Background

At present, a plurality of bearing products are contained in a mechanical assembly system, wherein for a rotary cover type joint bearing, referring to fig. 1, a movable (swinging) columnar structure body is arranged in the middle of the rotary cover type joint bearing, the columnar structure body has a relative swinging function relative to an external structure of the rotary cover type joint bearing, the whole rotary cover type joint bearing is provided with a through hole, the external structure of the rotary cover type joint bearing mainly comprises an end part locking nut 6 and a bearing base body 5, the end part locking nut 6 and the bearing base body 5 are in locking connection through threads, clamping grooves are formed in the end part surfaces of the locking nut 6 and the bearing base body 5, the depth of each clamping groove is not more than 3mm, the clamping grooves are irregular, and the clamping grooves often have oblique angles of 30 degrees, 45 degrees and 60 degrees.

At present, after the bearing is integrally installed and fixed on the installation base body 4, the locking nut 6 and the bearing base body 5 need to be locked, and the operation difficulty is caused because the depth size of a clamping groove contact area is small and an oblique angle is accompanied in the locking process. In addition, the requirements on the technical level and technical experience of operators are high in the locking process, the slipping phenomenon is easily caused, the end faces of the bearing locking nut 6 and the bearing base body 5 are scratched, the product yield is low, and the product assembly quality and efficiency are seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a locking device and a locking method for a rotary cover type knuckle bearing, which solve the problem of difficult locking operation at present and have the advantages of easy operation and high installation efficiency.

The locking device of the swivel joint bearing is used for locking the swivel joint bearing which is arranged in an installation base body, wherein the external structure of the swivel joint bearing mainly comprises a bearing base body and a locking nut which are connected through threads, clamping grooves which are distributed circumferentially are arranged on the end faces of the bearing base body and the locking nut, the locking device comprises a guide rod, a moment adapter rod and a base, the top of the guide rod is provided with an outer hexagon, and the rod part at the lower end of the guide rod comprises a polished rod part with a large diameter and a screw rod part with a small diameter; the torque adapter rod is provided with an outer hexagon, a small-diameter stepped hole at the upper part is in clearance fit with the polished rod part, a large-diameter stepped hole at the lower part can accommodate a structure at one side of the locking nut, and an upper boss which can be matched with a clamping groove of the locking nut is arranged on the lower end surface of the torque adapter rod; the base has outer hexagonal, and the major diameter shoulder hole on upper portion can hold the structure of bearing base member one side, the pitch diameter shoulder hole in middle part with polish rod part clearance fit, the minor diameter screw hole of lower part with screw rod part threaded connection, the up end of base have can with the lower boss of the draw-in groove adaptation of bearing base member.

Advantageously, the amount of clearance between the polished rod portion and the torque adapter rod is no more than 0.02 mm.

Advantageously, the light beam portion is spaced from the intermediate diameter stepped hole of the base by an amount of not more than 0.02 mm.

Advantageously, the outer hexagonal dimension of the torque adapter rod is greater than the outer hexagonal dimension of the guide rod.

Advantageously, the coaxiality of the bearing base and the lock nut is ensured by the connection of the guide rod and the base.

Advantageously, the locking torque of the bearing base and the locking nut is adjusted by limiting the rotation of the base and by engaging the rotation of the torque adapter rod.

Advantageously, the threaded connection of the guide rod to the base is of a length such that at least a portion of the polish rod is inserted into the stepped bore of the intermediate diameter.

The invention also provides a locking method of the rotary cover type oscillating bearing, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

step 1, clamping a base and placing a clamping groove of a bearing matrix on an upper boss of the base;

step 2, inserting the lower boss of the torque adapter rod into the clamping groove of the locking nut;

step 3, inserting the guide rod into the torque adapter rod, the bearing through hole and the base in sequence and then connecting the guide rod with the base in a threaded manner;

step 4, rotating the torque adapter rod to apply torque;

and 5, when the torque meets the design requirement, fixing the bearing and disassembling the fixing device.

Advantageously, in the locking process, the guide rod is timely rotated, the lower end face of the outer hexagon of the guide rod and the upper end face of the torque adapter rod are kept, and the gap between the lower end face of the outer hexagon of the guide rod and the upper end face of the torque adapter rod is smaller than 0.5 mm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the fixing is quick and accurate, the assembling process is stable and reliable, the control consistency of the assembling precision is good, and the assembling efficiency and the assembling quality are also obviously improved.

Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the swivel type spherical plain bearing is locked, the locking device includes a guide rod 1, a moment adapter rod 2, and a base 3.

The upper portion of the guide rod 1 is an outer hexagon, the middle portion of the guide rod is a polished rod portion, the lower portion of the guide rod is a screw rod portion, the polished rod portion and an inner hole of the torque adapter rod 2 are in clearance fit, the clearance amount is not larger than 0.02mm, the polished rod portion and a middle hole of the base 3 are in clearance fit, the clearance amount is not larger than 0.02mm, and the screw rod portion is connected with a lower threaded hole of the base 3.

The moment adapter rod 2 is internally provided with a step through hole, the upper part of the moment adapter rod is an outer hexagon, the bottom end surface of the moment adapter rod is circumferentially provided with an upper boss matched with the clamping groove of the locking nut 6, and the size of the outer hexagon of the moment adapter rod 2 is larger than that of the outer hexagon of the guide rod 1.

step 2, inserting the lower boss of the torque adapter rod 2 into the clamping groove of the locking nut 6;

step 3, after the guide rod 1 is sequentially inserted into the torque adapter rod 2, the bearing through hole and the base 3, the threaded part of the guide rod 1 is in threaded connection with an inner hole of the base 3;

step 4, using a universal torque wrench to act on the outer hexagon of the torque adapter rod 2 and applying torque;

and 5, when the torque meets the design requirement, fixing the bearing and disassembling the fixing device.
