the air pressure change inside the first positioning ring 210 is detected through the control box 301 and remotely monitored through the wireless transmission module inside the control box 301, that is, when the air pressure inside the first positioning ring 210 is decreased, it indicates that the sealing formed by the sealing strip 201, the limiting tube 202, the sealing block 211 and the sealing airbag 212 is defective or the sealing at the position of the sealing ring 412 is defective, at this time, the gas is simultaneously injected into the connecting band 411 and the metal hose 203 through the first gas flow member 41 and the connecting tube 209, the sealing formed by the sealing strip 201, the limiting tube 202, the sealing block 211 and the sealing airbag 212 and the sealing at the position of the sealing ring 412 are enhanced, and when the air pressure inside the first positioning ring 210 is increased, the sealing formed by the sealing strip 201, the limiting tube 202, the sealing block 211 and the sealing airbag 212 has defects, and the gas inside the chemical engineering pipeline 1 is leaked;

then, the two first protective covers 5 are opened, gas is injected into the rubber airbag 413 through the second gas circulation piece 42, and meanwhile gas leaked from the inside of the first positioning ring 210 is extracted and collected through the third gas circulation piece 43, so that environmental pollution caused by the gas leaked from the inside of the first positioning ring 210 is avoided until the rubber airbag 413 expands and fully adheres to the space inside the first positioning ring 210, and therefore the gas leaked from the inside of the first positioning ring 210 can be completely collected;

then, the connecting pipe 209 at one end of the new sealing strip 201 is clamped with the connecting head 207 at one end of the damaged sealing strip 201, which is located at the connecting pipe 209, is pulled out upwards, the damaged sealing strip 201 drives the new sealing strip 201 to move into the limiting pipe 202 until the damaged sealing strip 201 is completely replaced by the new sealing strip 201, at the moment, the new sealing strip 201 is separated from the damaged sealing strip 201, and gas is injected into the metal hose 203 in the new sealing strip 201 through the connecting pipe 209, so that the new sealing strip 201 can expand and play a sealing role at the joint of the chemical pipeline 1, and the purpose of replacing the sealing element under pressure can be realized, through arranging the first groove 206 and enabling one end of the sealing strip 201, which is far away from the position of the first groove 206, to be of an arc-shaped structure, when the damaged sealing strip 201 drives the new sealing strip 201 to move on the inner wall of the limiting pipe 202, still can play sealed effect.
