the winding mechanism comprises a winding roller 2, a first rotating shaft 3 and a plurality of anti-skidding grooves 4, the winding roller 2 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 3, the winding roller 2 is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 3, two ends of the first rotating shaft 3 are respectively rotatably arranged on the frame plates 1 at two sides, the anti-skidding grooves 4 are formed in the surface of the winding roller 2, and the winding roller 2 is provided with a fixing component;

the cleaning mechanism comprises two through holes 11, a support plate 12, a U-shaped frame 13, two side blocks 14, two guide rods 15, a brush roller 16, a second motor 17, a second screw 18 and a rotary disc 19, wherein the two through holes 11 are respectively arranged on the two frame plates 1, the through holes 11 penetrate through the frame plates 1, the support plate 12 is positioned between the two frame plates 1, the U-shaped frame 13 is positioned between the two frame plates 1, the two side blocks 14 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two sides of the U-shaped frame 13, the side blocks 14 respectively extend into the through holes 11, the guide rods 15 are respectively positioned in the through holes 11, the guide rods 15 penetrate through the side blocks 14, the two ends of the guide rods 15 are respectively and fixedly connected on the frame plates 1, the brush roller 16 is positioned in the U-shaped frame 13, the two ends of the brush roller are rotatably arranged on the inner sides of the U-shaped frame 13, the second motor 17 is fixedly arranged on the U-shaped frame 13, and an output shaft of the second motor 17 penetrates through the U-shaped frame 13 and is fixedly connected with the brush roller 16, the end of the second screw 18 is rotatably mounted on the U-shaped frame 13, the second screw 18 penetrates the support plate 12 and is in threaded connection with the support plate 12, and the rotary disc 19 is fixedly connected to the end of the second screw 18.

The working principle is as follows: one end of the fabric 31 is arranged below the strip-shaped pressing plate 6, the rotary grab handle 9 drives the first screw rod 8 to rotate, the strip-shaped pressing plate 6 moves downwards and presses the fabric 31 tightly, then the first motor 10 drives the first rotating shaft 3 to rotate, so that the winding roller 2 rotates and winds the fabric 31, as shown in figure 8 of the attached drawings of the specification, when the rolled fabric 31 needs to be cleaned, the other end of the fabric 31 is placed on the other set of rolling mechanism, and then the other set of rolling mechanism is driven to rotate, so that the fabric 31 is paid out from the take-up roll 2 on one side and taken up on the take-up roll 2 on the other side, meanwhile, when the fabric 31 is transferred, the rotating disc 19 is rotated in advance to drive the second screw rod 18 to rotate, so that the brush roller 16 is attached to the fabric 31, the second motor 17 drives the brush roller 16 to rotate, so that the fabric 31 is transferred and cleaned at the same time; the position of the brush roller 16 can be adjusted by rotating the rotating disc 19, so that the position between the brush roller 16 and the fabric 31 can be adjusted, the fabric 31 with different thicknesses can be cleaned, and the closer the brush roller 16 is to the fabric 31, the larger the friction force provided by the brush roller 16 is, and the cleaning force can be changed.

Example 3 is a further modification to example 1.

As shown in fig. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, the switching mechanism includes two connecting shafts 20, two belt pulleys 21, a belt 22, an L-shaped plate 23, a tensioning wheel 24, a bottom plate 25, two vertical rods 26 and an oil cylinder 27, both connecting shafts 20 can be rotatably installed on a frame plate 1, connecting shafts 20 all penetrate through frame plate 1 and are respectively fixedly connected with first rotating shafts 3, tensioning wheel 24 can be rotatably installed on L-shaped plate 23, belt 22 sleeves are arranged outside two belt pulleys 21 and tensioning wheel 24 and are mutually matched, one end of bottom plate 25 is fixedly connected on frame plate 1, two vertical rods 26 are fixedly connected at two ends of the bottom of L-shaped plate 23, and the lower ends of vertical rods 26 penetrate through bottom plate 25, oil cylinder 27 is fixedly installed on bottom plate 25, and the output end of oil cylinder 27 is fixedly connected with the bottom of L-shaped plate 23. Lockable universal wheels are arranged at both ends of the bottom of the frame plate 1. The working state of the device can be adjusted by the switching mechanism, the starting oil cylinder 27 drives the L-shaped plate 23 to move upwards, so that the tension pulley 24 is separated from the belt 22, the two belt pulleys 21 cannot be conveyed, and therefore one winding roller 2 rotates and performs primary winding work; when cleaning is needed, the oil cylinder 27 drives the tension pulley 24 to move downwards, and the tension pulley 24 is tightly attached to the belt 22, so that the two winding rollers 2 rotate synchronously.

A hand guard leather ring is sleeved outside the rotary disc 19. The frame plate 1 is provided with a controller assembly, the first motor 10, the second motor 17 and the oil cylinder 27 are in signal connection with the controller assembly, and the controller assembly can control the first motor 10, the second motor 17 and the oil cylinder 27 to work. The automation degree of the device can be improved by arranging the controller component to control the work.

A flow guide mechanism is arranged between the two frame plates 1. The flow guide mechanism comprises a flow guide plate 28, a cross rod 29 and a vertical plate 30, two ends of the cross rod 29 are fixedly connected to the frame plates 1 on two sides respectively, the flow guide plate 28 is located at the upper end of the cross rod 29, and two ends of the vertical plate 30 are fixedly connected with the flow guide plate 28 and the cross rod 29 respectively. Both ends of the guide plate 28 are provided with guide slopes. The guide plate 28 can guide the fabric 31, so that the fabric 31 can be smoothly rolled up and cannot be dragged to the ground, and the direction of the fabric 31 can refer to the direction shown in fig. 11 in the attached drawing of the specification.
