A diesel generating set transmission which is characterized in that: the device comprises a film disc (1) and a transmission shaft (2) which are detachably connected, wherein the film disc (1) is connected with a crankshaft flange (3) of the diesel engine, and the transmission shaft (2) is connected with a generator rotor (4);

the distance between the membrane disc (1) and the transmission shaft (2) is adjustable.

2. A diesel-electric set transmission as set forth in claim 1, wherein: a plurality of adjusting washers (6) are arranged between the membrane disc (1) and the transmission shaft (2).

3. A diesel-electric set transmission as set forth in claim 2, wherein: and a flywheel flange (5) is also connected between the membrane disc (1) and the crankshaft flange (3).

4. A diesel-electric set transmission as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the section of the flywheel flange (5) is H-shaped.

6. A method of assembling a transmission of a diesel-electric generator set according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

s1, enabling the diesel engine to be in a horizontal state, and connecting one end of the connecting box with the diesel engine body;

s2, pulling a crankshaft of the diesel engine to one end of the diesel engine, measuring the distance between the end face of the crankshaft flange (3) and the end face of the connecting box for connecting the generator, and setting the distance as L1 a;

s3, reversely pulling the crankshaft of the diesel engine to the other end of the diesel engine, measuring the distance between the end face of the crankshaft flange (3) and the end face of the connecting box for connecting the generator, and setting the distance as L1 b; taking L1 ═ (L1a + L1 b)/2;

s4, enabling the generator to be in a horizontal state, and sequentially connecting the membrane disc (1), the transmission shaft (2) and the rotor (4);

s5, pulling the rotor (4) to one end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face, close to the diesel engine, of the membrane disc (1) and the flange face of the stator of the generator, and setting the distance as L2 a;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of diesel generators, in particular to a transmission device of a diesel generator set and an assembling method.

Background

The diesel generator is a small power generating equipment, and is a power machine using diesel oil as fuel and using diesel engine as prime mover to drive generator to generate power. The whole set of unit generally comprises a diesel engine, a generator, a control box, a fuel tank, a storage battery for starting and controlling, a protection device, an emergency cabinet and the like.

At present, a diesel engine is connected with a generator, and an elastic coupling is adopted to connect a crankshaft of the diesel engine and a rotor of the generator. The shell of the generator is connected with the diesel engine body into a whole through the connecting box. The shaft couplings are adopted for connection, the middle part needs to be provided with the bearing seats, and the installation space is large; but also has the problems of shaft coupling oil leakage, reed and spline groove abrasion, reed breakage, incapability of meeting the requirements on dynamic balance and the like.

In order to solve the above problems, a diaphragm coupling has been developed which can transmit torque while absorbing misalignment of the unit by means of deformation of a specially shaped (metal) diaphragm. The novel high-power generator set has the advantages of high strength, light weight, high power density, strong compensation misalignment capability, small additional acting force on the generator set and the like. Chinese patent No. CN101788024A discloses a transmission membrane disc, which comprises a transmission membrane disc surface area, a transmission membrane disc connection transition area and a membrane disc flange which are connected in sequence, and the structure is manufactured in an integrated manner, so that the processing is difficult and the cost is high; and the axial movement of the crankshaft of the diesel engine can be met only by matching the length of the connecting box with the length of the membrane disc coupler. The matching degree of the diaphragm coupling and the connecting box is poor, the diaphragm coupling and the connecting box can be realized only by modifying the connecting box, the modification is difficult, the precision is difficult to control, and in addition, if the connecting box is modified to be too short, the diaphragm coupling can only be scrapped, so that the great waste can be caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the technical problems that the traditional membrane disc coupler is difficult to produce and high in cost and is poor in matching degree with a connecting box are solved.

The invention provides a transmission device of a diesel generating set, which comprises a membrane disc and a transmission shaft, wherein the membrane disc and the transmission shaft are detachably connected;

the distance between the membrane disc and the transmission shaft is adjustable.

