In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, since the thickness of the towel is changed during the winding process, in order to accommodate the change, a damping device is further disposed on the first wave plate 403, the damping device includes damping units disposed on both sides of the first wave plate 403, each damping unit includes a door-shaped plate 411 and two springs 412, the door-shaped plate 411 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 401, the two springs 412 are disposed on both sides of a middle plate of the door-shaped plate 411, and one end of each spring is connected to the door-shaped plate 411, and the other end of each spring is connected to the first wave plate 403; the spring 412 is obliquely arranged, the middle plate of the door-shaped plate 411 is obliquely arranged, the width direction of the middle plate is perpendicular to the length direction of the spring 412, and the spring 412 can allow the first wave plate 403 to be displaced and changed in a certain space range so as to accommodate the thickness change of the towel in the winding process; the mounting frame 401 is detachably and fixedly connected with the rack 1, and a protection plate can be covered outside the mounting frame 401 to protect the rolling device; wave plate one 403 cooperates with conveyor belt assembly one 201 to allow the towel to be rolled up.

In this embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 4, each damping unit is further provided with an adjusting device, which aims to adjust the height and position of the door-shaped plate 411, so as to achieve the effect of adjusting the height and position of the first wavy plate 403, so as to enlarge the size and thickness range of the towel which can be rolled up by the device, and enhance the practicability of the device, the adjusting device includes a vertical bar-shaped hole 413, a horizontal bar-shaped hole 415 and a fastening bolt 414, the vertical bar-shaped hole 413 is disposed on two side plates of the door-shaped plate 411, the horizontal bar-shaped hole 415 is disposed on the mounting frame 401 and corresponds to the position of the vertical bar-shaped hole 413, and the fastening bolt 414 passes through the horizontal bar-shaped hole 415 and the vertical bar-shaped hole 413 simultaneously and is fastened and connected with a nut.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the discharging device includes a receiving box 501 and a transition sloping plate 502, the receiving box 501 is disposed right below the rolling device, a second wavy plate 503 is disposed in the receiving box 501, a wavy surface of the second wavy plate 503 faces a conveyor belt of the first conveyor belt assembly 201 and is fixedly connected to the receiving box 501, the second wavy plate 503 is used for receiving rolled towels falling from a tail end of the first conveyor belt assembly 201, the towels are conveyed to the transition sloping plate 502 between a lower surface of the first conveyor belt assembly 201 and the second wavy plate 503, and the transition sloping plate 502 is used for conveying and discharging the towels; the second wavy plate 503 and the conveyor belt of the first conveyor belt assembly 201 rub against each other to enable the rolled towel to be tidy and compact; the height and position of the receiving box 501 can be adjusted, and the receiving box can be connected with the rack 1 by referring to the connection mode of the door-shaped plate 411 and the mounting rack 401 so as to adapt to towels with different sizes and thickness specifications.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the towel rolling machine further includes a pushing device, the pushing device is disposed at a tail end of the discharging device, and the pushing device is used for pushing out the rolled towel for performing the subsequent processes. Specifically, the pushing device comprises a material receiving plate 601, a telescopic cylinder 604 and a push plate 602, the material receiving plate 601 is arranged at the tail end of the discharging device and used for receiving coiled towels from the discharging device, the telescopic cylinder 604 is arranged on the material receiving plate 601, the output end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the push plate 602, the output direction of the telescopic cylinder 604 is perpendicular to the length direction of the first conveyor belt assembly 201, and the push plate 602 is used for pushing out the coiled towels on the material receiving plate. This embodiment is through addding pusher, can realize automatic ejection of compact on the one hand, and on the other hand has overcome the feeding and has all at the same embarrassment and the inconvenience of one end of conveying system with the ejection of compact, and the feeding does not influence each other with the ejection of compact, vacates the operation space for conveying system's feed end, and is more reasonable and practical, is favorable to improving production efficiency.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a baffle 603 is disposed at an end of the material receiving plate 601 away from the discharging device, the baffle 603 is used for limiting the towel sliding from the transition inclined plate 502 to the material receiving plate 601, so as to limit that the material receiving plate 601 can just allow a fixed number of rolled towels to be arranged in a row, and the telescopic cylinder 604 is used to push out the push plate 602 according to a proper rhythm to push out the fixed number of rolled towels at one time. In order to enable the number of the coiled towels which can be accommodated on the material receiving plate 601 to be arranged in a line to be adjustable, the position of the baffle 603 relative to the material receiving plate 601 can be adjusted, specifically, two groups of adjusting holes 605 are arranged on the material receiving plate 601, the adjusting holes 605 are long-strip-shaped, the length direction of the adjusting holes 605 is parallel to the conveying direction of the first conveyor belt assembly 201, and fastening bolts are arranged on the baffle 603 and penetrate through the adjusting holes 605 and are locked through nuts. The number of the coiled towels which are pushed out at one time by the pushing device is preferably 2 or 3. The receiving plate 601 may have a smaller inclination angle, so that the rolled towel falling onto the receiving plate 601 is as close as possible to the position of the baffle 603 to vacate the position for the subsequent towel.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the operating states of the air compressor and the air cylinder can be controlled by the electromagnetic valves respectively.
