step two, starting the electrostatic dust removal module, continuously monitoring the emission index, if the emission index is recovered to be normal after starting, continuously keeping monitoring, and if the emission index is still abnormal and does not reach the standard after starting, executing step three;

step three, the monitoring equipment sends an abnormal signal with an abnormal emission index to an equipment control system, and the equipment control system sends a cleaning instruction aiming at the electrostatic dust removal module; the cleaning of the electrostatic dust removal module comprises cleaning with a medicament and cleaning without the medicament;

the steps of cleaning with the medicament are as follows:

(1) the equipment control system controls the dosing valve to be closed, further closes the dosing pipeline, simultaneously controls the water outlet valve to be opened, opens the water inlet pipeline, starts the constant-pressure water pump, then sprays the electrostatic dust removal module by the warm water heated under the action of the water pump, moistens the electrostatic electric field and the pre-filtering net of the electrostatic dust removal module, and controls the water outlet valve to be closed, the constant-pressure water pump to be stopped and then drains water when the set spraying time is reached;

(2) after the set draining time is reached, the equipment control system controls the dosing valve to open, opens the dosing pipeline, simultaneously opens the dosing pipeline and the water inlet pipeline, sprays the mixture of the warm water and the medicament heated under the action of the water pump on the electrostatic dust removal module and the pre-filtering net, and when the set spraying time is reached, the equipment control system controls the water outlet valve and the pressurizing valve to close, stops the constant pressure water pump, and waits for the reaction of the medicament and the draining;

(3) after the set reaction and draining time is reached, the equipment control system controls the water outlet valve to be opened, the water inlet pipeline is opened, the constant-pressure water pump is started, then the warm water heated under the action of the water pump sprays the electrostatic dust collection module, and reagent reaction residues on the electrostatic dust collection module and the pre-filtering screen are washed;

(4) repeating the steps (1) to (3); until the cleaning requirement is met (the flow can be freely set according to the actual requirement on site);

(5) starting a fan to blow dry the electrostatic field and the pre-filtering net;

the steps of cleaning without using the medicament are as follows:

(1) the equipment control system controls the dosing valve to be closed, further closes the dosing pipeline, simultaneously controls the water outlet valve to be opened, opens the water inlet pipeline, starts the constant-pressure water pump, then sprays the electrostatic dust removal module by the warm water heated under the action of the water pump, moistens the electrostatic electric field and the pre-filtering net of the electrostatic dust removal module, and controls the water outlet valve to be closed, the constant-pressure water pump to be stopped and then drains water when the set spraying time is reached;

(2) and starting the fan to blow dry the electrostatic field and the pre-filtering net.

In the specific use of the method, a customer can select the working valves according to the field requirements (for example, selecting the water outlet valve A and the water outlet valve B), and the working flow of each valve is similar to that of the method. In addition, the conditions of cleaning with the chemicals and cleaning without the chemicals can be specifically selected according to the monitored field environment, if the field dust is not large, cleaning without the chemicals can be selected, and if the field pollution concentration is higher, cleaning with the chemicals can be selected; meanwhile, if the monitored dust source is water-soluble, the cleaning without adding the medicament can be selected, and if the monitored dust edge is water-insoluble, the cleaning with the medicament can be selected.
