slide along the guide rod and is fixed through the positioning piece.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with a wire collecting device with a typical structure, the wire collecting disc is changed into a flat plate type, the strand wire passing hole is changed into an elongated waist-shaped hole, and the wire collecting disc and the rack are connected and reinforced by adopting the stabilizer bar.

The invention solves the problem of insufficient stability when the wire collecting disc cantilever is installed by additionally installing the stabilizer bar, eliminates the chain vibration reaction caused by the fluctuation of the traction force on the strand, is more convenient for the installation of the reel base on the wire collecting disc, changes the plane contact between the two, and is more stable and reliable. The flat plate type wire collecting disc adopts the waist-shaped hole, so that the stranded wires can be allowed to be collected at the wire passing die positions at all positions at a larger adjusting angle, and equipment faults and steel wire rope quality damage caused by direct hard contact and friction between the stranded wires and the reel base are avoided.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention (including the preferred ones) are further described in detail by way of fig. 1 to 5 and enumerating some alternative embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the wire rope collecting device designed by the invention comprises a rack 1, wherein a wire collecting disc 2 is arranged on the rack 1, and a plurality of wire passing moulds 3 are arranged at the rear end of the wire collecting disc 2 along a wire collecting direction; the wire collecting disc 2 comprises a bottom plate 201 connected with the rack 1, a central circular hole 202 is formed in the bottom plate 201, a plurality of wire passing holes 203 are uniformly distributed around the central circular hole 202 at intervals, and two wire passing wheels 204 are arranged in front of each wire passing hole 203; the steel wire S-shaped bypasses the wire wheel 204 and passes out of the wire through hole 203; the plane of the axes of the two wire passing wheels 204 above the same wire passing hole 203 is vertical to the bottom plate 201.

Preferably, the wire passing hole 203 is a kidney-shaped hole, and the center line passes through the center of the center circular hole 202. Two circles of wire passing holes 203 are arranged on the periphery of the central round hole 202. The number of the wire passing holes 203 per turn is equal. Of course, the number of the wire passing holes on the inner ring and the outer ring can be unequal, and the number of the central circular hole 202, the number of the wire passing holes on the inner ring and the outer ring can be designed to be 1+7+11 or 1+5+8, or other arrangement types. In this example, 1+9+9 is used, which is merely an example. The number of the inner ring of kidney-shaped holes and the outer ring of kidney-shaped holes depends on the cross section shape of the steel wire rope formed by final winding.

The center lines of the two turns of the wire passing holes 203 at the same angle are collinear.

In order to enhance the stability of the wire collecting disc 2, the lower part of the bottom plate 201 is connected with the frame 1, and the upper part of the bottom plate 201 is reinforced with the frame through the stabilizing rod 4.

In order to meet different requirements of working conditions, two parallel guide rods 5 are arranged on the frame 1, and the wire passing die 3 is connected with the guide rods 5 through a wire passing die mounting seat 6; the wire passing die mounting seat 6 can slide along the guide rod 5 and is fixed through the positioning piece 7. Therefore, the distance between the wire passing modules 3 can be adjusted according to different working conditions and requirements. Also, different sizes of the wire collecting tray 2 can be accommodated.

The strand wires are threaded through the central circular hole and the two circles of waist circular holes in the radial direction respectively, and finally are gathered at the threading die and twisted into the steel wire rope. The threading of the strands through the flat plate collector is schematically shown in figure 5.

Compared with the prior art, the invention

1) The flat plate type wire collecting disc has an integrated structure, good rigidity and strength and is easy to machine and mold.

2) The installation and assembly surfaces of each part of the wire collecting disc are planes, so that the wire wheel base is convenient to install.

3) A stabilizer bar is arranged between the rack and the line concentration disc, so that the problem of insufficient stability of the line concentration disc is solved.

4) The yarn threading die has the advantages that radial layering is realized, the circular and uniformly distributed waist-shaped holes are used as yarn threading holes of the yarns, no friction contact exists between the yarns and the holes, and the yarn threading die has a large angle adjusting range when being twisted.
