Background

In recent years, the 'glass porcelain' mosaic products which are popular in the market have the advantages that the surface gloss of the glass porcelain products can not achieve the 'pure matte' (dull) effect all the time due to the vitreous characteristics of the material components;

in order to meet the requirement of customers on pure matte surface of products, most manufacturers generally adopt an acid pickling method to treat the surface of the glass porcelain, namely: and soaking the high-brightness product in the product in an acid solution for pickling to corrode the surface structure. The acid washing process has the defects of environmental protection, no pollution, and high cost.
