generating a circle center connecting line according to the circle center position of the root part and the circle center position of the air outlet, and determining a first included angle between the circle center connecting line and the first plane projection line;

according to the first included angle, a projection line of a symmetrical central plane of the heater (2) is overlapped with a circle center connecting line, the circle center position of the air outlet is adjusted until a mounting bracket (7) for supporting the heater (2) is close to the inner wall of the blade and simultaneously avoids the front edge web (4), and the position location of the air outlet of the heater (2) is completed;

and installing a ventilation pipe (3), the heater (2) and a blower (1) in the heating device according to the position location of the air outlet.

2. The positioning and mounting method of the fan blade heating device according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the circle center position of the air outlet of the heater (2) in the heating device comprises:

making a second plane projection line according to a preset multiple of the radius of the ventilation pipe (3) deviated by the front edge web (4);

and determining the circle center position of the air outlet of the heater (2) according to the second plane projection line.

3. The method for positioning and installing the fan blade heating device according to claim 2, wherein the height of the center of the air outlet of the heater (2) is lower than or equal to the center of the root of the blade.

4. The method for positioning and installing a fan blade heating device according to claim 2, wherein the step of installing the ventilating pipe (3), the heater (2) and the blower (1) in the heating device according to the position of the air outlet comprises the following steps:

according to the position location of the air outlet, the ventilating pipe (3) is installed firstly, and then the heater (2) and the blower (1) are installed; or the heater (2) is installed firstly, and then the ventilation pipe (3) and the blower (1) are installed.

arranging an adhesive layer on the inner wall of the blade;

and connecting the mounting bracket (7) with the bonding layer through glass fiber cloth.

A fan blade, which adopts the positioning and installation method of the fan blade heating device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising a blade and a heating device arranged in the blade, wherein the heating device comprises a mounting bracket (7) and a ventilation pipe (3), a heater (2) and a blower (1) which are communicated in sequence, the heater (2) and the blower (1) are arranged on the mounting bracket (7), and the mounting bracket (7) is arranged close to the inner wall of the blade and avoids the front edge web (4).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fan blade deicing, in particular to a positioning and mounting method of a fan blade heating device and a fan blade.

Background

In the prior art, the surface of a fan blade of a wind generating set is easy to freeze in a cold region, so that the problems of easy cracking and breaking of the fan blade, power reduction, shutdown and the like are caused, and therefore the fan blade needs to be optimized, for example, the fan blade is heated to eliminate ice blocks on the surface of the fan blade.

However, the inner cavity air heating method generally adopts a heating device installed inside the fan blade, wherein the fan blade is provided with a leading edge web and a trailing edge web inside, the root of the blade is provided with a blade root baffle, a blade root inner cavity is formed between the leading edge web and the blade root baffle, the heating device is usually installed in the blade root inner cavity between the leading edge web and the blade root baffle, but when the space of the blade root inner cavity is small, the installation of the heating device interferes with the leading edge web, and thus the installation difficulty of the heating device is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the problem of how to position and install the heating device under the condition that the heating device is interfered with the front edge web.

In order to solve the above problem, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a method for positioning and installing a fan blade heating device, including the following steps:

acquiring the center position of a root circle of a blade, the center position of an air outlet of a heater in a heating device and a first plane projection line which passes through the center position of the root circle and is parallel to a front edge web plate in the blade;

generating a circle center connecting line according to the circle center position of the blade root and the circle center position of the heater air outlet, and determining a first included angle between the circle center connecting line and the first plane projection line;

according to the first included angle, a projection line of a symmetrical central plane of the heater is superposed with a connecting line of the circle centers, the circle center position of the air outlet is adjusted until a mounting bracket for supporting the heater is close to the inner wall of the blade and avoids the front edge web plate, so that the position positioning of the air outlet of the heater is completed;

and installing a ventilation pipe, the heater and a blower in the heating device according to the position location of the air outlet.

