and after the drying of the dried materials is finished, closing the circulating device, and withdrawing the drying vehicle from the drying kiln.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of smelting waste treatment, in particular to material drying equipment and a material drying method.

Background

After the smelting waste of a smelting plant, such as steel slag of a steel mill, is generated, the steel slag is treated by adopting water spraying and cooling, such as hot splashing treatment, pool type hot stuffiness and the like. On one hand, the method causes heat waste of smelting wastes such as steel slag and the like, on the other hand, the method also causes waste of water resources for cooling treatment, and on the other hand, the cooling process of the operation generally causes a great amount of dust of the wastes to be released along with the evaporation of water, thereby seriously polluting the field operation environment.

Therefore, how to realize the effective utilization of the smelting waste and reduce the environmental pollution by the subsequent treatment of the smelting waste becomes a problem to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a material drying apparatus and a material drying method, which are used for drying a material to be dried by fully utilizing the waste heat of smelting waste in a closed environment, so that the pollution to the environment is effectively reduced while the smelting waste is effectively utilized.

The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a material drying device comprises a drying kiln, a drying vehicle and a circulating device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

a chamber for accommodating a drying vehicle is arranged in the drying kiln;

the drying vehicle bears the dried materials and the heat supply materials positioned below the dried materials;

the circulating device is installed in the drying kiln and drives air in the drying kiln to circulate in the drying kiln, so that the air circulating in the drying kiln is blown from one side of the heat supply material to one side of the dried material.

Further, the drying kiln comprises a kiln body and a kiln door; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the chamber is positioned in the kiln body, and the kiln body is provided with a kiln opening for the drying vehicle to enter and exit the chamber;

the kiln door is arranged at the kiln opening and is driven by the driving device to open or close the kiln opening.

Further, the drying vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a first object stage, a second object stage and wheels; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the first objective table is arranged at the upper part of the vehicle body to bear the dried materials;

the second objective table is arranged on the vehicle body and is positioned below the first objective table so as to bear heat supply materials;

the wheels are mounted at the bottom of the vehicle body.

Further, the material drying equipment also comprises a guide rail;

the guide rail is arranged on a platform for bearing the drying vehicle and extends from the outside of the drying kiln to a cavity in the drying kiln;

the wheels are positioned on the guide rail, so that the drying vehicle can run along the guide rail under the driving of external force.

Further, the circulating device comprises a first ventilating pipe, a second ventilating pipe, a fan and a control device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the top of a cavity of the drying kiln is provided with a first vent, the first vent is positioned outside the drying kiln and is arranged between the first vent and an air inlet of the fan so as to communicate the first vent of the cavity with the air inlet of the fan;

a second ventilation opening is formed in the bottom of the cavity of the drying kiln, and a second ventilation pipe is located on the outer side of the drying kiln and is arranged between the second ventilation opening and an air outlet of the fan so as to communicate the second ventilation opening of the cavity with the air outlet of the fan;

the control device is electrically connected with the fan to control the start and stop of the fan and the size of wind power.

Further, the material drying equipment also comprises a temperature monitoring device;

the temperature monitoring device is used for collecting and displaying the temperature of a chamber in the drying kiln and/or the temperature of the dried materials.

Further, the material drying equipment also comprises a material drying rack; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

and after the dried materials are placed on the material drying rack, the dried materials and the material drying rack are placed on a drying vehicle together.

starting a circulating device to dry the drying material by heat provided by the heat supply material under the auxiliary action of air circulating in the drying kiln;

and after the drying of the dried materials is finished, closing the circulating device, and withdrawing the drying vehicle from the drying kiln.

According to the scheme, the material drying equipment and the material drying method provided by the invention utilize the closed structure of the drying kiln, can fully utilize the waste heat of the heat supply material to dry the dried material to meet the technical requirement of material drying, realize secondary utilization of energy while saving drying energy, improve drying efficiency and reduce environmental pollution by utilizing the invention. The material drying equipment disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and overhaul and low in use cost.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

Fig. 1 and 2 show perspective structures of a material drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention in a first direction and a second direction, respectively, where the first direction and the second direction are two directions perpendicular to each other. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the material drying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes a drying kiln 1, a drying cart 2, and a circulation device 3 (shown in fig. 2). Wherein, drying kiln 1 is provided with a chamber for accommodating drying vehicle 2. The drying cart 2 carries the material to be dried 91 and the heat supply material 92 located below the material to be dried 91. The circulation device 3 is installed in the drying kiln 1, and the circulation device 3 drives the air in the drying kiln 1 to circulate in the drying kiln 1, so that the air circulating in the drying kiln 1 is blown from the side of the heat supply material 92 to the side of the material to be dried 91.

In the embodiment of the invention, the air in the drying kiln 1 is circularly driven by the circulating device 3, so that the air in the drying kiln 1 generates circulation, the heat emitted by the heat supply material 92 can be uniformly dispersed in the drying kiln 1, meanwhile, the material to be dried 91 is arranged above the heat supply material 92, and the air circulated in the drying kiln 1 is blown from one side of the heat supply material 92 to one side of the material to be dried 91, thereby being beneficial to the effect of the heat generated by the heat supply material 92 on the material to be dried 91 and reducing the heat loss in the drying process.

