Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of paper product production, in particular to a production device and a production process of a thin paper product.

Background

With the enhancement of environmental protection awareness of people and the improvement of national requirements for environmental protection, degradable paper tableware is widely used, wherein the paper tableware comprises a paper lunch box, a paper bowl, a paper spoon, a paper fork, a paper straw and the like.

The existing paper pulp tableware is generally formed by hot moulding, and the production process comprises the working procedures of pulping, mixing, filtering, dehumidifying and the like.

However, a large amount of water resources are consumed in the production process of the paper pulp, and the used sewage can be discharged only after meeting the environmental protection requirement after being treated, so that the production cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a production apparatus for thin paper products, which is suitable for processing thin paper products, and does not need to form paper pulp in the production process, thereby reducing the consumption of water resources, and also does not need to treat sewage, thereby reducing the production cost, simplifying the production process, and improving the production efficiency. In addition, the paper product can be enhanced in functionality, and the water and oil resistance and other service performances are improved.

And the shearing mechanism 8 is used for shearing the product on the composite paper.

Specifically, the shearing mechanism 8 includes a shearing module 81, and the shearing module 81 includes a shearing upper die and a shearing lower die; conveying the composite paper between the upper shearing die and the lower shearing die, and pressing the upper shearing die and the lower shearing die to shear off the product on the composite paper; the separated product passes through the lower shearing die and then falls below the lower shearing die, and a material receiving box is placed below the lower shearing die, so that the product can be collected; of course, in other alternative embodiments, the separated product may be retained on the shearing lower die, and then the sucking and blanking mechanism is used to transfer the product on the shearing lower die, so as to achieve blanking, which is not limited herein.