Optionally, the obtaining a circle center position of an air outlet of a heater in the heating device includes:

making a second plane projection line according to a preset multiple of the radius of the ventilation pipe deviated from the front edge web plate;

and determining the circle center position of the air outlet of the heater according to the second plane projection line.

Optionally, the height of the center of the air outlet of the heater is lower than or equal to the center of the root of the blade.

Optionally, the installing the ventilation pipe, the heater and the blower in the heating device according to the position of the air outlet includes:

pre-positioning the ventilation pipe and the air outlet of the heater according to the first included angle;

and then the heater and the blower are positioned and installed according to the air outlet of the heater.

Optionally, the positioning and installing the heater, the ventilation pipe and the blower of the heating device further comprises, according to the first included angle:

determining a second included angle between the leading edge web and the horizontal line;

according to the second included angle, an air pipe support used for supporting the ventilation pipe is installed on the front edge web plate;

and installing the ventilating pipe on the air pipe bracket.

Optionally, the installing the ventilation pipe, the heater and the blower in the heating device according to the position of the air outlet includes:

arranging an adhesive layer on the inner wall of the blade;

and connecting the mounting bracket with the bonding layer through glass fiber cloth.

In a second aspect, the invention further provides a fan blade, and the positioning and mounting method of the fan blade heating device comprises a blade and a heating device arranged in the blade, wherein the heating device comprises a mounting bracket, and a ventilation pipe, a heater and a blower which are sequentially communicated, the heater and the blower are arranged on the mounting bracket, and the mounting bracket is arranged close to the inner wall of the blade and avoids the front edge web plate.

Because the fan blade adopts the positioning and mounting method of the fan blade heating device, the fan blade at least has the beneficial effects of the positioning and mounting method of the fan blade heating device, and the description is omitted here.

Optionally, the blade heating device further comprises an air pipe support, the air pipe support comprises a first plate and a second plate, the first plate and the second plate are arranged at an included angle, the first plate is detachably arranged on the front edge web, and the second plate is suitable for installation of the ventilation pipe.

Optionally, the projection line of the symmetry center plane of the heater coincides with the connection line of the circle centers.

s1, acquiring the center position of the root of the blade, the center position of an air outlet of a heater 2 in the heating device and a first plane projection line which passes through the center position of the root and is parallel to a front edge web 4 in the blade;

s2, generating a circle center connecting line according to the circle center position of the root and the circle center position of the air outlet, and enabling the circle center connecting line to intersect with the first plane projection line at a first included angle;

s3, according to the first included angle, a projection line of a symmetrical central plane of the heater 2 is overlapped with a circle center connecting line, and the circle center position of the air outlet is adjusted until the mounting bracket 7 for supporting the heater 2 is close to the inner wall of the blade and avoids the front edge web 4 at the same time, so that the position positioning of the air outlet of the heater 2 is completed;

and S4, positioning according to the position of the air outlet, and installing the ventilation pipe 3, the heater 2 and the blower 1 in the heating device.

