Therefore, the cartap wettable powder with better wetting property, dissolution degree, solution stability and durable foamability is urgently needed to be developed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention belongs to the field of pesticide preparations, and particularly provides a 50% cartap soluble powder formula and application thereof. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

the 50% cartap soluble powder formula is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50% of cartap, 1-6% of wetting agent, 3-10% of anticaking agent, 1-5% of white carbon black and 100% of ammonium sulfate; the wetting agent is one or two of methoxy fatty amide benzene sulfonic acid sodium or SP-SC 3; the anticaking agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone.

In the preferable formula, the cartap is 50 percent, the wetting agent is 2 to 4 percent, the anticaking agent is 4 to 6 percent, the white carbon black is 2 to 3 percent, and the ammonium sulfate is added to make up 100 percent.

Preferably, the wetting agent is sodium methoxy fatty amido benzene sulfonate or a combination of the sodium methoxy fatty amido benzene sulfonate and SP-SC 3; and the mass ratio of the methoxyl fatty amide benzene sulfonic acid sodium to the SP-SC3 is 1: 3-3: 1. More preferably, the mass ratio of the sodium fatty amide benzene sulfonate to the SP-SC3 is 1: 1.

The preferable 50% cartap soluble powder formula is as follows: 50% of cartap, 2-4% of methoxy fatty amide benzene sulfonic acid sodium, 5% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2% of white carbon black and 100% of ammonium sulfate; or 50% of cartap, 2% of methoxy fatty amide benzene sulfonic acid sodium, SP-SC 3%, 5% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2% of white carbon black and 100% of ammonium sulfate.

The 50% cartap soluble powder can be used for flying prevention.

The application of 50% cartap soluble powder formulation for preventing and treating crop pests. Is preferably used for rice stem borer.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the existing cartap soluble powder product has the defects of caking and melting due to heat storage, poor flowability and influence on use. The 50% cartap soluble powder prepared by the invention has qualified heat storage stability, no color change, no agglomeration and no odor change;

2. the water-soluble emulsion has better wettability, dissolution degree, solution stability and lower lasting foamability, and meets the current requirements of spraying and applying by airplanes;

3. the 50% cartap soluble powder prepared by the invention has better prevention and treatment effect on rice stem borers.

4. The verification proves that the auxiliary agent combination formula can be used for preparing various nereistoxin pesticide soluble powder.

The invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the description of the embodiments is only for illustrating the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention as detailed in the claims.

Example 1: performance test of 50% cartap soluble powder preparation

Test agent formulation: see Table 1

The test method comprises the following steps:

determination of cartap mass fraction: high performance liquid chromatography, see GB 22613-2008;

and (3) measuring moisture: the method is carried out according to the azeotropic distillation method in GB/T1600-2001;

and (3) pH range determination: the method is carried out according to a pH meter method in GB/T1601-1993;

and (3) measuring the wetting time: the method is carried out according to the method in GB/T5451-2001;

determination of the degree of dissolution and solution stability: reference GB 22613-2008;

determination of the permanent foaming: reference to 4.11 in HG/T2467.5;

determination of Heat storage stability: the method is carried out according to the method in GB/T19136-2003;

and (3) testing results:

the results of the performance tests of the soluble powder formulations of formulas 1-8 are shown in Table 2; the test results of the formulas 1 to 8 show that the control project indexes of the wettable powder of the formulas 1 to 8 are all qualified.

Compared with the formula 1 or the formula 2, the formula 3 and the formula 4 have the advantages that the selection of the wetting agent has great influence on the wetting performance, the dissolving degree, the solution stability and the lasting foamability of the soluble powder; the wetting properties, dissolution degree and solution stability, and the long-lasting foamability of formulation 3 were 25s, 0.25%, and 0.02%, 8s, respectively; the wetting properties, degree of dissolution and solution stability, and long-lasting lather of formulation 4 were 28 seconds, 0.30% and 0.04%, 7 seconds, respectively; formulations 1 and 2 have poor related performance; it can be seen that the preferred wetting agent is sodium methoxy fatty amidobenzenesulfonate + SP-SC3, or sodium methoxy fatty amidobenzenesulfonate.

Compared with the formula 5, the formula 3 shows that the anti-caking agent polyvinylpyrrolidone has greater influence on the wetting property, the dissolution degree, the solution stability and the lasting foamability of the soluble powder; after the anticaking agent is added into the formula 3, the related performance of the anticaking agent is greatly improved.

Compared with the formula 8 (sold in the market), the wetting property, the dissolving degree, the solution stability and the lasting foamability of the formula 3 and the formula 4 are greatly improved, and the formula 3 and the formula 4 can be suitable for flying defense.

Example 2: field control effect test of 50% cartap soluble powder

Test objects: rice stem borer

The test method comprises the following steps: drug treatment and blank controls were set and repeated three times. And (3) applying the pesticide for 1 time by using an unmanned aerial vehicle in the tillering stage of the rice to prevent and control the rice stem borers, counting the reduction rate of insect population 7 days after the pesticide is applied, and calculating the prevention effect. And (3) testing results: the cartap soluble powder prepared by the invention has higher prevention and treatment effect on rice stem borers; and the prevention effect of the formula 3 is obviously higher than that of the formula 4, and compared with manual spraying, the prevention effect can be improved by flying prevention.
