Comparative example 1

The non-coating group is prepared from a feed additive which is not subjected to coating treatment and contains a cinnamaldehyde main component: 1500g of cinnamyl aldehyde, 200g of microcrystalline cellulose, 3000g of corn starch and 5500g of calcium carbonate.

A preparation method of a feed additive comprises the following steps:

adding microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch and calcium carbonate into a stirrer (stirring speed is 40 r/min), stirring for 25 minutes, adding liquid cinnamaldehyde, stirring for 40 minutes to uniformly mix to obtain solid cinnamaldehyde, and discharging.

The uncoated group in comparative example 1 and the cinnamaldehyde-coated premixed preparation for livestock and poultry prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 were subjected to stability acceleration test control, and the properties and the content thereof were examined. The specific process is as follows: taking a sample of the livestock and poultry cinnamaldehyde-coated premixed preparation prepared in comparative example 1 without a coated feed additive and in examples 1-3, simulating a commercial package, respectively placing the sample in a drug stability test box, setting the temperature at 40 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity at 75% +/-5%, placing the sample for 6 months, observing the properties (the appearance and the fluidity are shown by the angle of repose) at the end of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months, respectively, detecting the content of the main components by using a 6850 type Agilent gas chromatograph, and obtaining the results shown in tables 1 and 2.

As can be seen from Table 1: the non-coated feed additive in the comparative example 1 has poor fluidity at 0 month, and the appearance and fluidity are greatly changed at the end of one month in an accelerated test, but the cinnamaldehyde coated premix still meets the product quality requirements in appearance and fluidity after 6 months in the accelerated test, so that the stability is good, and the storage and the use are convenient; good fluidity, and is convenient for downstream feed enterprises and users to disperse and premix.