It should be noted that, in fig. 2 and 3, a center of a circle of a root of the blade is marked as O, a center of a circle of an air outlet of the heater 2 is marked as O ', a connecting line of centers of circles is marked as OO', a first plane projection line is marked as BB, wherein a projection line of a plane passing through the center of the root and parallel to the leading edge web 4 on the end surface of the root of the blade is the first plane projection line, a first included angle is marked as α, and a projection line of a center of symmetry plane of the heater 2 is marked as MM, wherein a projection line of the center of symmetry plane of the heater 2 on the end surface of the root of the blade is the projection line of the center of symmetry plane of the heater 2, a dash-dotted line XX in a horizontal state in fig. 2 and 3 is a horizontal line, and a dash-dotted line ZZ in a vertical state is a vertical line. The blade comprises a leading edge web 4 and a trailing edge web 5, wherein the blade root centre position O is in the centre between the leading edge web 4 and the trailing edge web 5. Since the ventilation pipe 3 of the heating device is a circular ventilation pipe in general, and the air outlet of the heater 2 is communicated with the ventilation pipe 3, the air outlet of the heater 2 is also a circular air outlet. The first plane projection line BB passes through the center position O of the blade root and is parallel to the front edge web 4 and the rear edge web 5. In general, in order to remove the ice blocks of the fan blade, a heating device is installed in the blade root, wherein a blade root baffle (not shown in the figure) is disposed at the blade root, and if the volume of a blade root inner cavity formed between the blade root baffle and the leading edge web 4 is small, the heating device is installed in the blade root inner cavity inside the blade and interferes with the leading edge web 4, so that the construction difficulty is increased. Therefore, the center position O of the root of the blade is connected with the center position O ' of the air outlet of the heater 2 to form a center connecting line OO ', the center connecting line OO ' intersects with a first plane projection line BB to form a first included angle alpha, after the first included angle alpha is determined, the position of the center of the air outlet is continuously adjusted, the position of the center of the air outlet is adjusted until the mounting bracket 7 can be well pressed close to the inner wall of the blade and can avoid the front edge web 4, the position of the air outlet of the heater 2 is positioned, namely the included angle between the center plane projection line MM of the heater 2 and the first plane projection line BB is also the first included angle alpha, so that the heater 2 is positioned and mounted to avoid the front edge web 4 by the first included angle alpha, and then the ventilation pipe 3, the heater 2 and the air blower 1 are mounted and communicated in a butt joint way, so as to complete the positioning and mounting operation of the heating device.

In the embodiment, before the heating device is installed, if it is judged in advance that the installation of the heating device interferes with the front edge web 4, the center position of the blade root and the center position of the air outlet of the heater 2 are obtained, the center position of the blade root is connected with the center position of the air outlet of the heater 2 to form a center line, a first plane projection line parallel to the front edge web 4 is made through the center position of the blade root, the center line and the first plane projection line are intersected at a first included angle, and the central axes of the air outlet of the blower 1 and the air outlet of the heater 2 in the heating device are coincided with the central axis of the ventilation pipe 3, according to the first included angle, the projection line of the symmetrical center plane of the heater is coincided with the center line, then the center position of the air outlet is continuously adjusted until the inner wall of the blade with a better installation support for installing the heater and the blower is kept away from the front edge web, namely, the mounting bracket is staggered relative to the front edge web plate, and can also be understood as a gap is kept between the mounting bracket and the front edge web plate, so that the position location of the air outlet of the heater 2 is completed, and then the ventilation pipe, the heater and the blower in the heating device are installed according to the position location of the air outlet of the heater 2, thereby effectively avoiding the interference between the positioning installation of the heating device and the front edge web plate 4, reducing the installation difficulty of the heating device and improving the construction efficiency of the anti-icing heating device.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring a circle center position of an air outlet of a heater 2 in the heating device includes:

making a second plane projection line according to a preset multiple of the radius of the ventilation pipe 3 when the front edge web 4 deviates;

and determining the circle center position of the air outlet of the heater 2 according to the second plane projection line.

