The hydraulic cylinder is directly positioned on the frame, the whole plunger sealing assembly is positioned in the frame hole by a sealing flange and is fixed on the frame by four screws on the end surface. High sealing performance is required for the whole device, so that a first O-shaped ring 10 and an O-shaped ring 11 are arranged at the tail end of the sealing flange 7; a packing 9 is arranged in the sealing sleeve 8, so that the sealing sleeve can better adapt to media such as cement paste and the like, and a better sealing effect is achieved, and a dustproof sealing ring 4 and a sealing ring 5 are arranged in the sealing sleeve 8; and a second O-shaped ring 6 is arranged between the sealing sleeve 8 and the sealing flange 7. The sealing performance between the quick-change sealing device and the plunger 12 can be ensured to be more reliable by the aid of the sealing rings.

As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a plunger pump, which includes a plunger 12, wherein a quick-change sealing device for the plunger pump is sleeved on the plunger 12, the quick-change sealing device for the plunger pump is the above-mentioned quick-change sealing device, in addition, the front end of the plunger 12 is connected with a tappet 13 through a ferrule assembly 14, the rear end of the plunger 12 is installed in a hydraulic cylinder 20, and a suction cover 17 and a pressing cover 15 are installed on the hydraulic cylinder 20. The hydraulic cylinder 13 is mounted on a frame 19.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

firstly, the plunger 12 is disassembled according to the steps, the gland bolt 12 is disassembled, the gland 12 and the suction cover 13 are disassembled, and then the gland 7 is ejected out by a special tool to replace the gland 8.