In the embodiment of the invention, the drying vehicle 2 is used for bearing the dried material 91 and the heat supply material 92, so that the dried material 91 and the heat supply material 92 are more conveniently placed, the heat supply material 92 and the dried material 91 can be placed on the drying vehicle 2 outside the drying kiln 1, and then the drying vehicle 2 is placed in the drying kiln 1, thereby reducing the difficulty in taking the dried material 91 and the heat supply material 92 in the drying kiln 1.

In the embodiment of the invention, the drying kiln 1 mainly comprises a kiln body 11 and a kiln door 12. Wherein the chamber is located in the kiln body 11, and the kiln body 11 is provided with a kiln opening for the drying vehicle 2 to enter and exit the chamber, as shown in fig. 1, the kiln opening faces to the left side. The kiln door 12 is arranged at the kiln opening and is driven by a driving device 13 to open or close the kiln opening.

In an alternative embodiment, the drive means 13 is, for example, a winch, a motor reducer, a hydraulic cylinder, etc.

In the embodiment of the invention, the kiln opening is closed after the drying vehicle 2 which bears the dried materials 91 and the heat supply materials 92 enters the cavity of the kiln body 11 by utilizing the kiln door 12, so that the separation of the interior of the drying kiln 1 and the external environment in the drying process is realized, the overflow of internal dust is prevented, and the pollution to the external environment is reduced.

In an alternative embodiment, the kiln door 12 may be a portal frame structure welded by section steel, and the surface of the door body is covered with a steel plate.

In an alternative embodiment, the kiln body 11 can be made in various forms, such as by welding section steel and steel plates, and the interior of the kiln body is insulated by rock wool to form a box-type structure, or can be built by refractory bricks.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the drying cart 2 includes a cart body 21, a first stage 22, a second stage 23, and wheels 24. Wherein, the first stage 22 is installed at the upper part of the vehicle body 21 to carry the material to be dried 91. The second stage 23 is mounted to the vehicle body 21 and positioned below the first stage 22 to carry the heating material 92. The wheels 24 are mounted to the bottom of the vehicle body 21.

The embodiment of the invention designs the structure of the drying vehicle 2 into an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer bears the dried material 91, the lower layer bears the heat supply material 92, the physical principle of hot air rising is utilized, the heat of the heat supply material 92 is fully utilized, and the heat loss is reduced.

In the embodiment of the invention, the drying vehicle 2 realizes the movement of the drying vehicle 2 on the ground by using the wheels 24, and the drying vehicle 2 does not need to be moved by using more complicated hoisting equipment, thereby reducing the investment cost.

In an alternative embodiment, the body 21 of the drying cart 2 may be welded from steel sections.

In an optional embodiment, the material drying apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a guide rail 4. The guide rails 4 are mounted on a platform (e.g., the floor) carrying the drying cart 2 and extend from the exterior of the kiln 1 into a chamber within the kiln 1. The wheels 24 are positioned on the guide rail 4 so that the drying cart 2 can run along the guide rail 4 under the driving of an external force.

In the embodiment of the invention, the guide rail 4 paved on the platform (such as the ground) is utilized to ensure the stable movement of the drying vehicle 2, and the guide rail 4 can reduce the resistance of the drying vehicle 2 in the moving process, so that the drying vehicle 2 is easier to drive.

In an alternative embodiment, the drying cart 2 may be driven by a driving device, and the driving device may be disposed on the drying cart 2 or may be disposed independently and connected to the drying cart 2. Wherein the drive means are, for example, motor drives.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the circulation device 3 includes a first ventilation pipe 31, a second ventilation pipe 32, a blower 33, and a control device (not shown). Wherein, first vent has been seted up at the cavity top of drying kiln 1, and first ventilation pipe 31 is located the outside of drying kiln 1 and installs between the air intake of first vent and fan 33 to communicate the first vent of cavity and the air intake of fan 33. And a second ventilation opening is formed in the bottom of the cavity of the drying kiln 1, and a second ventilation pipe 32 is positioned on the outer side of the drying kiln 1 and is arranged between the second ventilation opening and the air outlet of the fan 33 so as to communicate the second ventilation opening of the cavity with the air outlet of the fan 33. The control device is electrically connected to the fan 33 to control start and stop of the fan 33 and the magnitude of the wind force.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the ventilation paths of the first ventilation pipe 31, the fan 33 and the second ventilation pipe 32 are utilized to circulate the air in the cavity of the drying kiln 1 through the outside of the cavity, so that the air in the cavity is fully circulated, and the problem of uneven heat distribution caused by insufficient air circulation is solved.

In alternative embodiments, the control device may be a dedicated controller or a computer device, and the control device is preferably located outside the heat radiation area of the kiln 1 to avoid the control device being affected by overheating of heat outside the kiln 1.