It should be noted that, since the air outlet of the heater 2 is communicated with the ventilation pipe 3, and the air inlet of the heater 2 is communicated with the blower 1, that is, the position of the center of the circle of the air outlet of the heater 2 directly affects the installation positions of the ventilation pipe 3, the heater 2 and the blower 1, the position of the center of the circle of the air outlet of the heater 2 needs to be located before the installation of the heater 2 and the blower 1. The second plane projection line is marked as AA in fig. 2 and 3, in a drawing design stage before construction, when the position of the center of a circle of an air outlet of a heater 2 in a heating device is obtained, the second plane projection line AA is made by a size of a preset multiple of the radius of the ventilation pipe 3, wherein the position of the leading edge web 4 deviates from the direction of the trailing edge web 5, and the distance between the second plane projection line AA and the leading edge web 4 is the preset multiple of the radius of the ventilation pipe 3, so that the selection of the position of the center of the circle of the air outlet of the heater 2 is used as a parameter basis. Then, according to the second plane projection line AA, the center position of the air outlet of the heater 2 is determined, namely, a certain position is selected as the center position O 'of the air outlet of the heater 2 on the second plane projection line AA in the drawing design stage, then the center position O' of the air outlet of the heater 2 is continuously adjusted along the second plane projection line AA until the mounting bracket 7 is close to the inner wall of the blade and avoids the front edge web 4, thereby being convenient for mounting the heater 2 in the later construction stage, keeping a first included angle alpha between the projection line MM of the symmetrical center plane of the heater 2 and the first plane projection line BB, keeping the size of the preset multiple of the radius of the vent pipe 3 between the center position of the air outlet of the heater 2 and the front edge web 4, effectively avoiding the interference between the heating device comprising the heater 2 and the front edge web 4, and providing a parameter basis for the mounting of the heating device in the later construction stage, the time of the construction stage is saved, and the construction efficiency of the heating device is improved. The preset multiple is larger than or equal to 1, when the preset multiple is equal to 1, the ventilation pipe 3 is tightly attached to the front edge web plate 4, when the preset multiple is larger than 1, a gap exists between the ventilation pipe 3 and the front edge web plate 4, but the ventilation pipe 3 can still be stably supported by the air pipe support 6, an included angle between a circle center connecting line OO' and a first plane projection line BB is a first included angle, and the air outlet circle center position of the heater 2 can be taken as the condition.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the height of the center of the air outlet of the heater 2 is lower than or equal to the center of the root of the blade.

It should be noted that, in general, the root diameter of the fan blade is relatively large, and before the heating device is installed inside the fan blade, the heating device is selected to be installed in the area below the center of the blade root circle of the posture of the fan blade, which is convenient for installation by a constructor. It should be noted that, in general, the ventilation pipe 3 is communicated with the air outlet of the heater 2, and the blower 1 is communicated with the air inlet of the heater 2, so that the installation position of the ventilation pipe 3 or the heater 2 can be determined first by determining the circle center position of the air outlet of the heater 2 and combining the radius of the ventilation pipe 3. In general, the duct 3 of the heating device is a circular duct 3, but the circular duct 3 is difficult to be directly attached to the front edge web 4 or the inner wall of the fan blade, and therefore, the duct bracket 6 needs to be attached to stably attach the duct 3. Therefore, in order to determine the installation position of the air duct bracket 6, the included angle between the leading edge web 4 and the horizontal line XX can be marked as a second included angle β according to the construction operation posture of the blade on the fan or the ground, so that the second included angle β can be used as the installation shape of the air duct bracket 6. When the leading edge web 4 in the blade is in a horizontal state or an approximately horizontal state (which can be understood as a second included angle beta between the leading edge web 4 and the horizontal line is less than 10 degrees), the air pipe bracket 6 is not required to be installed; and when the front edge web 4 is not in a horizontal or approximately horizontal state, it can be understood that the air pipe support 6 needs to be installed when a second included angle beta between the front edge web 4 and a horizontal line is greater than 10 degrees, so according to the second included angle beta, the air pipe support 6 can be installed on the front edge web 4 to realize stable support of the ventilation pipe 3, and then the ventilation pipe 3 is installed on the air pipe support 6, so that the air pipe support 6 and the ventilation pipe 3 can be installed on the front edge web 4 in a non-horizontal or approximately horizontal state, and the installation convenience and the universality of the heating device are improved. In the above, it is mentioned that the second included angle β between the leading edge web and the horizontal line is not limited to be greater than or less than 10 degrees, but may also be 15 degrees, and the like, and is specifically determined according to factors such as friction between the inner wall of the field blade and the ventilation pipe. Fig. 2 and 3 may be schematic front view structures as viewed from the blade root to the blade tip.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the installing of the ventilation duct 3, the heater 2, and the blower 1 in the heating apparatus according to the position of the outlet port includes:

It should be noted that, in the prior art, in order to fixedly mount the mounting bracket 7 for supporting the blower 1 and the heater 2 inside the blade, a steel structure is usually pre-embedded in the inner wall of the blade, such as a bolt structure, and then the mounting bracket 7 is connected with the bolt structure, but the steel structure is pre-embedded in the inner wall of the blade, which not only increases the construction difficulty, but also fails to mount the blower 1 and the heater 2 according to the posture of the blade; therefore, the installation of the installation bracket 7 for supporting the blower 1 and the heater 2 is facilitated by arranging the adhesive layer on the inner wall of the fan blade; wherein, the adhesive linkage can be glue matter such as epoxy, can set up the curing agent in the adhesive linkage to improve the installation effectiveness of installing support 7.

The mounting bracket 7 is connected with the adhesive layer through the glass fiber cloth so as to utilize the good covering function, the strong tensile strength and other characteristics of the glass fiber cloth, thereby not only realizing the fixed mounting of the mounting bracket 7 on the inner wall of the blade, but also improving the mounting convenience of the mounting bracket 7 and the inner wall of the blade. In the embodiment, the mounting bracket 7 can be fixedly connected by bonding, screws or other methods, and the mounting bracket 7 for mounting the heater 2 and the blower 1 is of a symmetrical structure and can be used in a 360-degree range in the circumferential direction.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the installing the ventilation pipe 3, the heater 2, and the blower 1 in the heating device according to the position of the outlet port further includes:

It should be noted that, in the prior art, because the diameter of the root of the fan blade is large, and the inner wall is smooth, the heating device is not necessarily installed in the lower area of the center of the circle of the root of the blade, and the inside of the root of the blade is not provided with a treading structure, when the heating device is installed inside the heating device, the heating device is inconvenient to position and install. In one embodiment of the present invention, the installing the ventilation pipe 3, the heater 2, and the blower 1 in the heating device according to the position of the outlet port further includes:

and adjusting the circle center position of the air outlet of the heater 2 along the projection line of the second plane to enable the ventilation pipe 3 to be tightly attached to the front edge web 4.

It should be noted that, after the ventilation pipe 3 is installed, the center position O' of the air outlet of the heater 2 can be continuously adjusted by projecting the line AA along the second plane, and then the installation position of the ventilation pipe 3 is adjusted accordingly, so that the ventilation pipe 3 is tightly attached to the front edge web 4, thereby ensuring the accuracy of positioning and installing the center positions of the ventilation pipe 3 and the air outlet of the heater 2, and further being suitable for adjusting the height positions of the ventilation pipe 3 and the heater 2.

In one embodiment of the invention, the projected line MM of the center plane of symmetry of the heater 2 is made perpendicular to the horizontal line if the heating means does not interfere with the leading edge web 4.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing a structure in which the installation of the heating device and the leading edge web 4 do not interfere with each other, wherein the installation of the heater 2 is started after the ventilation duct 3 and the outlet of the heater 2 are pre-positioned, and at this time, the projection line MM of the symmetry center plane of the heater 2 is made perpendicular to the horizontal line, so that the installation work of the heating device and the leading edge web 4 does not interfere with each other is applied. In the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 7 for mounting the heater 2 and the blower 1 is of an asymmetric structure, for example, the length L of the left leg of the mounting bracket 7 is not equal to the length L' of the right leg, and is not universal in 360 degrees of the circumference.

The fan blade comprises a blade and a heating device arranged in the blade, wherein the heating device comprises an installation support 7, and a ventilation pipe 3, a heater 2 and a blower 1 which are sequentially communicated, the heater 2 and the blower 1 are arranged on the installation support 7, and the installation support 7 is arranged close to the inner wall of the blade and avoids the front edge web 4.