The film disc and the transmission shaft are produced independently and detachably connected, so that the integrated structure of the traditional film disc coupler is replaced, the production is simple, and the cost is low; the length of the invention can be matched with the length of the connecting box by changing the distance between the grinding disc and the transmission shaft, thereby not only having high adjusting precision and meeting the axial movement of the crankshaft of the diesel engine, but also replacing the process of modifying the connecting box and causing no waste.

In order to explain the specific structure of the distance adjustment between the film disc and the transmission shaft, in the scheme, a plurality of adjusting washers are arranged between the film disc and the transmission shaft. The distance between the membrane disc and the transmission shaft can be adjusted by selecting the adjusting washers with different thicknesses and the number of the adjusting washers.

The problem is further improved and solved because the traditional membrane disc is thin and the mounting hole is difficult to match with a crankshaft flange, and particularly, a flywheel flange is connected between the membrane disc and the crankshaft flange.

The flywheel flange is connected with the crankshaft flange through the bolts, the film disc is connected with the transmission shaft through the bolts, and the bolts easily touch the flywheel flange and the film disc to influence installation, so that the problem is further solved in an improved mode. s3, reversely pulling the crankshaft of the diesel engine to the other end of the diesel engine, measuring the distance between the flange end face of the crankshaft and the end face of the connecting box for connecting the generator, uniformly measuring four points along the circumferential direction, and setting the average value of the four points as L1 b; taking L1 ═ (L1a + L1 b)/2;

s4, enabling the generator to be in a horizontal state, and sequentially connecting the membrane disc, the transmission shaft and the rotor;

s5, pulling the rotor to one end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face of the membrane disc close to the diesel engine and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, and taking the average value as L2 a;

s6, pulling the rotor to the other end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face of the membrane disc close to the diesel engine and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, and taking the average value as L2 b; taking L2 ═ (L2a + L2 b)/2;

s7, setting the thickness of the adjusting washer to be L, wherein L is (L1-L2) + -S, and selecting the corresponding adjusting washer; s is between 0 and 0.2 mm;

s8, installing the adjusting washer between the membrane disc and the transmission shaft;

s9, connecting the flywheel flange and the crankshaft flange;

and S10, connecting the other end of the connecting box with a generator stator flange, connecting the flywheel flange with the membrane disc, and finishing assembly.

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.

The first embodiment is as follows:

as shown in figure 1, the invention relates to a transmission device of a diesel generator set, which is arranged in a connecting box, wherein two ends of the connecting box are respectively connected with a diesel engine body and a generator stator and are locked and fixed through bolts. The invention comprises a membrane disc 1 and a transmission shaft 2, wherein the transmission shaft 2 comprises a connecting pipe and a connecting flange which are connected with each other and integrally formed, the end part of the connecting pipe is provided with a convex ring, and an inner hole of the membrane disc 1 is sleeved with the convex ring to realize clamping connection and is fixed by a bolt. A plurality of adjusting washers 6 which are sleeved with the convex rings are arranged between the membrane disc 1 and the connecting pipe. The connecting flange is fixedly connected with the generator rotor 4 through bolts.

The end of the crankshaft in the diesel engine body is provided with a crankshaft flange 3, the crankshaft flange 3 is connected with the membrane disc 1 through a flywheel flange 5, and the problem that the membrane disc 1 is difficult to match with the crankshaft flange 3 due to the fact that the membrane disc is thin is solved. The section of the flywheel flange 5 is H-shaped, so that a cavity is formed between the flywheel flange 5 and the film disc 1, and therefore an installation space is provided for bolts used for fixedly connecting the film disc 1 and the transmission shaft 2 and bolts used for fixedly connecting the flywheel flange 5 and the crankshaft flange 3.

The membrane disc 1, the transmission shaft 2 and the flywheel flange 5 are made of carbon fiber materials and are used for reducing the weight of the flywheel rotor, improving the working rotating speed, improving the radial compensation capacity and making up the axial compensation capacity.