In an alternative embodiment, the material drying apparatus may further include a temperature monitoring device (not shown in the figure). The temperature monitoring device is used for collecting and displaying the temperature of the chamber in the drying kiln 1 and/or the temperature of the material to be dried 91.

Optionally, the temperature monitoring device may further comprise a temperature sensor and a temperature display device. Wherein, a temperature sensor is arranged in the chamber of the drying kiln 1 to collect the chamber temperature and/or the temperature of the material to be dried 91. The temperature display device is arranged outside the drying kiln 1 and connected to the temperature sensor so as to receive and display the temperature collected by the temperature sensor.

In an optional embodiment, the temperature display device can be integrated with the control device, so that the control device has the functions of temperature display and control at the same time, and monitoring operation of field workers is facilitated. In addition, the function of automatically triggering the start and stop of the fan 33 based on the set temperature threshold can be realized by combining the control logic therein, so as to realize accurate control of the drying process.

In an alternative embodiment, the control device may be further connected to the driving device 13 to control the opening and closing of the kiln door 12, and may be further connected to the driving device of the drying cart 2 to control the traveling of the drying cart 2, so that the whole automatic control of the drying process may be completed through one control end of the control device. In an alternative embodiment, the control device may implement such control via a built-in PLC unit module. In the embodiment of the invention, the material drying equipment further comprises a material drying rack 5. Wherein, the dried material 91 is arranged on the material drying rack 5 and is arranged on the drying vehicle 2 together with the material drying rack 5.

After the material drying rack 5 is adopted, the dried material 91 does not need to be directly placed on the first object stage 22, the arrangement of the dried material 91 is facilitated, and when the dried material 91 is in a small particle or powder state, the pollution of the dried material 91 on the first object stage 22 can be prevented.

In an alternative embodiment, the material drying rack 5 may be welded by a steel frame, and the material to be dried 91 is loaded in different forms according to the shape design of the material to be dried 91.

In the embodiment of the invention, the material drying equipment further comprises a carrier 6. Wherein, the heating material 92 is placed on the carrier 6 and then placed on the drying vehicle 2 together with the carrier 6.

As the heat supply end, the temperature of the heat supply material 92 is higher, and after the carrier 6 is adopted, the direct baking damage to the drying vehicle 2 caused by the direct contact of the heat supply material 92 and the drying vehicle 2 can be avoided. Meanwhile, when the heat supply material 92 is in a small particle or powder state, the carrier 6 can also prevent contamination of the second stage 23 by the heat supply material 92.

In order to prevent the carrier 6 from being unstable when placed on the second object stage 23, a carrier fixing frame 25 that matches the structure of the carrier 6 may be provided on the second object stage 23, and the carrier 6 is placed on the carrier fixing frame 25 and is limited by the carrier fixing frame 25.

Wherein, the loader 6 and the material drying rack 5 can be arranged on the drying vehicle 2 by adopting a hoisting mode.

In an alternative embodiment, the heat supply material 92 is steel slag with waste heat, and the carrier 6 is a slag bath, and in an alternative embodiment, the steel slag is granulated steel slag.

Wherein, the slag groove can adopt the slag groove used in the prior steel plant and smelting plant. The initial temperature of the granulated steel slag is about 500 to 600 ℃. The dried material 91 may be a related product in cement industry, metallurgical industry, etc., and may also be applied to wood drying, tile drying, etc.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a material drying method, where the material drying method employs the material drying apparatus in any one of the embodiments described above, and as shown in fig. 3, the material drying method includes the following steps:

step 1, placing a drying vehicle carrying a dried material and a heat supply material in a drying kiln;

step 2, starting a circulating device to dry the drying material under the auxiliary action of air circulating in the drying kiln by heat provided by the heat supply material;

and 3, after the drying of the dried materials is finished, closing the circulating device, and withdrawing the drying vehicle from the drying kiln.

In the step 1, the drying vehicle is placed in the drying kiln, and then the kiln door is closed to isolate the internal environment and the external environment of the drying kiln, so that dust in the drying kiln is prevented from diffusing to the outside along with airflow to pollute the environment in the subsequent drying process.

And (4) after the step (3) is finished, the dried materials and the material drying rack can be hoisted and transported to a stacking area through a crane. The residual temperature is transferred to a waste treatment area (such as a slag yard) together with a carrier (such as a slag groove) when the residual temperature is reduced to a temperature at which subsequent drying cannot be performed, and the carrier can be loaded with new heat supply materials again after the heat supply materials are dumped in the waste treatment area.

By adopting the material drying equipment and the material drying method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the closed structure of the drying kiln is utilized, the waste heat of the heat supply material can be fully utilized to dry the dried material to meet the technical requirement of material drying, the secondary utilization of energy is realized while the drying energy is saved, the drying efficiency is improved, and the pollution to the environment is reduced by utilizing the invention. The material drying equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in maintenance and overhaul and low use cost.