It should be noted that, in general, the inner wall of the blade root is a smooth arc structure, and the heater 2 and the blower 1 cannot be directly and stably installed inside the blade. Therefore, the mounting bracket 7 in the heating device is arranged in the blade, the mounting bracket 7 is arranged close to the inner wall of the blade and avoids the front edge web 4, and the mounting bracket 7 is arranged in a staggered manner relative to the front edge web 4, so that the mounting bracket is effectively suitable for positioning and mounting the heating device in an application scene where the front edge web 4 is interfered with the heating device; then the blower 1 and the heater 2 are stably installed on the installation support 7, and the installation support 7 avoids the front edge web 4, so that the blower 1 arranged on the installation support 7 also avoids the front edge web 4, thereby effectively avoiding the interference between the integral structure of the heating device and the front edge web 4, reducing the installation difficulty of the heating device and improving the construction efficiency of the heating device.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the blade heating device further includes an air duct support 6, where the air duct support 6 includes a first plate and a second plate, the first plate and the second plate are arranged at an included angle, the first plate is detachably disposed on the front edge web 4, and the second plate is adapted to mount the ventilation duct 3 thereon.

It should be noted that the air duct support 6 is divided into two parts, such as a first plate and a second plate, and since the front edge web 4 is usually in a non-horizontal state, the first plate and the second plate are arranged at an included angle, and the first plate is detachably arranged on the front edge web 4, and the second plate is used for installing the air duct 3, wherein the air duct 3 can be installed on the upper portion of the second plate, or can be installed on the lower portion of the second plate through a fixing member, such as a hanging ring, a clamping hoop, or the like. Wherein, the second board can be the horizontality, also can be with the upper end position of leading edge web 4 and be the acute angle setting to can prevent effectively that ventilation pipe 3 from gliding in the upper portion slope of second board, with the installation stability of guaranteeing ventilation pipe 3. The first plate and the leading edge web 4 may be riveted, screwed or bonded, and the specific connection manner is not limited in this respect. Because fan blade's length is longer, so ventilation pipe 3's length is also longer, so be used for installing ventilation pipe 3's tuber pipe support 6 and ventilation pipe 3's length phase-match, for example if tuber pipe support 6's quantity is one, then tuber pipe support 6 is the type L type support that has certain length, if tuber pipe support 6's quantity is more than two, then the interval of tuber pipe support 6 more than two sets up on leading edge web 4 to steadily support ventilation pipe 3.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the projection line of the symmetry center plane of the heater 2 coincides with the connection line of the circle centers.

It should be noted that, before or after the mounting bracket 7 is mounted on the inner wall of the blade, the mounting position of the heater 2 may be adjusted, that is, in the positioning and mounting method of the blade heating device, according to the first included angle, the projection line of the symmetric center plane of the heater 2 needs to be overlapped with the connection line of the circle centers, and at this time, the circle center position of the air outlet is continuously adjusted until the mounting bracket 7 for mounting the heater 2 abuts against the inner wall of the blade and the front edge web 4 is avoided, so that the interference between the positioning and mounting of the heating device and the front edge web is effectively avoided, the mounting difficulty of the heating device is reduced, and the construction efficiency of the heating device is improved.

In one embodiment of the invention, the fan blade further comprises a support structure 8, said support structure 8 being arranged on the inner wall of said blade or said leading edge web 4.

In any of the above-described construction work attitudes, the support structure 8 is provided on the inner wall of the casing or the leading edge web 4 of the blade, so that the construction worker can easily step on the support structure to improve the stability of mounting the heating device. If the number of the supporting structures 8 is one, the supporting structures 8 may be stepped supporting bosses matched with the length of the leading edge web 4, or may be other supporting structures; if the number of the supporting structures 8 is plural, the supporting structures 8 may be plural supporting blocks arranged at intervals, and the plural supporting blocks are arranged in a row along the length direction of the leading edge web 4 in order to facilitate installation of the ventilation pipe 3, the heater 2 and the blower 1.