The membrane disc 1 and the transmission shaft 2 are produced independently and can be detachably connected, the traditional structure of the membrane disc 1 and the coupling is replaced, production is simple, and cost is low. The distance between the membrane disc 1 and the transmission shaft 2 can be adjusted by selecting the adjusting washers 6 with different thicknesses and the number of the adjusting washers 6, so that the length of the connecting box is matched with that of the connecting box, the adjusting precision is high, the axial movement of the crankshaft of the diesel engine is met, the process of modifying the connecting box is replaced, and waste is avoided.

s3, reversely drawing the crankshaft of the diesel engine to the other end of the diesel engine, measuring the distance between the end face of the crankshaft flange 3 and the end face of the connecting box for connecting the generator, uniformly measuring four points along the circumferential direction, wherein the four points are 279.15mm, 279.37mm, 279.27mm and 279.11mm, and setting the average value of the four points to be L1 b-279.23 mm; taking L1 ═ (L1a + L1b)/2 ═ 279.48 mm;

s4, enabling the generator to be in a horizontal state, and sequentially connecting the membrane disc 1, the transmission shaft 2 and the generator rotor 4;

s5, pulling the generator rotor 4 to one end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face, close to the diesel engine, of the membrane disc 1 and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, wherein the three points are 278.35mm, 278.57mm and 278.35mm respectively, and taking the average value of the three points as L2 a-278.42 mm;

s6, pulling the generator rotor 4 to the other end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face, close to the diesel engine, of the membrane disc 1 and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, wherein the three points are 278.11mm, 278.27mm and 277.99mm respectively, and taking the average value of the three points as L2 b-278.12 mm; take L2 ═ (L2a + L2b)

s3, reversely drawing a crankshaft of the diesel engine to the other end of the diesel engine, measuring the distance between the end face of the crankshaft flange 3 and the end face of the connecting box for connecting the generator, uniformly measuring four points along the circumferential direction, wherein the four points are 279.78mm, 279.56mm, 279.64mm and 279.66mm, and setting the average value of the four points to be L1 b-279.66 mm; taking L1 ═ (L1a + L1b)/2 ═ 279.76 mm;

s5, pulling the generator rotor 4 to one end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face, close to the diesel engine, of the membrane disc 1 and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, wherein the three points are 278.77mm, 278.87mm and 278.77mm respectively, and taking the average value of the three points as L2 a-278.8 mm;

s6, pulling the generator rotor 4 to the other end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face, close to the diesel engine, of the membrane disc 1 and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, wherein the three points are 278.41mm, 278.39mm and 278.45mm respectively, and taking the average value of the three points as L2 b-278.42 mm; taking L2 ═ (L2a + L2b)/2 ═ 278.61 mm;

s7, setting the thickness of the adjusting washer 6 as L, (L1-L2) ± S ═ 1.15 ± S, and selecting the corresponding adjusting washer 6 (the adjusting washer has three types of thickness of 0.15mm, 0.5mm, and 1 mm); s is 0, L is 1.15mm, and the adjusting washer 6 is one of 1mm and 0.15mm thick.

Example four:

s5, pulling the generator rotor 4 to one end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face, close to the diesel engine, of the membrane disc 1 and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, wherein the three points are 277.44mm, 277.56mm and 277.47mm respectively, and taking the average value of the three points as L2 a-277.49 mm;

s6, pulling the generator rotor 4 to the other end of the generator, measuring the distance between the end face, close to the diesel engine, of the membrane disc 1 and the flange face of the generator stator, uniformly measuring three points along the circumferential direction, wherein the three points are 278.71mm, 278.61mm and 278.63mm respectively, and taking the average value of the three points as L2 b-278.65 mm; taking L2 ═ (L2a + L2b)/2 ═ 278.07 mm;

s7, setting the thickness of the adjusting washer 6 as L, (L1-L2) ± S ═ 1.7 ± S, and selecting the corresponding adjusting washer 6 (the adjusting washer has three types of thickness of 0.15mm, 0.5mm, and 1 mm); s is 0.2mm, and the 1.5 mm-L adjusting washer 6 is one having a thickness of 1mm and one having a thickness of 0.5 mm.
