Background

At present, adhesive tapes such as protective clothing, gas defense boots, gas defense tents and the like are mainly subjected to a cold bonding process, multiple layers of adhesive tapes are required to be brushed and can be bonded after a solvent is fully volatilized, and therefore, the forming efficiency is low; in the process of adopting the cold bonding process, a large amount of solvents such as gasoline, ethyl acetate and the like are used, so that certain potential safety hazards exist, and meanwhile, environmental pollution is easily caused; the cold bonding process and bonding are adopted, and the adhesive tape has poor quality consistency as long as the appearance quality is according to the operation level and the technique of workers; meanwhile, the bonding strength is low by adopting a cold bonding forming process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a hot-forming method for an adhesive fabric material, aiming at solving the technical problems of poor appearance quality consistency and low bonding strength of an adhesive fabric in a cold bonding process.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a thermal synthesis molding method of an adhesive fabric material adopts a thermal bonding molding machine, and heats reactive hot melt adhesive through a heating system; and then spraying the hot melt adhesive on the adhesive tape through a fluid pump, and pressing and compacting the adhesive part of the adhesive tape in a roller pressing mode after spraying, and curing.

The sizing material selected by the invention is a reactive hot melt adhesive, the hot melt adhesive does not need a solvent, contains no moisture, contains 100% of an adhesive, is a solid meltable polymer at normal temperature, is heated and melted to a certain degree to become a liquid adhesive which can flow and has certain viscosity, can not be melted for the second time after being heated and melted for molding once, and can meet the requirements of high and low temperature performance of equipment at a low temperature of-50 ℃. The method improves the forming efficiency by more than 6-7 times, and has good appearance and high quality consistency.

Different spraying modes such as line coating, surface coating and the like can be realized according to the shape design of the spray head.

Further, the spraying in the glue coating mode can be replaced by rolling coating.

Preferably, the reactive hot melt adhesive is a single-component moisture-cured reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive of PUR 7687, the technical parameters are shown in figure 1, and the reactive hot melt adhesive has high initial adhesion. After curing, the product has high elasticity and high recoverability, is suitable for the adhesion of protective clothing, and can replace the traditional sewing and cold bonding process. It can maintain a very soft hand after being completely cured, and exhibits superior heat resistance and chemical resistance.

In addition, the invention also provides the application of the thermal synthesis molding method in the molding process of protective clothing, gas defense boots and gas defense tent products.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the hot melt adhesive is applied to the bonding forming of the protective adhesive tape material for the first time, compared with the traditional cold bonding process, the forming method has the advantages of high forming efficiency and no environmental pollution, the forming efficiency is improved by more than 6-7 times after the method is adopted, and meanwhile, the bonding strength and the appearance quality in the adhesive tape forming process are improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.

Example 1

Adopting a thermal bonding forming machine, heating the PUR 7687 single-component moisture-cured reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive through a heating system, wherein the sol temperature is 120 ℃, spraying the hot melt adhesive on an adhesive tape through a fluid pump, and coating the adhesive on the adhesive tape: 40g/m2, and pressing and compacting the adhesive tape bonding part in a roller pressing mode after spraying. The curing temperature is 25 ℃, the humidity is 50 percent, and the curing time is 4 days. The selected sizing material is a reactive hot melt adhesive, the hot melt adhesive does not need a solvent, contains no moisture and 100% of an adhesive, is a solid meltable polymer at normal temperature, is heated and melted to a certain degree to become a liquid adhesive which can flow and has certain viscosity, can not be melted for the second time after being heated and melted for forming once, and can meet the requirements of high and low temperature performance of equipment at a low temperature of-50 ℃. By adopting the method, the forming efficiency is improved by more than 6-7 times, and the method has good appearance and high quality consistency.

Tests were carried out with preference on PUR 7687 one-component moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hotmelt adhesives, the technical parameters are shown in FIG. 1, and the adhesives have a relatively high initial adhesion. After curing, the product has high elasticity and high recoverability, is suitable for the adhesion of protective clothing, and can replace the traditional sewing and cold bonding process. It can maintain a very soft hand after being completely cured, and exhibits superior heat resistance and chemical resistance.

The adhesive tape product is subjected to hand sample trial production by adopting the mode, as shown in figure 2, the adhesive width uniformity is good, no residual adhesive exists in the appearance, the adhesive part is torn, the rubber layer and the base material fall off, and the phenomenon can indicate that the heat seal adhesive bonding process strength is greater than the adhesive strength between the rubber and the base material, and the index requirement can be met.
